If You Stand For Truth And Righteousness, You Will Make Plenty Of Enemies

Galatians 4:16-17, “Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth? They zealously affect you, but not well; yea, they would exclude you, that ye might affect them.”

Sadly, I have been kicked out and banned from the past several churches that I've attended. In each and every case it was simply because I took a biblical stand, in the most gentlemanly way, for truth and righteousness.

Harvest Baptist Church On Guam Persecuted Me

I attended the Harvest Baptist Church on Guam in 2013 to 2014. I grew to love the people and the church. For whatever reason, I didn't notice for the first several months what the church was about. In hindsight, all I remember is that I felt wanted and loved by the people. I still miss them today. But as Samson whose hair grew back and he regained his strength, after several months I began to see the serious problems in the church. I came to learn that they use dozens of different Bible versions, promote multiple different plans of salvation, think Martin Luther (1483-1546) was a born again Christian, their pastors followed and promoted Dr. John MacArthur (1939-2025), et cetera.

So, I had a choice to make, to either leave or stay and try to help them. I chose the latter, which in hindsight wasn't a good idea, but under the same circumstances I wouldn't have done anything differently, because I have become a living testimony against them for Judgment Day.

I personally handed their senior pastor Marty Herron hard copies of these books:
The next time I attended church, I was called into the church office and reprimanded for those books, falsely accused by the church pastors (senior pastor Marty Herron and associate pastor Joe Hensen) of causing "divisiveness" and "confusion." What hypocrites! Harvest Baptist Church on Guam officially uses multiple different versions of the Holy Bible (the Easy-To-Read Version and the King James Bible). Joe Hensen admitted to me that on any given Sunday at Harvest, you'll find at least TWO DOZEN different Bible versions circulating in their pews. Who is causing confusion? Acts 19:32, “Some therefore cried one thing, and some another: for the assembly was confused; and the more part knew not wherefore they were come together.” They caused the confusion, not me!

They were already a house divided (and still are today), I didn't cause any divisiveness. You see dear reader, when you TELL THE TRUTH you have just taken an absolute position. So, if a corrupt neo-evangelical church like Harvest is using dozens of different Bible versions, and you come along and promote only the King James Bible as being God's inspired Word, in their incompetent ungodly eyes you become THE BAD GUY! Galatians 4:16, “Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?

God is on my side because I TOLD THE TRUTH to Harvest's ungodly pastors!!! Marty Herron and Joe Hensen (and others) are in serious trouble with the LORD God almighty for preaching a perverted gospel, corrupting the inspired Word of God, refusing to stop promoting Martin Luther (1483-1546) as a born again Christian (who taught Sacramental Salvation all his life), and for throwing me under the bus to leave me alone to die on the road without my church family. Kindly said, those ungodly cruel pastors will be judged in eternity by God, and have their own cruel standards of harshness measured back unto them (Matthew 7:1-2).

RIGHT DOCTRINE MATTERS!

Family Baptist Church In Pensacola Persecuted Us

When I attended the shameful Family Baptist Church in Pensacola between 2021 and 2025, I never said a single word in the church about my fundamentalist website ministry. I kept quiet to avoid getting kicked out. I new they were neo-evangelicals, but I still needed a place to go to church. It has become next to impossible these days to find a doctrinally sound Baptist church.

Unfortunately for me, the pastors (Brad and his father Bobby Moffett) and their ungodly worldly wives (who wear their sexy pants in public) found my website ministry. It was this article in particular, 'Why A Christian Lady Ought Not Wear Pants,' that struck a deep nerve with the pastor's wife. She had at times given me a hateful stare at church (The Evil Eye), and I wondered why. Now I know why!

I and my wife attended their 2025 Memorial Day picnic for the first time at the Lilian Recreational Park in Alabama. My wife has never wore a pair of pants in her entire life. She showed up wearing a full-length dress. As you can already guess, Pastor Brad Moffett's wife was wearing sexy pants, and she felt convicted. We didn't have to say one word. She was irked! So much so, that when we were sitting down eating our meals, the pastor's ungodly wife walked over 50 feet, passing everybody along her way, to utter the words in front of us: “I like your shorts!” to a young teenager girl sitting next to me at our picnic table.

Of the thousands of things that the pastor's wife could have said that moment, knowing who I am (a fundamentalist Baptist Bible preacher), there is absolutely no way that she innocently made that snark comment. And you better believe that it offended me! Personally, I couldn't care less if the pastor's wife wears pants. But I do care when she shoves it in my face and mocks the man of God. Her wicked husband (the church pastor) was so dishonest, that he later claimed he was standing nearby (he wasn't even in sight) and denied that his wife ever made that statement. Me and my wife both heard her say loud and clear, "I like your shorts!" What wicked people!

On April 30th, 2025, Pastor Brad had invited me and my wife into his office for a different reason. But then he lied and chose instead to criticize my website ministry, which was a low class thing to do, highly unethical. He did a Bait & Switch tactic on us!

In that unpleasant meeting (which I am 100% convinced his ungodly wife stirred him up like Jezebel stirred up Ahab to do), he had the article I mentioned earlier, 'Why A Christian Lady Ought Not Wear Pants,' printed on his desk, and he wanted to argue about women wearing pants in a sinful attempt to justify his wife wearing her worldly attire (Proverbs 7:10).

We were shocked when Pastor Brad said that it doesn't matter if his wife wears pants, because based on Galatians 5:16b (“Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh”), a man walking in the Spirit will not lust. We were dumbfounded at the wickedness of this incompetent pastor!

First, no Christian man walks in the Holy Spirit all the time, so they will lust if tempted.

Second, Brad's ungodly wife is tempting men, making it harder for them to win what the Bible calls “a war against the soul” in 1st Peter 2:11, “Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul. Why would any Christian woman who claims to love Jesus, let alone a pastor's wife who sets the example of modesty in a church, want to make it harder for men to think and live right?

SHAME on Pastor Brad Moffett and his verbally abusive father Bobby Moffett, and their ungodly worldly wives who wear sexy pants in public, and the ungodly Family Baptist Church in Pensacola who stand behind their wicked pastors. And to add insult to injury, which was a clear declaration of Brad's defiance against a holy God, he told me and my wife as a testimony before God on April 30th, 2025, in his office: “I am not a fundamentalist!” Yeah, no kidding, but he'll wish to God he had been one on Judgment Day in eternity.

Christian Fundamentalism is nothing more than obeying the inspired King James Bible, and separating from those who don't. In hindsight, I never should have attended that neo-evangelical corrupt church. I will stay home for the rest of my life before I will ever step foot into another neo-evangelical cult—that uses any other Bible than the inspired King James Bible, and that preaches any other gospel than what Paul taught in 1st Corinthians 15:1-4.

Family Baptist Church in Pensacola preaches a perverted gospel which requires repenting of your sins to get to Heaven, which is nowhere taught in the inspired Word of God.

Right Doctrine And Morals Matter

I could tell you many other true inexplicably painful stories of how church leaders threw me under the bus for TELLING THE TRUTH. If you just fill up 18-inches of pew three times a week at church, nobody will bother you. But if you stand up for truth and righteousness, they will persecute you. Telling the truth is a part of living godly in Christ Jesus (2nd Timothy 3:12).

The Hated Independent Fundamentalist Baptist

Hebrews 11:36-40, “And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment: They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented; (Of whom the world was not worthy:) they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth. And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise: God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.”

I love that truthful phrase in Hebrews 11:38b, Of whom the world was not worthy. This world is not worthy of the saints of God whom they persecute, prosecute and belittle. There is an alarming increase on social media of videos containing wicked slander, criticisms and hatred of Independent Fundamental Baptists (IFB). I for one am proud to be a lifelong Independent Fundamental Baptist. I thank God for my strong roots. When I was about 12 years old, I was born again in an IFB church on Chicago's northside. I was baptized in an IFB church. I was trained to serve God in an IFB church. God is good.

