Don't Lower God To Fit Your Agenda

Psalms 50:16-22, “But unto the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, or that thou shouldest take my covenant in thy mouth? Seeing thou hatest instruction, and castest my words behind thee. When thou sawest a thief, then thou consentedst with him, and hast been partaker with adulterers. Thou givest thy mouth to evil, and thy tongue frameth deceit. Thou sittest and speakest against thy brother; thou slanderest thine own mother's son. These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; thou thoughtest that I was altogether such an one as thyself: but I will reprove thee, and set them in order before thine eyes. Now consider this, ye that forget God, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver.”

I love this passage of Scripture. The inspired Word of God warns us in Proverbs 14:12 and again in Proverbs 16:25, “There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.” Any time that God repeats something, you should pay extra close attention if you are wise. I mean, when God speaks only a fool wouldn't listen with the most attentiveness, but when God repeats something it is for a very good reason.

The Bible emphasizes in numerous passages the truth that most people are deceived in their thinking. Luke 13:23-24, “Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them, Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.” The reason why they will seek to enter into Heaven but won't be able to do so is simply because they were WRONG in their thinking.

Jesus warned in Matthew 7:13-15 that FALSE PROPHETS will mislead the masses of society (the blind leading the blind), leading them into the Lake of Fire forever. Matthew 7:15, “Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.” Dear reader, Satan's greatest weapon is to con people into living the Christian life without ever being born again.

The Bible likens the saved to wheat, and the unsaved to tares that will be burned in the fire. The world's churches are full of tares today! The Bible teaches that you will always find tares and wheat growing together, side by side (Matthew 13:30). That is to say, there are still unsaved people even in the best churches; and contrariwise, saved people in the worst.

In this blog I want to focus on Psalms 50:21, “These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; thou thoughtest that I was altogether such an one as thyself: but I will reprove thee, and set them in order before thine eyes.” The inspired King James Bible is warning that if we embrace WRONG THINKING, God will someday need to reprove us, and set our corrupt mind in order.

We see a good example in Matthew 16:22-23, “Then Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, Be it far from thee, Lord: this shall not be unto thee. But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.” The Apostle Peter was a good guy. Peter meant well. He loved Jesus and wanted to protect and defend his friend, who is the very Christ. But Jesus Himself said Peter was thinking like the Devil.

This is an amazing Bible truth. Although it is not possible for a redeemed saint of God to become demon possessed, it is possible to become deluded and think like Satan. I'll give you numerous examples of churchgoers thinking like the Devil:

1. The heresy of repenting of sinful bad habits to be saved. Judas repented of his sins but still went to Hell (Matthew 27:3)
2. The demonic heresy of Lordship Salvation (Matthew 7:21-23)
3. Women wearing immodest clothing (pants) in public (1st Timothy 2:9; Deuteronomy 22:5)
4. Religious Zionism; modern manmade Israel is not the fulfillment of Bible prophecy (Hosea 3:4-5; Romans 2:28-29; Revelation 2:9)
5. The modern Satanic corrupt Bible revisions (Psalms 12:6-7; Genesis 3:1)
6. Requiring sinners to walk a church aisle to learn how to be saved (2nd Corinthians 4:3-4)
7. Slanderous gossip, unjust criticism and accusing (condemning) others (Proverbs 11:9; Matthew 7:1-5, 12; Revelation 12:10)
8. Churches not going door to door soulwinning (Acts 20:20)
9. The evils of women preachers (1s Timothy 2:12)
10. The sin of divorce (Jeremiah 3:20)
11. Defrauding someone financially (1st Thessalonians 4:6)
12. Being slow to believe the truth (Luke 24:25)
13. The evils of abortion (Exodus 20:13)
14. The unnatural sin of homosexuality and the vile evil LGBTQ agenda (Leviticus 20:13; Romans chapter 1; Colossians 3:5-6; Jude 1:7)
15. Not loving everyone unconditionally (1st Corinthians 13:1-3; Jude 1:22)

I have just listed some evil things off the top of my head that are totally unbiblical. Only someone who is immature spiritually, backslidden, or is still unsaved would argue to debate.

The Wickedness Of Women Wearing Pants

Lately I've been bombarded with angry comments on social media from wicked sinners who scoff at the truth that women ought not wear pants. Men have never had it tougher to think and live right then today in 2025. Only a wicked pastor who is far from the Lord would dare to defend his ungodly wife wearing pants in public. Shame on Brad Moffett, and his verbally abusive father Bobby Moffett, two ungodly clowns at the Family Baptist Church in Pensacola. 

