Psalms 136:5-9, “To him that by wisdom made the heavens: for his mercy endureth for ever. To him that stretched out the earth above the waters: for his mercy endureth for ever. To him that made great lights: for his mercy endureth for ever: The sun to rule by day: for his mercy endureth for ever: The moon and stars to rule by night: for his mercy endureth for ever.”
The inspired Word of God teaches that God, our merciful and wise Creator, made the sun, moon, stars, blackholes, dark matter, galaxies, planets and all that exists in the known and unknown universe. God is omnipotent (i.e., He is all-powerful). God can do anything, except sin or lie (James 1:13; Titus 1:2).
It is disturbing to learn that the most highly educated “experts” at NASA (you know, the rocket scientists who know how to send a robot to the planet Mars to bring back soil samples), are so woefully ignorant that they think the earth and moon formed from a chaotic crash between two big rocks in space. It is mind boggling that they could be so gullible and naïve, and moreover, wicked for rejecting the plain truth of the inspired Holy Bible.

Are they for real? Dear reader, if you must make a decision to either believe God's Word or NASA. Former 16th U.S. President, Abraham Lincoln (1809-1865), wisely said:
“In great contests [battles], each party claims to act in accordance with the will of God—both may be, but one must be, wrong—God cannot be for and against the same thing at the same time!” —16th U.S. President, Abraham LincolnWhy did Mr. Lincoln say that? It is because both the Northern Union and the Southern Confederacy claimed to be doing “God's will” in fighting The Civil War (1860-1965). Both President Jefferson Davis in the south, and President Abraham Lincoln in the north, said they were doing “God's will.” As Mr. Lincoln wisely points out, that is IMPOSSIBLE! When two opposing parties, who are warring against each other, claiming to be doing God's will, obviously someone is WRONG! That is why Abraham Lincoln made that powerful statement!
NASA's False Theory On How The Moon Was Made

Either NASA is correct—that two planetary bodies collided into each other and “caused both planets to temporarily splatter apart into globs of gas, magma, and chemical elements before reforming into the bodies we know today to be the Earth and Moon”—OR, God made them. Which do you believe? I am going to choose sides with God! Isaiah 45:9, “Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, He hath no hands?” Kindly said, what NASA is teaching the world is blasphemy against the Word of God!
Do you really think that our beautiful plenteous earth today, with all the wonderful varieties of fruits, vegetables, meats, nuts, seeds and delicacies somehow evolved from globs of gas, magma and chemical elements? I learned last month that there are over 5,000 different types of apples! Wow! God is more than amazing. Did you know that Jesus made the universe and all that is in it?

JESUS IS THE WORD OF GOD!!! As we just read, the Bible says that THE WORD OF GOD made all things. Dr. John R. Rice (1895-1980) used to rightly call Jesus and the Bible “twins.” Jesus is the Living Word; The Bible is the Written Word. God and His Word are inseparable! That is why anytime you hear a preacher, or Oprah Winfrey, or anybody, talking about spirituality without mentioning the Holy Bible, you should get away from them quickly, lest they corrupt your mind. Colossians 2:8, “Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.” What NASA is falsely teaching about the origin of the earth and moon is a perfect example of “vain deceit.” The big lie in most churches today, that says you must “turn from your sin” to get to Heaven is a perfect example of “the traditions of men.” BEWARE!!!