The ungodly hypocrites who make these slanderous videos act like they are above sin, but they are just as wicked in the sight of God as the fallen Christians whom they tear down. There but for the grace of God, go we! In the United States, our news media are infamous manure spreaders! Pastor Jack Hyles (1926-2001) is correct that the only thing you can believe in the local newspaper is the date.

Pastor Jack Hyles is absolutely correct, “No one can withstand the attack of a critic.” In my humble opinion, most of the people who hate on IFB churches have deeper ill-seeded feelings at work, than any sincere criticism of an IFB church. There is a Satanic agenda at work to discredit, undermine and destroy today's IFB churches. The reason why is obvious, because they come closest to being New Testament churches that get the job done for God.

The ongoing hatred of IFB churches isn't a new phenomena. The heathen world has always hated the New Testament church. Revelation 12:10b calls Satan, the accuser of the brethren. Those haters today who slander and tear down the IFB are in league with the Devil. You're never more like the Devil than when you accuse others.

Now, I'm not defending anybody who commits a crime, God forbid. But what I see happening is thousands of malicious wicked haters are connecting dots that don't exist to discredit the IFB movement. They dig up all the dirt they can. They overturn every rock. They have their magnifying glass in hand, scrutinizing today's IFB churches and colleges for every fault, sin, crime and mistake they can find to slander, put down and attack Christians.

The inspired King James Bible says in Hebrews 11:38b concerning the saints, Of whom the world was not worthy. We are a royal priesthood. 1st Peter 2:9, “But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light.” Oh, what a great privilege it is to be a child of God, a born again believer.

I Encourage You To Listen To Attorney David Gibbs Jr.'s Life Changing Preaching

Titus 1:1-3, “Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness; In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began; But hath in due times manifested his word through preaching, which is committed unto me according to the commandment of God our Saviour.”

Attorney David Gibbs Jr. founded the Christian Law Association (CLA) in 1969. Since then, the CLA has been providing free legal assistance to Bible-believing churches and Christians who are experiencing difficulty in practicing their religious faith because of governmental regulation, intrusion, harassment in the workplace, or prohibition in one form or another.

I also encourage you to sign up for their free monthly newsletter, which provides legal advice for churches and Christians, as well as informing readers about harassment, persecution and legal matters across the United States regarding the Christian faith.

The following video is one of the most precious sermons I have ever heard. What a blessing!!! I hope you will take the time to listen to it dear friend. ...

How Good Of A Fake Are You?

7 Things A Seeing Christian Must Do

As we learn in our text passage from Titus 1:1-3, God reveals His inspired Word through preaching. Bible preaching helps us think and live right!
“America's greatest need is to see Christians who know how to love!” —Evangelist David Gibbs Jr., HIS VOICE
Hundreds of millions of people spend literally tens of thousands of hours accumulatively in their vehicles travelling to and from work, appointments, church, events, school, et cetera. Sadly, the vast majority of those people only listen to music, perhaps some news here and there, or a random talk show; but I dare say less than 1% of people listen to Bible preaching. Certainly there is nothing wrong with listening to music, and it can help us wind down or calm our mood after a rough day or night at work. But I encourage you to consider incorporating some Bible preaching into your time spent driving, for your edification.
“No one is any better a Christian than they are kind.” —Dr. David Gibbs Jr., “HIS VOICE
I burned Pastor J. Vernon McGee's (1904-1988) THRU THE BIBLE MP3 collection to a CD. I was able to fit Genesis through Joshua onto one CD disk as MP3s. Whenever I start my car, the Bible commentary automatically begins to play, and I can hear Brother McGee teach the King James Bible. The MP3s are all available to download for free. That was my choice for preaching in my car, but there are many great Bible preachers to choose from.
“Without love your voice is noise.” —Attorney David Gibbs Jr., “HIS VOICE
Most people wait until an emergency comes before seeking answers. Most people don't prepare in fair weather for the coming stormy weather. By listening to Bible preaching during calm and fair weather, you are saving up for a rainy day, preparing for the worst when it one day arrives. Plus the truths that you learn can be used to help others (family and friends) who are struggling through difficult times in life.
“There's a whole world out there that needs you and the Lord!” —Evangelist David Gibbs Jr. , “Wednesday AM - Bus Convention 2018
I hope you will seek out sermons online by Evangelist David Gibbs Jr., which God will use to conform you more into Christ's image (Romans 8:29). I have listened to his sermons for many years and I've never been disappointed. God always uses Dr. Gibbs' preaching to speak to my heart. Prepare to be blessed. To God be all the glory (John 15:5).

Life And Ministry Of Evangelist Sam Jones (1847-1906)

“Liquor dealers are like lice, they make their living on the heads of families!” —Evangelist Sam Jones (1847-1906)
Evangelist Samuel Porter Jones was born on October 16, 1847 in Oak Bowery, Alabama. He died on the eve of his 59th birthday in 1906 on October 15th. Sam died at only age 58. My father was a Skid Row Gospel preacher for over 30 years in Chicago, who took the above photo in front of his Rescue Mission at 34 S. Desplaines Ave. in downtown around 1977.

The following biography was written by by Dr. Ed Reese (1928-2015), whom I was grateful to have as one of my Bible preachers at Hyles-Anderson College (1985-1993). ...

He had many titles, "Sam Jones, lawyer," "Sam Jones, the drunkard," but the one most prized was "Sam Jones, the evangelist." And, evangelist he was, with some 500,000 decisions made out of estimated audiences of 25,000,000.

His father, John J. Jones, felt the urge to follow four other brothers into the Methodist ministry but decided that he could make a more secure living as a lawyer and businessman. His mother, Nancy, died in 1856 saying to her nine-year-old son, "Sam, I will never be able to return to you, but you can come to me." He was greatly touched and never forgot her dying words. For three years he, and his two brothers and sister lived with their pious grandparents, with his godly grandmother exerting more influence on his life than any other member of his family. When Sam's father remarried and settled in Cartersville, Georgia, the children relocated there in 1858. Sam's father set up law practice and was a man of outstanding reputation as a Christian. The Civil War broke out and the father became a captain in the Confederate army.

As a schoolboy, Sam was clever at reciting pieces in class. His formal education came through private tutors and boarding schools.

When the Union armies marched through Georgia, the family was separated and in January 1864, young Jones was swept into Kentucky. There he met Laura McElwain of Eminence, whom he later married.

Returning to Cartersville, he concluded his education, graduating from Euharle High School in June, 1867. At the graduating ceremony, he delivered the valedictory address reflecting the outlook of his generation which came of age in the ashes of the Southern Confederacy.

His father intended to give him a college education, but Sam's health broke down. Having nervous dyspepsia, he decided to study law at home. Thinking that alcohol would help his "nervous stomach," he soon became a regular alcoholic.

Sam showed great promise of success in legal endeavors. He was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1868 after only one year of legal study. He married one month later on November 24, 1868. When he was sober, Sam tried cases as a brilliant lawyer; when drunk, he was worthless as an attorney and as a husband. Gambling also helped bring him to the brink of ruin.

During this time he moved to Texas, to Alabama, and finally back to Cartersville. By 1872, the only job he was able to get was that of a furnace stoker in a factory near Cartersville where he shoveled coal for twelve hours a day. The pleas of his wife and the births of two children did not change him. A daughter, Beulah was born October 31, 1869, but died in August of 1871. Mary was born in September of 1871. Other children born to the Jones' were Annie (May 11, 1873), Sam Paul (May 31, 1875), Robert (Dec. 24, 1876), Laura (October of 1881), and finally Julia (April of 1885).