In April of 2025, Pastor Brad shamefully told me and my wife in his church office that it doesn't matter if his wife wears sexy pants, because a man who walks in the Spirit won't fulfill the lusts of the flesh. I apologized to my wife for the embarrassing sexual nature of the conversation, which the unethical pastor ambushed us with. SHAME ON BRAD MOFFETT! I am 100% convinced that Brad is henpecked and his ungodly bratty wife made him confront me, because she loves to wear her tight sexy pants in public, for which God will harshly deal with her in time.

Pastor Brad Moffett (age 37) had scheduled a time to meet with me and Alice in his office for a different reason, but then chose to censure my website ministry instead, making a fuss over my preaching against women wearing pants. We couldn't believe how inappropriate the pastor was being. It was Pastor, and not us, who brought up the issue of women wearing pants. In the 45 months that I attended Family Baptist Church in Pensacola from 2021 to 2025, I never once even mentioned anything about women wearing pants in their church, because as a guest it wasn't my business nor place to make such judgment calls.

We were shocked when Pastor Brad defended his wife's worldly pants, laying the burden not to lust upon men instead. That's like saying it's okay to leave your new expensive Deluxe 21-Speed Sport bicycle unlocked and alone in public because people shouldn't steal. You can kiss it goodbye! What Brad Moffett said is one of the most incompetent, arrogant and stupid things I have ever heard anyone say.

Shame on Brad Moffett, who has no business being the pastor of a church. Just because Christian men should walk in holiness doesn't make it okay for ungodly Christian women to dress in sexually alluring worldly attire (Proverbs 7:10). Preachers say the darndest things! Brad's big problem is that he has put himself in the place of God (and so has his foolish father), redefined God's Word to allow and tolerate the attire of an harlot in public. A century ago there was no debate. A woman who wore pants in public was considered lewd.

In 1923, the Attorney General of the United States decided that women could legally wear pants for the first time. But God hasn't stopped being holy, men have stopped fearing God. 1st Peter 2:11, “Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul.” Don't you dare try to convince me that our holy God is okay with Christian women putting on pants, looking like men. I promise you that when Pastor Brad's wife stands before God someday in judgment, she WON'T be wearing pants!

Pastor Brad wickedly bids Godspeed to infidels' Ken Ham, Billy and Franklin Graham, John Calvin, John Piper and that clown Jeff Redlin at Pensacola Christian College, who are all gospel perverts. These men walk in darkness, peddling a counterfeit plan of salvation which requires works. That is, they all insist that you fist be willing to surrender your self to forsake your sinful ways to be saved. You see, again, ungodly pastors (irresponsible clergy) have lowered God to their ignorant level, redefining God and His Word to fit THEIR AGENDA.

Dear reader, please NOT NOT try to lower almighty God down to your sinful low moral standards (e.g., females wearing pants in public). Only whores wore pants in society a century ago! The first appearance of trousers in recorded history was among nomadic steppe-people in Western Europe, but this is vastly different than today's ungodly blue jean wearing American bimbo. Woe be unto the wicked pastor's wife who defies God's commandment by refusing to adorn herself in MODEST APPAREL. There is nothing modest about pants on women!

To clarify, I'm not talking about the 50 year old widow who needs to put on work overalls to haul sludge out of a smelly sewer hole to pay the bills. I'm talking about the ungodly pastor's wife who wears pants merely because she likes them, or wants to fit in with her worldly peers, or she doesn't want to be called “Pollyanna” for having high moral standards, or she wants to attract the wrong type of attention to her thighs and buttocks (or all the above). No doubt many of my ministry blog readers will disagree with me, but if you ladies truly cared about the war going on in the souls of men today, you'd never wear a pair of pants, bikini or other immodest clothing again. I promise you ladies that you won't escape God's judgment in eternity. Public nudity is a horrible sin (Leviticus 18:6-19).

American culture is so ungodly today that nearly all women see nothing wrong with putting on a pair of blue jeans, a bikini or other revealing suggestive clothing. Many women do it deliberately to draw the lust of men. That is why Jesus warned in Matthew 5:28 that a man who lusts has committed adultery “with her.” She is just as guilty for giving the man something to lust upon. SHAME on today's immature, backslidden and often false Christians who maintain low worldly moral standards in contrast to the holiness commanded in the Scripture.

