Canadian Supreme Court Rules Biblical Speech Opposing Homosexual Behavior is a ‘Hate Crime’
Ottawa, Ontario — The Supreme Court of Canada has ruled that Biblical speech opposing homosexual behavior, including in written form, is essentially a hate crime.
On Wednesday, the court upheld the conviction of activist William Whatcott, who found himself in hot water after distributing flyers regarding the Bible’s prohibitions against homosexuality throughout the Saskatoon and Regina neighborhoods in 2001 and 2002. The 7-judge panel consisted of Justices Beverly McLachlin, Louis LeBel, Marie Deschamps, Morris Fish, Rosalie Abellia, Marshall Rothstein and Thomas Cromwell.
“The Bible is clear that homosexuality is an abomination,” one flyer that was found to be in violation stated, citing 1 Corinthians 6:9. “Scripture records that Sodom and Gomorrah was given over completely to homosexual perversion and as a result destroyed by God’s wrath.”

I have a Christian friend in Canada here on Facebook who uses an alias instead of his real name, because he is afraid of being prosecuted by the Canadian government for speaking out against homosexuality. The Old Testament prophet, Ezekiel, met with the same hatred, persecution and opposition from the people and leaders in Israel. God encouraged Ezekiel, exhorting the prophet to just keep preaching without compromise and trust the Lord, knowing that Israel had become a rebellious house. Ezekiel 2:6, “And thou, son of man, be not afraid of them, neither be afraid of their words, though briers and thorns be with thee, and thou dost dwell among scorpions: be not afraid of their words, nor be dismayed at their looks, though they be a rebellious house.”
As a born-again fundamentalist Baptist Bible preacher, I feel the same message from God today. The media has been reporting a drastic increase in hostility against Churches across the United States.
The tyranny now seen in Canada is soon coming to the United States. In October of 2022, the sale, transfer and purchase of guns were banned nationwide. In the U.S. I think it will begin with guns bans in Colorado, Illinois and California, and then spread to other states, until ultimately the U.S. Supreme Court bans guns at the federal level. That is how they legalized abortion in 1973 and same-sex perversion in 2015, incrementally. The important thing for us as saints is to stay focused on Jesus (Hebrews 12:2), and watch for His return (Mark 13:37). God is so good!
The insanity that we are seeing across the United States today is just the beginning of the imminent destruction of America! I am not a big fan of Martin Luther King Jr. After his death, his wife Coretta King was a big promoter of LGBTQ rights. That shows how wicked she was. Likewise, Luther himself was a wicked man, giving Playboy magazine interviews. Strangely enough, Playboy owner Hugh Hefner was a big advocate of rights for black Americans, which made them common allies in their fight for humanitarian rights.
Sadly, this fight for rights has carried over from one of all men being equal, to legalized rights for homosexuals, pedophiles and perverts. That is NOT humanitarian rights, it is wickedness!!! Nobody has a right to sin and force their sinful ways upon children (which is exactly what is happening in America today). Only one view is allowed today in society! This is communism, not liberty. Google has censored 95% of my ministry's internet traffic to Jesus-is-Savior.com website. It is not fair! That is not freedom of speech, it is legalized tyranny.
Search the web and you will find that more Americans are becoming depressed every year. Sin depresses any people! Look at the bizarre insanity that our corrupt government and wicked society is embracing today! Homosexuality and the transgendered community are not normal people. They are a threat to children. They are a threat to the health of our society overall, since any society is only as healthy as its lowest morals. Our society is only as healthy as how we treat the millions of homeless people, addicts and released convicts with felonies who cannot find employment.
I mentioned Martin Luther King Jr. earlier because I want to share a quote that he made, which is 100% true. Dr. King was a brilliant orator. Sadly, although he masqueraded as a Baptist minister, King openly denied the deity of Jesus, His virgin birth and Christ's bodily resurrection from the dead. Martin Luther King Jr. was NOT a born-again Christian. No one is saved who denies these fundamental doctrines of Christianity. Jesus' deity is at the core of God's simple plan of Salvation. To acknowledge one's faith in Jesus as the only begotten (biological) Son of God is to profess faith in His deity as God almighty on earth.
Having said that, Dr. King was absolutely right that we need leaders who love humanity. People who genuinely love others do not prioritize greed, career advancement and politics over their neighbours. Again, I am not a fan of Dr. King, he was a front for the Communists in America. King attended their meetings and was instrumental in helping to destroy our nation's backbone. Anytime that “human rights” is used as an excuse to legalize sin, it is wrong and destructive upon a society. Dark days are ahead for America!
The Bible teaches that the coming Antichrist, the Man of Sin, will use peace to destroy society. Daniel 8:25, “And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.” I think this is what we are seeing today. We see our ungodly government and liberal kooks and quacks intentionally trying to undermine society. They want to defund the police, which is insane. They insanely want to rid classrooms of normal words like “boy” and “girl,” telling children and parents to instead use the terms like “hey campers” and “purple penguins.”
There are trillions of dollars spent each year all across the United States by governing authorities, yet the poor are still poor and nobody cares about them. The homeless are still homeless and nobody in authority cares enough to help them. And if somebody in power does try to make a difference to help the homeless, then all their rotten selfish peers getting paid 6-digit salaries crucify them. Our country didn't get into this mess overnight, nor will it be fixed overnight, but until someone takes the first steps it is guarantee that nothing will change.
As a clear indicator of just how messed up our nation has become, one need only look at the 30 foot wall that President Trump spent $15,000,000,000 of taxpayer money to build along the southern border of the country, to keep illegal immigrants out. But then when Joe Biden became U.S. President, he deliberately allowed $1,400,000 illegal immigrants (criminals) to flood into the United States. This clearly shows that subversive powers at at work behind the scenes in Washington DC, intentionally undermining our nation's sovereignty, morality, integrity and sanity. It is no secret that secret societies control the United States!!!