In August, 1872, there was a dramatic change. News came while he was on a six-week drinking binge that his father was seriously ill. On his deathbed, his father's words pierced the heart of young Sam. "My poor, wicked, wayward, reckless boy. You have broken the heart of your sweet wife and brought me down in sorrow to my grave. Promise me, my boy, to meet me in Heaven." Overcome with emotion, Sam fell to his knees and took his dying father's hand, and shouted "I promise, I'll quit drinking and set things straight. I'll meet you and mother in heaven." The father died and Sam kept his vow. He tells about his last encounter with drink:

I went to the bar and begged for a glass of liquor. I got the glass and started to drink and looked into the mirror. I saw my hair matted, the filth and vomit on my clothes, one of my eyes totally closed, and my lips swollen. And I said, "Is that all that is left of the proud and brilliant lawyer, Sam Jones?" I smashed the glass on the floor and fell to my knees and cried, "Oh God! Oh God, have mercy!" The bartender ran to my side and thought I was dying ... and I was. I said, "Just let me alone."

I picked myself up and staggered to my cheap rooming house and said to the ladies running it, "Would you do me a favor?" They answered in the affirmative. I asked them to bring me a pot of black coffee. I went through three days and nights of hell, but when the morning came, something had happened to old Sam Jones. I went down to the clothing store and said, "I want you to give me a new suit. I got saved last night. Sam Jones is coming back." Not only did I get a suit, but shirts, ties, coat, everything I needed and as I left, the merchant stuck a $100 bill into my hand.

I went to the barber for I had not had a shave in over a month. I asked for a bath, a shave, a haircut. I put on my new clothes, looking pale and weak I left to go to my wife whom I had beaten till she was black and blue. She didn't even recognize her own husband. I said, "Honey, God has given you a new husband and the children a new daddy, and I wonder if you will forgive me and start all over again." She grabbed me in her arms and cried, "Hallelujah! Hallelujah! I have been praying for this!" And I have been going round the country bragging about Jesus ever since.

Sam was twenty-four years old. A week later in the agony of keeping his vow, he walked down the aisle of the little country church where his grandfather, Samuel G. Jones was preaching and said, "Grandfather, I take this step today. I give myself, my heart, and life, what is left of it, all to God and His cause." He felt an immediate call to the ministry. A week after his conversion, Sam preached his first sermon in his grandfather's pulpit. In November, 1872, he was licensed as an itinerant preacher for the North Georgia Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church, South. He was called "the Mountain Evangelist" in his early days, perhaps because he "put the fodder down low where the poor folks can reach it."

The North Georgia Conference assigned Jones to a rural circuit which had five churches scattered in four different counties. This was the VanWert Circuit, one of the poorest in Georgia. He was soon being asked by nearby pastors to help them with their annual revivals. Because of his growing fame, he was shifted from one circuit to another. By 1880, he was spending only 50% of his time preaching in his own circuit. The other half of the time he was conducting revivals for other pastors in nearby towns.

In December, 1880, the Conference decided to free him from the restraints of pastoral responsibilities and made him the fund-raising agent for the Methodist Orphan Home in Decatur, Georgia. The orphanage had a debt of $20,000 and Jones was encouraged to go anywhere he felt he could raise money for the institution. Starting in small towns, he was soon in the big churches of the State. He preached and took offerings for the orphanage. Sam was also given permission to hold revival meetings for Methodist ministers and even help in "union meetings" if a Methodist church was among the denominations that sponsored him. His fame spread beyond his State. In 1883, he conducted a two week series of meetings for the Methodist churches of Louisville, Kentucky, which received some attention from the secular press. At a meeting for men only in the local Masonic Temple, he delivered a blistering attack on such sins as profanity, Sabbath breaking, gambling, licentiousness and intemperance.

By 1884, Sam Jones, as an evangelist, was well established. It was this year he first attempted a large-scale, city-wide revival in Memphis, Tennessee. Thirteen pastors of five different denominations united to sponsor him. Jones estimated 1,000 decisions for Christ here including 400 public professions of faith and 100 joining the churches by the end of the meetings. Later, a crusade was held in Chattanooga, Tennessee with another 1,000 decisions for Christ. He was invited to Jackson and Knoxville, Tennessee; to Waco, Texas; and to T. DeWitt Talmage's tabernacle in Brooklyn in January, 1885. This crusade was a great success and now the largest cities of both the South and the North were seeking his services.

A campaign that really pushed Jones to the top of his profession, second only to Moody during these days, was the 1885, Nashville, Tennessee meeting. In a city of 50,000, the ministerial association invited him to erect a tent for 5,000 and preach. People packed it three times a day for four weeks, while the evangelist berated them, amused them, and compelled them to come forward pledging their lives to Christ. The meeting opened in May and before it was over a month later, some claimed that 10,000 were converted. This was his largest crusade. He made such an impression that he was invited to address the State Legislature. He told the legislators about the evils of the liquor traffic and also offered them some suggestions on how to reform the prison system. Other 1885 crusades were: St. Joseph, Mo. (2,220 converts); Birmingham, Ala. (1,800 converts); St. Louis, Mo. (1,600 converts). In St. Louis, he came with an invitation from just one pastor, but others soon cooperated once he got there. There was a real revival. The "St. Louis Globe" carried his sermons, sometimes six columns of them!

In 1886, Sam Jones was in Cincinnati, Ohio (2,000 converts); Chicago, Illinois (1,500 to 3,000 converts). In Chicago, he was sponsored by the South Side ministerial association. A renovated skating rink seating 7,000 was used and the five week meeting drew some 260,000 people. He also went to Baltimore, Md. (1,200-2,500 converts) as well as Indianapolis, Toronto, St. Paul, Kansas City, Minneapolis and Omaha.

In 1887, he preached in Kansas City and Boston among many others. In 1889, his meetings included Los Angeles, Sacramento and San Francisco, where 1,200 made decisions. 1890-91 saw meetings in Chattanooga, Little Rock, Wilmington, among others.

The Jones crusade in Memphis in 1892, had 2,500 conversions and this was also the year he gave up his connection with the North Georgia Orphanage in Decatur.

Although he passed the peak of his career by the middle of the 1890's, he continued to return year after year to certain cities. He conducted eighteen revivals in Nashville alone. Between visits to larger cities, he preached in almost every city with a population of over 10,000 in the South. In 1897, Sam, went back to Boston at the request of the Methodist preachers with many Baptists cooperating also once he was there. Some 2,500 decisions for Christ were made.

The 1899 revival in Toledo, Ohio was perhaps his most unique. The city had recently elected a mayor, a man who actually claimed to live and administer the law according to the Golden Rule. The name of the mayor was Sam Jones! (Samuel M. Jones). The battle of Mayor Sam Jones, known as "Golden Rule Jones" against evangelist, Sam Jones, has become a classic event of revival history. The crusade began on March 5, with the next mayoral election to be held April 3. At the opening session in the city Armory, the mayor, Samuel M. Jones, introduced the evangelist, Samuel P. Jones. The mayor, ignored by his party, the Republicans, decided to run as an independent. Although a moral man with good intentions, his "let everything be done with love" philosophy had kept open 700 saloons and 150 gambling dens. On March 12, at a meeting for 6,000 men, the evangelist let them have it, mayor and all! Headlines in the Republican "Toledo Blade, read," "Evangelist's Hot Shot", "Jones batteries turned on municipal authorities; declares if the Devil were mayor, he would not change a thing!" In the Democratic "Toledo Bee," the headlines said, "Sam P. Jones rips up Toledo's administration; he prefers rule of hate to rule of love that keeps saloons open."

Sam Jones usually stayed three weeks in an area, sometimes five. Auditoriums were usually around 5,000 seating capacity with some 150,000 attending for the series. The choirs were around 400 and the ushers around 40. His income averaged around $30,000 per year. Much of it was given away to worthy causes.