You can try to reinvent God, but you won't get away with it! Truth doesn't change just because you refuse to accept it. The true Gospel isn't perverted just because you may pervert it to your victims. What Pensacola Christian College (PCC) is preaching today is NOT God's simple plan of salvation by grace through faith. But just because PCC and their unholy Campus Church have maliciously corrupted God's simple plan of salvation, doesn't change the truth of God's inspired Word. PAYDAY SOMEDAY!!!

Get Right With God America!

I wrote this blog to warn and encourage you dear reader not to change who God is, because you will only delude yourself into damnation. The Gospel cannot be changed (1st Corinthians 15:1-6). Modesty has never permitted women to wear men's clothing, and until 1923 in the United States it was illegal and enforceable by law. Would to God those days of high morality come back. And I'll tell you something else, I do not think women should have the right to vote. Men are to run the marriage, the home, the church and society! Like it or not, a woman's place has always been in the home, biblically married to another Christian and bearing many children, guiding the house and staying out of trouble. Today's career women have turned aside after the Devil, blaspheming the Word of God (1st Timothy 5:14-15).

Call me what you will, but there is no controversy if you believe the Holy Bible. Shame on any Christian women who sinfully wears her ungodly trousers, slants, Spandex, et cetera. It's a big deal to God!!! The wicked “free love” hippie movement of the 1960's with all their drugs, peace symbols and fornication, created the abortion industry which took off skyward in the 1970s. Twisted selfish Americans MURDERED 65,000,000 precious human lives by abortion on the demonic altar of convenience, godlessness, humanism, eugenics and self-centeredness. Hitler's friend in crime and eugenicist monster, Margaret Sanger (1879-1966), would be so proud if she were still alive today! But you see, she is burning in the fires of Hell forever, and I assure you that she is suffering in fiery torment and inexplicable miseries.

I have refused to sing the popular song “God Bless America” for the past 20 years, and I'll never sing it again. If as a child of God you want to wear rose-colored glasses to pretend like everything is okay, then do so at your own demise when you answer to God someday. Psalms 94:16, “Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?”

I am so sick and tired of do-nothing professed Christians who do absolutely nothing for the cause of Christ except to play church every Sunday, going through the superficial motions of religion so that your incompetent pastor(s) can collect an undeserved paycheck for running God's ship into the ground. The church flock belongs to God, not any pastor! When a fool-headed pastor like Bobby Moffett, his stiff-necked son or Jeff Redlin at PCC pervert the grace of God by requiring lost sinners to repent of their sinning to be saved, they are preaching another gospel which cannot produce the required new birth (2nd Corinthians 11:3-4; John 3:1-5).

God's will concerning salvation is to believe on Jesus, nothing more (John 6:40). Anybody who tells you that you must forsake a lifestyle of sinning to be saved is lying to you. Anybody who insists that your behavior will change for the better, and you will walk in holiness if you are really saved, is preaching the Devil's fraud of Calvinism! Get thee behind me, Satan!

Most professed Christians today have lowered God to fit their corrupt thinking. In the minds of today's apostate churchgoers, God allows fornication. He is okay with open adultery, substance abuse and every manner of filth and wickedness. Liberal ungodly neo-evangelicals portray Jesus as being so loving that nothing offends him, except the judgmental biblical fundamentalist who preaches hard against sin, heresy and false religion. I thank God for Bible fundamentalism. I thank God for soulwinning churches who still go out knocking from door to door as they did in the early church in the book of Acts (Acts 20:20).

Although in Heaven there is no such thing as “the Baptist church” (Galatians 3:28-29), I choose to identify with Independent Fundamental Baptist Churches today. I believe they come closest to following the New Testament church. That being said, I vehemently reject any Baptist church that errantly teaches you must turn from your sinful ways to get to Heaven, because that is works according to Jonah 3:10. In the new birth, God wants to freely give you His gift of eternal life. The Lord does not demand that you surrender or give up anything to receive His free gift, because that would mean God owes you a debt (Romans 4:4).

Part of man's sinful nature is to corrupt, add and complicate God's simple plan of salvation. The Devil's goal is to hinder lost sinners from seeing the glorious light (truth) of the Gospel, lest they should be saved.

2nd Corinthians 4:3-5, “But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.”

Satan's greatest weapon is to con people into living the Christian life without ever being born again, which is exactly what happened in Matthew 7:21-23. HAVE YOU BEEN BORN AGAIN? Your agenda is not the Lord's agenda! Isaiah 55:8-9, “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.” Don't try to figure out God because it cannot be done.

To clarify, we can have the mind of Christ as believers (1st Corinthians 2:16), but we will never fully understand God and His ways until we see Him face to face. 1st Corinthians 13:12, “For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part [i.e., the mind of Christ]; but then shall I know even as also I am known.” This is why we are exhorted in the Scripture to pray about everything in Philippians 4:6, so that “the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:7b). I cherish the old timeless hymn of the Christian faith...

What a friend we have in Jesus,
All our sins and griefs to bear!
What a privilege to carry
Everything to God in prayer! 

Oh, what peace we often forfeit,
Oh, what needless pain we bear,
All because we do not carry
Everything to God in prayer!

Have You Ever Been Born Again?

Do you know 100% for certain that if you died right now you would go to Heaven to be with the Lord? If you don't, let's settle it right now. You are a sinner (Romans 3:10-23). I am a sinner. We have violated God's commandments. James 2:10 says breaking even one of God's commandments makes us guilty of breaking all of them, because nothing imperfect can enter through Heaven's gates. 

Since neither you or I can attain perfection (Isaiah 64:6), nor can we undo or make up for our past sins, we need a Savior. His precious name is JESUS!!! God the Father in His unfeigned love sent His only begotten Son, Jesus, into the world to bleed, suffer, be tormented, mocked, beaten beyond recognition, stripped naked and then crucified as a common criminal on a cross. He did that to pay your debt of sin, and mine. The faithful God who spoke trillions of galaxies of the universe into existence by the mere Word of His mouth in an instant (which some astronomers like to call the 'Big Bang'), died on a cross for you because He loves you more than you could ever know or comprehend. God was willing to die as a man so that you and I could spend eternity with Him. What a wonderful God and Savior!!!

Now, all God requires for you to obtain His free gift of eternal life is to simply by faith (taking God at His recorded Word in the Holy Bible), receive Christ's sacrifice on the cross as full payment for your sins, believing that after He died Jesus was buried, but then three days later He physically resurrected from the dead. This is “the gospel” according to 1st Corinthians 15:1-6, which simply means: 'GOOD NEWS.' This is how you become born again (i.e., saved or converted). You simply need to BELIEVE (rely upon, faith, trust) that Jesus is who He claimed to be—the very Christ, the promised Messiah, the only begotten Son of God (John 20:31); and that He did everything through Calvary's cross which was required by God the Father for your salvation. It's that simple!

You don't need to attend a church. You don't need to partake of any sacraments. You don't need to be water baptized to get to Heaven, but you should as a first step of obedience as God's redeemed child. Beware of pseudo-Christian cults (e.g., Church of Christ, Roman Catholic, Jehovah's Witness, Lutheran and Mormon) who insist that you must be water baptized to get to Heaven. They are liars! My Mom's mother (my grandma) was a born again Christian, but she never got water baptized. She was a decorated officer for decades in The Salvation Army. The repentant thief on the cross never got water baptized, yet Jesus assured him with a promise that they would be together in Paradise that very same day (Luke 23:43).

Neither do you need to live a lifestyle of turning from sins as Ray Comfort errantly preaches. Nor do you have to faithfully run the Christian race to the end as Steve Pettit (long time president of Bob Jones University) preaches. Nor do you have to forsake a lifestyle of sinning as incompetent pastor Marty Herron preaches. Marty today is the irresponsible vice president of Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological University in Ankeny, Iowa. The corrupt guy shouldn't be allowed to run a hotdog stand! Marty Herron is a child of the Devil, along with his mentor of madness John MacArthur (1939-2025) who just split Hell wide open the moment he perished. Lordship Salvation is a perversion of the Gospel of free grace! If these false prophets are in Heaven, then there are two Gospels and God is a boldfaced liar (Galatians 1:6-9).

Jack Chick (1924-2016) was another false teacher, who in every poisonous Chick Tract requires that you “be willing to turn from sin” to get to Heaven, which he foolishly mistook for Bible repentance. To “repent” (Greek verb: metanoeo) simply means “to think differently.” To be saved you must change your thinking about two things: 1) You must agree with God that you are a guilty sinner (Romans 3:19-20), so that in seeing your need; 2) You must trust Christ as your only Savior. These are the only two things you need to think differently about.

Your manner of wicked lifestyle and poor behavior traits are matters of discipleship and service, and not a matter of sonship and salvation. Whatever changes God wants to see take place in your life after you trust Christ as your personal Savior is solely His department, and you can rest assured dear reader that He will attend to it (Hebrews 12:6-8). God is not an absent parent (Proverbs 3:12).