He preached with such zeal that his health finally broke. For some years he rested from evangelistic preaching and turned his skill to lecturing, primarily against the liquor traffic. He spoke about the "moral issues" of the day and sought reform in corrupt cities. In some cities, especially in the South, he was able to persuade the citizens to outlaw saloons and drive out the other enemies of the Christian faith.

Eventually he resumed evangelistic preaching. It is said that when Sam preached, liquor stores closed, theaters and jails emptied, and cussing was reduced to whispers. His life was threatened on several occasions. His crude wit, coarse stories, and rural life drollery captured his hearers everywhere. Like Billy Sunday, his eccentricities of speech, his unconventional ways and manner probably contributed to his popularity. Jones spent every summer after 1885 touring Chautaugua circuits. Much of the wit of Will Rogers is traceable to Sam Jones. This wit is illustrated by some of the following stories:

One time a committee complained that they brought him to town to preach to sinners but that he ended up preaching at them! He said, "Never mind, I will get to the sinners. I never scald hogs until the water is hot."

Once, when asked why he didn't attack the Catholics, he replied, "When I get through with the Methodists, it's bed-time."

In one revival, the pastors, feeling Jones shouldn't be so negative in his preaching, gathered for a prayer meeting one afternoon to pray for him. Jones driving by the tabernacle was overjoyed to see a group of ministers conducting a prayer meeting, so he slipped in to join them. He heard their prayers about him..."Help him to have more tact, change his mannerisms," etc. Then it was his turn to pray.

Lord, I hope you won't listen to a one of these preachers. They don't preach against sin. They don't visit from door to door. They don't weep over sinners, and they don't win souls. And they want You to change me until I'm just like them. O Lord, help these preachers to have enough sense to realize that if You were to answer their prayers, I would be just as worthless and no-account as they are. I'd be too lazy to work too. I'd be afraid to fight sin and too cold to cry over sinners and too indifferent to win souls. Please God, don't make me like any of these fellers.

His prayer continued and a great sweeping revival was seen.

In another town, a saloon keeper approached Jones when he was walking down a street and asked if it was true that Jones hated liquor, etc. He held up a ten dollar bill and taunted the evangelist ... "I bet you'd like to have that! I make my money selling whiskey." He was totally surprised when Jones grabbed the ten and said, "Yes, I'll take it! The Devil has had it long enough."

In Sigourney, Iowa, three saloons were licensed for $300 each, or $900 in all. The town was only 2,000 in population, so in his speech, Sam declared the liquor dealers might as well walk up to the people and ask, "If you will let us damn this town, we will give you 40 cents apiece." He asked how much a 200 pound hog would bring. He was told $12. "So," replied the evangelist, "hogs $12 apiece and people 40 cents apiece. Say, brother, don't you wish you were a hog? For the pitiful sum of 40 cents each, you turn your boys over to be debauched, the hearts of mothers are crushed, and the town ruined ... all for 40 cents! This is cheap; but I suppose that is all you are worth, eh?"

To a tightwad Christian who complained about being asked to contribute to the church, after being saved out of alcoholism, he lashed out. "Well, you paid the Devil $250 a year for the privilege of plowing with a steer on rented land, and now you don't want to give God, who saved you, five dollars a year for the privilege of plowing with horses on your own plantation. You're a rascal from the crown of your head to the sole of your foot!"

Jones made absolutely nothing of education, would not tolerate stiffness or formality, was definitely informal, was blunt and uncouth in his preaching, direct and child-like in his praying.

His crude mannerisms would include, "I wouldn't wipe my feet on" someone. He made much use of a phrase like, "put the hay down low enough so that both the jackass and the giraffe can get to it." ... "Many a fellow is praying for rain with his tub bottom up," ... "It tickles me to see an old sinner come in and pull out an old, dwarfed member of the church, lay him down and measure by him, and say, 'Look here, boys. I'm as long, as broad, and as good as this man'."

An eyewitness to a Jones revival might put him in his proper perspective. Tom Watson tells about a revival in Thomson, Georgia:
How he did peel the amen corner. How he did smash their solemn self- conceit, their profound self-satisfaction, their peaceful co-partnership with the Almighty, their placid conviction that they were trustees of the New Jerusalem. After awhile with solemn, irresistible force he called on these brethren to rise in public, confess their short-comings, and kneel for Divine grace. And they knelt. With groans, and sobs, and tears, these old bellwethers of the flock fell on their knees and cried aloud in their distress. Then what? He turned his guns on us sinners. He abused us fore and aft. He gave us grape and canister and all the rest. He abused us and ridiculed us, he stormed at us and laughed at us, he called us flop-eared hounds, beer kegs, and whiskey soaks. He plainly said that we were all hypocrites and liars, and he intimated somewhat broadly, that most of us would steal. After the meetings the community settled back to business, but it has never been the same community since. Gambling has disappeared, loud profanity on the streets was heard no more, and the bar-rooms were run out of the country.
D. L. Moody, once attended a service to hear Sam preach. After hearing him, he wrote him a letter:
God has put into your hands the sledge hammer with which to shatter the formalism of the Church and batter down the strongholds of sin, and He is helping you mightily to use it. God bless you.
A year before his death, Jones was called to the speaker's platform in Atlanta by President Theodore Roosevelt, who said to him, "Sam, you have been doing as a private citizen, what I have tried to do as a public servant"

Musicians that traveled with Sam Jones included E. O. Excell, who composed many hymns and Walter Holcomb, who led singing for him and later married his daughter.

Death came suddenly. Coming home on a train from a campaign in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and planning to celebrate his fifty-ninth birthday back in Cartersville, he dropped dead. Early in the morning he complained about not feeling well, drank a glass of water and toppled over. This was near Perry, Arkansas, twelve miles from Little Rock. His funeral in Atlanta, Georgia was a state affair.

Books that came out after his death were, Famous Stories of Sam P. Jones (1908), Popular Lectures of Sam P. Jones (1909), Sam Jones Revival Sermons (1912) and Lightning Flashes and Thunderbolts (1912). His own works included Sermons and Sayings (1883), Music Hall Series (1886), Quit Your Meanness (1886), Sam Jones Own Book (1887), St. Louis Series (1890) and Thunderbolts (1895).

Pastor Jack Hyles' Five Lifetime Decisions

Ecclesiastes 12:9, And moreover, because the preacher was wise, he still taught the people knowledge; yea, he gave good heed, and sought out, and set in order many proverbs.

As an independent fundamentalist Baptist Bible preacher, I am loyal to truth and principles, not to men or institutions, which quality is extremely rare today in a preacher. I am not bragging, I am simply saying that I decided way back in Bible college 40 years ago to adopt Brother Hyles' five life's decisions:
  1. Nobody will ever tell me what to preach or where to preach.
  2. Money will never be an object in my ministry.
  3. I will always be a friend to my friends.
  4. I will be loyal to principles, and not to Institutions. In the sermon Dr. Hyles states:

“Students of Hyles-Anderson College, do not give your loyalty to Hyles-Anderson College. You give your loyalty to what we stand for today, and if tomorrow we don't stand for it, you withdraw your loyalty—loyalty to principle, loyalty to right, loyalty to character, loyalty to integrity, loyalty to conviction, loyalty to truth; not loyalty to institutions.” —Dr. Jack Hyles, from the sermon titled, “Filled With All The Fulness Of God.”

  5. I will make the decisions of my ministry on the basis of what I think is right only.
Amen! Those are five excellent life changing decisions for all of us, especially for preachers!

Beware Of Ecumenism

2nd Corinthians 6:14-18, “Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

Carefully notice that God does not say to stick around and attempt to change unbelieving false prophets. No, God tells the saints to COME OUT! We are commanded by God almighty to come out from among them!

That means to come out and separate from the apostate Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) and their demonic Lordship Salvation. The SBC has 47,000 member churches who all ascribe to the SBC's Statement of Faith, which is corrupt! The SBC false preaches that to get to Heaven you must turn from your sins. Neo-evangelicals will hurt you!
Ecumenism

I looked up the word in Webster's book
For ages it has been around.
It means, "All religions should cooperate
And in peace and love abound!"

I remember when first I heard the word;
It was spoken by well-meaning men.
But when faced with the results of this compromise
It was obvious that this was SIN!

The religionists say, "We must forget our differences
And in love and harmony sing!"
But the Bible says, "Come out from among them
And touch not the unclean thing."

This error began back in ancient times;
They called it a "Brotherhood of Men".
Then a proposal was made called "Common Cause".
And the sheep were invited in!

"Evil communications corrupt good manners,"
I once heard a teacher say.
And accommodation with error for a period of time
Will lead the sheep astray!

The sheep thrive only with the Shepherd's care
And its Spiritual Food they need!
But the goats will eat most anything
And on the trash of the world they feed.

The True Gospel Message is rarely preached
In the average church today;
The "Psychology of Self" is now proclaimed,
And the sheep are being led astray!

The false shepherd's sound forth on every hand
And the multitudes follow them;
But the True Shepherd is calling His own by name
And the sheep only follow Him!

Some say, "All religions will lead us to Heaven."
But wait, what did Jesus say?
"No man can enter except by me!
And there is no other way!"

"I am the good shepherd, and I know my sheep
And they are saved for evermore;
And by me they enter the Heavenly fold

Because I am the only door!"

The best thing for a corrupt church is to have a church split...

2nd Corinthians 6:17-18, “Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

It is infinitely better to be divided over truth, than to be united by error. Being a Christian fundamentalist means more than just adhering to biblical fundamentals, it also means separating from those who no longer believe them as well. And always remember, Bible fundamentalists don't change, people quit being fundamentalists! You can keep your new (neo) churches, new bibles, new music, new sermons and new evangelical apostasy!

The undiluted preaching from God's Word and an authoritative stand on truth seem to be on the decline. What we're seeing instead is a broadening of the gospel, a redefining of what it means to be a Christian, and a growing emphasis on inclusion and tolerance. Ecumenism has come to mean “reducing all elements of faith to the lowest common denominator.” God's Word is neglected, experience is valued above truth, a false and selfish “faith” is promoted, and sound doctrine and correction are despised as “divisive” and “unloving.”

Unity in the faith is impossible without the doctrine of Christ. Without such a foundation we have no basis for the faith, for the gospel, for knowing Jesus, or for knowing anything pertinent to the Truth. And yet a perverted gospel message is being preached from nearly every pulpit today, which instead of being born again requires that you turn from your sins to become a Christ follower. This is not the gospel presented by the Apostle Paul in 1st Corinthians 15:1-4. The glittering terminology of ecumenism is seen, on close examination, to be as hollow as a soap bubble and just as slippery and hard to hold onto.

How many times have you heard that somebody was “causing division in the church?” Well, maybe they were supposed to! After all, there are two things that cause division according to the Bible: truth and error.

Haven't you heard the scripture, Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division. That's right! Jesus said that For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three (Luke 12:51-52). Hard words to hear! Yet, harder to accept. But, that's what Jesus said and is preserved in the inspired Holy Scripture. Jesus said that whole families would be divided over Him. And there are many occasions in the New Testament when whole assemblies of people were divided because of Jesus (John 7:43, 9:16, 10:19, Acts 23:6-7).

Ignoring the Scripture, numerous evangelical leaders today claim that a concern for doctrine causes division; and therefore, should be avoided for the sake of love and unity among the brethren. The Scripture, however, couldn't be more specific in its opposition to such a teaching.
"You are not going to be what you decide to be; you are going to be what you decide to be around." —Pastor Jack Hyles
Positive Christianity Is The Enemy Of The Cross

Behold the emergence of the ecumenical apostate church—the bride of Antichrist! “Positive Christianity” is the enemy of the cross. Pastor Joel Osteen at the Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas, is a perfect example of fake Christianity. Joel is wrong on the gospel, wrong in his ecumenical message, and wrong in his delivery.

The truth offends those who don't want to hear it. Yet to speak anything less is to trifle with the eternal destiny of souls. Ecumenism's promise of "unity" is tempting, but it denies Christ and paves the way for the Antichrist and his New World Order religion. It is a unification that will ultimately lead to destruction.

True unity is not sought by pretending that there are no differences, as modern ecumenists have done, but by recognizing and respecting those differences, while focusing on the great orthodox truths all born again Christians share; namely, Christ's Virgin Birth, the Godhead (aka, Trinity), Jesus' Deity, Christ's Sinless Life on earth, Jesus' physical Resurrection after three days, Jesus' literal liquid Blood Applied to the Mercy Seat in Heaven, the Authority of Inspired Scripture and Jesus' Second Coming. These are the Doctrines of Christ. These are core fundamentals of the Christian faith, which if denied, evidences that someone is lost.

Manmade unity is not what God desires. He wants a holy Church. Many Christians believe that unity in itself will bring about a holy revival. But unity cannot bring holiness, only holiness can bring about true unity. For when God's children start seeking to live, worship and pray according to the inspired King James Bible, and go forth bearing precious seed (soulwinning), then God Himself will unite the hearts of those who love Him—those who hate sin and error and have a burning desire to lead lost sinners to Christ with the gospel—and God will truly shine forth from the midst of such a church!

We hear a lot today from dead churches about promoting better unity, fellowship, Bible study meetings and worship, but please don't leave out “soulwinning” because The Great Commission in Matthew 28:19-20 is not to go into all the world to fellowship, worship, study the Bible and promote unity. No, God's Great Commission to local churches is to go forth PREACHING THE GOSPEL!!! God deliver us from today's lethargic do-nothing, spiritually dead, pathetic churches!

The unification of the various national identities, races, and religions can only be achieved through the eradication of sin. That means only through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ can we become perfectly one. The other avenue to unite people, the program of the Antichrist, will only be accomplished temporarily through ecumenical deception.

Just give me the old paths...
Jeremiah 6:16, “Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls.  But they said, We will not walk therein.”

I Have Started A New Ministry Blog At 'WordPress'

Proverbs 18:1, “Through desire a man, having separated himself, seeketh and intermeddleth with all wisdom.”

Ecclesiastes 12:9, “And moreover, because the preacher was wise, he still taught the people knowledge; yea, he gave good heed, and sought out, and set in order many proverbs.”

I didn't even realize that I had created an account of WordPress back in 2019, but for whatever reason I didn't do anything with it. But for the first time on Tuesday I created a new ministry blog at WordPress called 'Stewar1611.' I have already written several new articles and by God's grace plan to write regularly on WordPress to bring glory to God. ...

WordPress is not as user-friendly as Blogger, not even close. It will take me some time to learn how to use WordPress. I have been so impressed with Google's Blogger tool, which is very user-friendly, and by God's grace I plan to continue without slacking off writing on Blogger. But as the old adage goes: “Never put all your apples into one basket.” Ecclesiastes 11:1, “Cast thy bread upon the waters: for thou shalt find it after many days.

My entire purpose for creating these blogs is to hopefully preserve and perpetuate my ministry writings after I relocate to Heaven one day and am gone from the earth. My good ministry friend Curtis Smale (1965-2022) was the one who encouraged me to start a blog ministry. Curtis' WordPress blog is living proof of why I am making these blogs. He's been in Heaven for four years already, but his prolific writings for Christ are still being read, making an impact for the Lord Jesus Christ. Curtis and myself often conversed about the evils of Lordship Salvation, exchanging 1,500 emails over a 5-year period. Curtis also left behind his YouTube channel. I miss my friend. Curtis was a great guy!

Anyway, I hope that you will drop in regularly to read my new WordPress blog as well. To God alone be all the praise, credit and glory, for Jesus said without Him we can do nothing. Christ is the Vine and we are the branches (John 15:1-5). Jesus is precious!!!

I Have Made .PDF Books Of All My Ministry Blogs

Proverbs 23:23, “Buy the truth, and sell it not; also wisdom, and instruction, and understanding.”

On Tuesday, May 12th, 2026, Google's Blogger Team complained about an article I had written about Evangelist Scott Pauley. Evidently someone complained about the article. Google also removed my 'Get God's Free Gift Of Eternal Life' blog for no reason. I have always been slow to process things that happen. That's why I have a writing ministry, I am vulnerable in conversation. That is, I am easily taken advantage of in person. For that reason, I avoid talking on the phone if I can help it. I love my writing ministry.

That being said, late Tuesday night it dawned on me what Google's Blogger Team has done. They were threatening me that if I don't follow their community guidelines, they'll terminate and delete all my hard work forever. I got the message! Unfortunately, this is no way to do things, because I still have no idea what I did wrong! I reread the article about Scott Pauley and the only thing I can see potentially wrong is that I called a pastor a fool, devil and dingleberry. So, I will never do that again. Got it, no name calling! I sure hope that was my offense, because Google's Blogger Team didn't tell me. I would have much rather preferred that they contact me directly and simply tell me exactly what my offense was, but that's not how they do things.

You can go check for yourself on A.I. (I used Duckduckgo's A.I. Search Assistant) and it says you CAN use words like fool, devil and even dingleberry (a humorous word) on Blogger, but such words can cause conflict and should be carefully used. So I am confused. Google's Blogger Team is unfair (respectfully said in my humble opinion) to place the burden of knowing what I did wrong, without explaining anything to me. That being said, moving forward I will tone down my harshness with using adjectives. I won't change my strong opposition to heresy and false teachers. You can still read my article rebuking Evangelist Scott Pauley on my personal website, but I have kindly removed the words “
fools, devils and dingleberry to be ethical.

This is the highly risky danger of using a service like Blogger. They can just erase several years worth of work with the click of a mouse. They have zero obligation or loyalty to their users who invest many years and thousands of hours of hard labor into their writings. God knows that I have awoken hundreds of nights in the wee hours of the morning and started writing articles because I couldn't sleep. It is so wrong that someone can just erase all of someone's hard work without explanation. I don't know if Google uses a three strikes system like YouTube, or if I have even earned one strike, nor what I did wrong. This is so frustrating.

I admit that I feel a bit reluctant to write from this point moving forward, not knowing what I did wrong, for fear of having years of work destroyed by some person who is very likely not a God-fearing Christian at Google, who would likely frown upon my fundamentalist Bible preaching. That being said, I cannot dip my sails and compromise my beliefs in fear.

So, I will be careful not to call people potentially disparaging names in the future (although I sincerely don't see anything wrong with my original blog about Scott Pauley), but without backing down from taking a stand against religious cults like Pensacola Christian College. That is not name calling to say that they are a cult, that is my honest opinion as a Bible preacher who loves truth and righteousness. I found FOUR different plans of salvation at PCC, and that is not okay. It shows that money is more important to them than truth.

By God's grace, I used BlogBooker.com (it cost $29) yesterday to convert 6 years of articles at my 'Gift Of Eternal Life' and 'Stewart 1611' ministry blogs (and my other ministry blogs) into .PDF book format, which you can download for safe keeping if you'd like. The .PDF book for 'Gift Of Eternal Life' contains 3,556 pages (197 MB). The .PDF book for 'Stewart 1611' contains 9,376 pages (545 MB). The books aren't perfectly formatted by the BlogBooker service, but the content is all there for safe keeping.

When I created the blogs, some titles were not available, so I had to choose an alternative title; hence, the different page title versus the blog title for some of my blogs...
  1. Gift Of Eternal Life (Get God's Free Gift Of Eternal Life) - 197 MB
  2. Stewart 1611 - 545 MB
  3. Promises Of God (God Cannot Lie) - 16 MB
  4. Disturbing Truths (I Need A Walk) - 50 MB
  5. Faith Alone In Jesus Saves (Faith Alone Saves) - 108 MB
  6. Stewart Study Bible - 10 MB
  7. Bible Prophecy 666 (Bible Prophecy) - 33 MB
Simply due to limitations of time, and my chronic health afflictions, I have not been able to keep up with all my blogs. I sincerely appreciate your patience, prayers and understanding dear reader. THANK YOU for your continued interest in my blog ministry. I make no money and only ask for your prayers for my health and ministry, that the truth may have free course. 1st Corinthians 16:9, “For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries.”

Google's Blogger Team scared me Tuesday night when they removed my 'Gift Of Eternal Life' ministry blog (808 articles) without warning, just because they could, and essentially told me to go hire a lawyer if I don't like it. No doubt that was their intended purpose. But to take such a drastic measure without bothering to tell me exactly what I did to violate their Community Standards is no way to do things. I humbly think people have a right to know exactly what they did wrong, instead of leaving them to guess, wonder and hope that they figure it out so they don't repeat their alleged offense, on penalty of losing everything. That is a very shaky system, and I think very unfair.

That being said, I appreciate that Google's Blogger Team reinstated my 'Gift Of Eternal Life' blog after several hours of scaring the hell out of me. But they only did it when I deleted my article titled, 'The Utter Hypocrisy Of Evangelist Scott Pauley.' I moved the article to my personal website and changed the title (I just thought it was a good idea, and I added more content to the article). I also removed any potential name calling to be safe.

Kindly said, I still don't know what I did wrong at Google, but I'm guessing it was the colorful adjectives that I used. Google really needs to do better. If they are going to take such a drastic action as to remove 808 articles (that took me 6 years to write), and then tell me to pursue legal action if I don't like it, they should at least have the decency to tell me exactly what I did wrong, instead of leaving me to guess and speculate. I cannot read minds. It's just no way to do things.

I apologize to my blog readers for the interruptions. I'm going to do all I can to safeguard and backup my ministry's data to preserve it for future generations. I am looking into WordPress and other platforms. One day at a time. Please pray for my health and my ministry dear friends. These are not my blogs, they belong to the LORD. I am His servant and Jesus Himself said whatsoever people do to us, they have also done it unto Him personally (Matthew 25:40). 2nd Thessalonians 3:2, “And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith.” Jesus is precious!

The Sin Of Indifference Is Destroying Fundamentalism

Titus 1:13-14, “This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith; Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.”

Jude 1:3, “Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.”

Revelation 3:1-2, “And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead. Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.”

I cherish these passages of Scripture as a fundamentalist Bible preacher. A big part of my website ministry over the past 24 years has been contending for the Christian faith. As you can imagine, that has made me many enemies, and gotten me kicked out of numerous corrupt neo-evangelical and neo-fundamentalist churches.

The Sin of Indifference is Worse Than Cancer

One of the greatest sins that I see in today's churches and Bible colleges is INDIFFERENCE. Much disorder and confusion has been caused in our churches because of pastors who have waxed complacent, refusing to earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints” (Jude 1:3b).

According to ChatGPT, “indifference means:
A lack of concern, urgency, or engagement toward truth, doctrine or spiritual responsibility. Knowing something matters—but not caring enough to act, examine, or defend it
INDIFFERENCE is a real pattern some people notice:
  • Accepting whatever a pastor says without examining it
  • Little interest in studying Scripture personally
  • Avoiding doctrinal discussions or disagreements
  • Prioritizing comfort, routine, or community over truth
  • Reluctance to “contend” for beliefs, even when challenged

Why indifference happens

A few common reasons:

  • Comfort — people don’t want conflict
  • Trust in authority — “the pastor must know”
  • Lack of confidence — feeling unqualified to question
  • Cultural shift — less emphasis on doctrine, more on experience

Bottom line

In a religious sense, indifference is spiritual passivity—a lack of concern for truth strong enough to examine, question, or defend it. SOURCE

ChatGPT practically just gave the address of Pensacola Christian College (PCC)! God knows that I don't hate anyone in this world, truly. I do not hate anyone in the PCC camp. Quite the contrary, I love them with God's unconditional love. When I extended an Olive Branch of friendship to the pastors at PCC's Campus Church in 2022, and to PCC leadership as well, they wickedly threw me under the bus and effectively murdered me because of my website ministry. Since 2022, I am as a dead man to PCC. God is on my side because I am TELLING THE TRUTH about them, that they mishandle the Gospel.

I saw a big banner at work 30 years ago that read: “Attitudes are contagious—Is yours worth catching?” I like that. Pastor Jack Hyles (1926-2001) said it so well...
“The pastors have destroyed the churches, and they've been trained by people that have never built churches, and they have no compassion.” —Pastor Jack Hyles, “Many Pastors Have Destroyed My Vineyard
Yep, that is PCC today, zero compassion! They are educators, not church builders, so they woefully lack compassion. All you have to do for people to think you don't care is nothing. When the sin of indifference sets in like cancer, it does all kinds of serious damage.

From where I sit as a fundamentalist Baptist Bible preacher, I see a bunch of shallow churches merely going along to get along with PCC. Birds of a feather flock together! The Bob Jones University cult is just as bad, preaching deadly Calvinism (aka, Lordship Salvation) and promoting the Devil's corruptible seed of the modern perverted English Bible versions. Neo-evangelical churches are destroying America!

The Corrupt Smyrna Baptist Church in Pensacola

When I attended Smyrna Baptist Church in Pensacola in 2024 for several months, I noticed that they use and distribute toxic Chick Tracks which preach a counterfeit Gospel. Take a closer look at the damnable heresy taught in Chick Tracts! The following image is page 20 from the Chick Tract titled, “This Was Your Life”...

The inspired King James Bible already answers this question in Acts 16:30b-31a, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved? Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved...” So, why does Jack Chick (1924-2016) answer it so differently to instead answer, “REPENT! - Surrender your life to Christ.” That is NOT what we are taught in Scripture. Dear reader, the hellbound false prophets in Matthew 7:21-23 surrendered their lives to Christ, even calling Him “Lord, Lord.” But Jesus denied knowing them as His sheep. Things that are different are not the same. RIGHT DOCTRINE MATTERS!!!

Smyrna's senior pastor is Bill Adams, who is several years younger than I am. He is a tough fella, possessing strength without beauty and denim without lace. I liked Pastor Adams, but he is holding a grudge against me. I had approached him to shake his hand on the last Sunday of August 2024. He rudely looked left over my shoulder while we shook hands. I contacted him when I got home about the incident to ask him if I am welcome at their church, because I didn't feel like I was. Understandably, the pastor's diss sent negative implications. He kindly apologized and said he didn't know why he was so rude. I forgave him immediately and told Pastor Adams that I'd see him next Sunday. As far as I was concerned, all was well.

I went to Smyrna Baptist Church the next Sunday. During the planned time of shaking hands in each service, Bill Adams' wife approached me in my pew. She deliberately shook my hand and immediately looked hard right 45 degrees off in the distance to diss and offend me, and it sure did. The bold impudent look of disrespect on her face was unmistakable. She had every intention of offending me, and she did. She had heard what her husband did the week before which hurt my feelings and offended me.

After the pastor's meddling wife dissed me, I contacted her husband as soon as I arrived home from church, again asking him if I am welcomed in their church, but this time he ignored me. I waited a few days and I contacted him again, including his secretary to make sure he received my messages. Pastor Adams completely ignored me. So, my last email to Pastor Adams, I scolded him in Jesus' name. I respectfully wrote that he and his wife ought to be greatly ashamed of themselves for mistreating of me as a new comer. I had been kind to them.

The truth dear reader is that I was a marked man from the very beginning because of my biblical stand against the cult at Pensacola Christian College (PCC). I have a right to my opinion, and in my view PCC is a theological and religious cult. Only cults ban people from coming to church. I didn't ask to attend their college in the summer of 2022, I kindly l asked if I could attend their Campus Church. Their ungodly hateful pastors held a grudge against my ministry websites, so they refused, for which wickedness they will answer to a holy God in eternity (Galatians 1:6-9, 3:1-3, 5:4, 6:7).

Everywhere that I try to go to church, my fundamentalist website ministry precedes me! I have never said a word to anyone in these churches about my ministry websites, but they already knew and sinfully held it against me. Telling the truth is not a crime! 2nd John 1:11, “For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.”

Mrs. Adams didn't want me in their church, so she found a way to offend me so that I would leave and never return. When she had heard what happened between me and her husband in late August of 2024, it was her golden opportunity to get rid of me the next week, for which hateful behavior she will be held accountable by almighty God. No one wants to be somewhere that they are not welcomed.

What upsets me so much is why she did it, because I am taking a courageous biblical STAND against the multiple counterfeit plans of salvation being taught at PCC. There can be only ONE true Gospel (Galatians 1:6-9). Pastor Adams' daughter attends PCC. Smyrna Baptist Church is conjoined at the hip with PCC, committing spiritual adultery with spiritual headquarters. They are indifferent toward the truth, perverting the Gospel to follow headquarters at PCC.

Don't Support PCC and You Will Be Blackballed

Anyone who speaks out against PCC and their leadership is expelled from the group and community. Several dozen churches throughout the Pensacola area wickedly bid Godspeed to PCC. 2nd John 1:11, “For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.” Before they had their own Campus Church which seats several thousand people, PCC had internship programs in local churches for their students. So, PCC still has a close working relationship with many local churches in Pensacola.

The sad truth dear reader is that PCC is an authoritarian cult. Their leadership have HUGE egos at PCC. Anybody who dares to call them out to question their teachings, ruffle their feathers and oppose their authority is blackballed, shunned, ostracized, ignored and thrown the bus. That is what they have wickedly done to me since 2021 when I first attended their Campus Church for a few months. I had left the church in the fall of 2021, hurt and frustrated by their incompetent cold pastor, Jeff Redlin. But several months later I missed the friends at PCC I had made, and I needed a church family, so I tried to go back, but PCC's pastors and leaders refused. We have been enemies since, by their hand.

I am a born again child of God, created in the image of our Creator, yet their leadership horribly treated me like garbage at PCC, Smyrna Baptist Church, Family Baptist Church, et cetera. SHAME on all of them! They are indifferent toward the integrity of God's simple plan of salvation. You don't repent of your sins to be saved, you trust Christ who died on a cross to pay for your sins 2,000 years ago. Jesus Christ bore the unbearable weight of our sin burden, simply because we couldn't bear that impossible load.

I echo with the Apostle Paul in Philippians 1:17b, “I am set for the defence of the gospel. The wicked arrogant pastors of Smyrna Baptist Church, Family Baptist Church, Campus Church and Fairfield Drive Baptist Church in Pensacola can all detest, hate and shun me as a trouble-maker, as wicked King Ahab did to the prophet Elijah (1st Kings 18:17-18), but God is on my side for TELLING THE TRUTH. I am not the one perverting, changing, embellishing and altering God's simple plan of salvation to include turning away from your sinful bad habits, and forsaking your self-serving sins to obey God's will instead of yours to get to Heaven; they are preaching that crap!

The PCC Camp Are All Indifferent Toward The Truth

Right doctrine matters! The horrible sin of indifference is destroying fundamentalism today. I am just doing what every preacher should be doing, contending for the faith. Titus 1:13-14, “This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith; Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.” Whatever a pastor stops preaching against is what his church will fill up with in five years.

I and my wife were wickedly kicked out of Family Baptist Church in June of 2025. Their ungodly pastors are siding with immodesty and a counterfeit plan of salvation. SHAME!

You see dear reader, in today's spiritually DEAD churches you're expected to just show up, shut up and put up. No Sir! I cannot do that. Revelation 3:1-2, “And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead. Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.” This Scripture passage indicts PCC! They have made a name for themselves since 1974 when they opened their doors, but THEY ARE DEAD while they live. That is, they are spiritually dead while being physically alive.

The $64,000 question is: “Do you care dear reader? I do care, and it gets me into trouble sometimes. Religious people get mad at me for exposing their foolishness.
“It's easier to fool people than to convince them that they have bene fooled.” —Mark Twain
The PCC camp are in denial. I found four different conflicting plans of salvation in the ministries of PCC, yet they couldn't care less. Depending on where you look, you'll find a different plan of salvation at Pensacola Christian College. Do you think the LORD honors such confusion? Do you think God is okay with presenting different versions of the Gospel? I assure you on the authority of the inspired Scripture that He does not (Galatians 1:6-7).

Sinful human nature is to become defensive. The PCC camp has become very defensive against my Bible preaching against them as being a “cult.” It all depends on that you consider “a cult.” There are different types of cults. There are personality cults, which they had at the First Baptist Church of Hammond when Pastor Jack Hyles was still alive.

That is not a bad thing necessarily, but I knew a college student who literally assaulted another student, putting him in the hospital with a broken collar bone for criticizing Dr. Hyles. That is evil, not Bible Christianity. Unfortunately Brother Hyles encouraged that type of shameful behavior in his preaching at times by telling people to physically stand up to critics. I love Dr. Hyles but disagree with him on that matter. You can verbally stand up to a gossiper or critic without beating them into silence. The Bible commands us as God's redeemed children to be as harmless as doves (Matthew 10:16b).

I am a VOICE! I am just preaching the truth of God's inspired Word in the King James Bible. Tragically, 99% of today's fundamental Bible colleges and Independent Fundamental Baptist churches have grown complacent making lots of money. PCC takes in about $175 million each year. Great fluff biscuits in the morning! That's a lot of cheddar! They've got a cash cow! But what about THE TRUTH? PCC has blood on their hands for preaching a false gospel, and for wickedly bidding Godspeed to the Bob Jones University camp who also preach Lordship Salvation. Did I say that birds of a feather stick together? They're all making filthy lucre! When the Gospel is being perverted, it is blood money!!!

We Ought Not Bid Godspeed to False Prophets

The Sword of the Lord shamefully supports PCC to get their money from advertisements PCC runs in their bi-weekly publication. 2nd John 1:11, “For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.” Oftentimes I see full-page ads in the Sword, wickedly bidding Godspeed to heretics who pervert God's simple plan of salvation. The biggest problem today in the churches and Bible colleges is indifference, but who cares? Right! Well, I care damn it! Little things are important. Pastor Jack Hyles was right...
“Nothing is unimportant.” —Pastor Jack Hyles, “Unjust In The Least
God knows that I don't want or like to make enemies. The good LORD knows that when I attended all these churches in the city of Pensacola I was a complete gentleman. I was kind and loving toward everyone, including the leadership. But they ignored me from day one because of my reputation as a fighter who preaches against PCC. I needed a church family. So, I stayed quiet in those churches, but behind the scenes I was (and still am) taking a biblical stand by preaching hard on social media against the incompetent leadership at PCC and their Campus Church, and that got me kicked out. Sadly, it has become next to impossible nowadays to find a doctrinally sound church to attend. What's a poor fella to do?

By not contending for the Christian faith, today's Bible colleges and churches have become spiritually dead and indifferent concerning THE TRUTH. Senior Pastor Jeff Redlin and his sidekick Boy Wonder (Associate Pastor Timothy Zacharias) at PCC are spoiled yuppies!

When I contacted Jeff Redlin in July of 2021 to ask him if I was welcomed at Campus Church as a divorced man who intends to remarry, he totally ignored me for 10 days. I asked him that question because I know they frown upon divorced people getting remarried. And he had already made me feel like human garbage by mistreating me from day one. I told him the truth that I was sleeping in Walmart's parking lot and he just coldheartedly walked away at their church picnic on the 4th of July. Jerk!

So, I needed to know if I was welcome at their Campus Church, and if he had any compassion and love at all as a pastor (he doesn't). Nobody wants to be where they're not wanted. His lame excuse for not responding was that a student had died a month earlier in June. Unreal. What a liar! I don't think he lied about the student, but I don't believe him for one second that is why he ignored me. You see dear reader, PCC is a religious cult for self-righteous snobs. Divorced people who need to get remarried for sex (1st Corinthians 7:9) are outcasts at Campus Church. You're just supposed to just suck it up and masturbate for the rest of your life. Oops, I wasn't supposed to say that. I'll try to remember for next time. They are so out of touch with reality at Pensacola Christian College. Their heads are buried in the sand! Somebody needs to expose rotten places like PCC—who shun hurting divorced people, throw truth-tellers under the bus, and preach another gospel of partial faith in Christ plus turning from your sins.

Indifferent pastors aren't concerned about fighting the good fight of faith. Since preachers have disagreed for centuries over the biblical meaning of the word “repent,” many pastors today dismiss the matter as something not worth debating over. But what we believe will determine where we spend eternity. If you're wrong on repentance, you're also wrong on the Gospel.

We've got too many pastors and churches today merely going along to get along. They have the herd mentality that ruins churches. What we need are Spirit-filled men of God who are learned in the Scripture and unapologetically stand for THE TRUTH.

We Need to Strengthen Christian Fundamentalism

Revelation 3:1-2, “And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead. Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.”

Christian fundamentalism is upholding the fundamentals of the inspired King James Bible, and separating from those who don't. It's that simple.

Fundamentalism excludes the world's Contemporary Christian Music (CCM) that has robbed today's churchgoers of the beautiful hymns of the faith that conveyed great theological truths; unlike today CCM 7-11 songs (7 words repeated 11 times). Yuk!

Fundamentalism excludes the Devil's hundreds of perverted modern English Bible revisions. Ladies and gentleman, the King James Bible is not merely a version, it is God's inspired Word! God only authored ONE BOOK!

Fundamentalism excludes the Satanic lies of Calvinism, Lordship Salvation and repenting of your sins to be saved. Christ died for your sins; He doesn't demand that you make a futile attempt to forsake your sinful bad habits to receive God's free gift of eternal life (Romans 4:4-6; Ephesians 2:8-9). The only thing that you and I contribute to our own salvation is the sin that made it necessary. The only sin you need to turn from to be saved is the sin of UNBELIEF.

Fundamentalism excludes Christian females wearing pants in public. Shame on any pastor's wife or daughter who wears Spandex, pants or short skirts. Modesty matters to God!

And I would like to add that there's no such thing as a fundamentalist who's not a hypocrite to some degree. There's simply no earthly way that we can all be perfect. Fundamentalism is essentially a synonym for simply obeying the Holy Bible, and all of us fall short (Romans 3:23). No one can withstand the attack of a critic. So, if you have your big magnifying glass out and want to follow a fundamentalist around like Eric Skwarczynski (how to pronouncedoes to condemn and destroy their life, you WILL find plenty of flaws and sins.

I am humbly proud to be a born again Christian since age 12. I am also humbly proud to be an Independent Fundamental Baptist. Not everybody is selling out in our camp today! I love this sermon by Pastor Jack Hyles titled, 'It's Time To Come Out Of The Closet' (or, 'Where Are The 7,000?').

The sin of indifference is destroying fundamentalism today, simply because today's shameful pastors have lost their zeal to contend for the faith. The repent of your sins to get to Heaven heresy has crept into nearly every Baptist church today (all of the pseudo-Christian false religions teach it). The reason for this is indifference! Put another way, it's like that great 1990 country song by Aaron Tippin, You've Got To Stand For Something.”

Thank you for reading my ministry blog. Jesus is precious!
