Romans 2:11, “For there is no respect of persons with God.” Ephesians 6:9,“And, ye masters, do the same things unto them, forbearing threatening: knowing that your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him.” Colossians 3:25, “But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons.” James 2:1, “My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons.” 1st Peter 1:17, “And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear:” Revelation 20:11-12, “And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.”
The Bible in no uncertain terms teaches that our great, omnipotent (all powerful), omniscient (all knowing), omnipresent (all present), omnisapient (all wise) and omnibenevolent (all loving) God is NOT a respecter of persons. That simply means God doesn't play favorites! God doesn't let His buddies slide. You cannot con God or sweet talk Him!!! The Bible teaches that for BOTH saved and unsaved alike, we will be judged in eternity according to our works.
That is very interesting. We hear preachers all the time saying that only the unsaved will be judged according to their works:
1st Corinthians 3:11-15, “For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.”
2nd Corinthians 5:10, “For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.”
Ecclesiastes 12:13-14, “Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.”
The big difference is that saints will be judged according to our works as God's redeemed children. Whereas the lost will be judged according to their works as Christ-rejecters. The judgment for Christians will be a Civil Court, where we only risk loss of rewards, but not corporal punishment. But the unsaved will be judged in Criminal Court, and sentenced to the everlasting Lake of Fire for their crimes against a holy God. No saint at The Judgment Seat Of Christ will be condemned (John 3:18); and no unbeliever at The Great White Throne Of Judgment will be acquitted (John 3:36). There is no respect of persons with God.
God doesn't care if you are rich or poor, fat or skinny, old or young, male or female, bond or free, tall or short, Jew or Gentile, religious or non-religious, extrovertish or introvertish, educated or ignorant, intelligent or base, bold or timid, et cetera. Romans 10:12, “For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” God is NOT swayed by our personality, prejudices or pet peeves. The Bible says we will all be judged according to the Word of God. Romans 3:4, “God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.”
We've all heard the saying: "Everyone has an opinion..." Interestingly, the word "heresy" in the Bible comes from the Greek word hairesis. Here is what VINE'S COMPLETE EXPOSITORY DICTIONARY OF OLD AND NEW TESTAMENT WORDS (Page 303) states concerning the word "hairesis" ...The word "heresy" in the Bible simply means, "an opinion." Many of the doctrines circulating in today's churches are merely opinions, not based upon the Word of God. In John 5:39a Jesus commanded His disciples to... SEARCH THE SCRIPTURES!!! It is dangerous to form one's opinions apart from the Bible. People who express teachings not taught in the Scripture are guilty of spreading heresy. There are sincere people in every church who attempt to help others by offering unsought advice. God is not impressed with some big shot like Jeff Redlin, who is the shameful senior pastor of Campus Church at Pensacola Christian College (PCC) in Pensacola, Florida. Pastor Redlin is guilty of perverting the Bible meaning of repentance. They officially teach in their Foundations Class at Campus Church: “Repentance is a change of mind which results in a change of behavior.” That is a lie of Satan. Nowhere in the inspired King James Bible are we taught that the word “repent” means anything more than a simple childlike change of mind. You are being misled and lied to by these incompetent religious leaders. My heart breaks for the students at PCC and BJU. Combined we're talking about 10,000 young people who are being taught ANOTHER GOSPEL (Galatians 1:6-9).
Getting saved is so simple. When the Roman soldier asked Paul and Silas, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?,” the Apostle Paul gave this simple answer: “And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house” (Acts 16:30-31). There was no mention of repenting from your sin, no mention of your behavior changing as a result of repenting, no extra requirements, JUST BELIEVE ON THE LORD JESUS CHRIST!!! The fastest way to pervert the Gospel and corrupt the grace of God is to start messing around with the meaning of repentance!!! Repentance is simply a change of mind, that's it, that's all, no more!!!
Beware of Marty Herron, Steve Pettit, Sam Horn, John MacArthur, Chuck Phelps, Gary Walton, Joe Hansen, Jared Baldwin, Sean Quinlan, Jeff Redlin, Tim Zacharias and the entire Bob Jones University and Pensacola Christian College crowd today, because they are all corrupt on the Gospel. That also includes the apostate Moody Bible Institute in Chicago (who publish all of John MacArthur's poison books), and the Faith Baptist Bible College And Theological Seminary in Ankeny, Iowa (where Marty Herron now continues to corrupt the Gospel, preaching the Devil's Lordship Salvation).
One day in eternity all these incompetent big shot pastors, who I just mentioned, will be sorry they ever strayed away from the simple Gospel of free grace. God is not impressed with their fancy titles, or that they have brown-nosed each other over the years to secure their disguising careers. Most of the aforementioned ungodly men get paid 6-digit salaries!!! God knows that I am not trying to be unkind, I am simply contending for the Christian faith. I love these men and pray for them, hoping that they will repent of their false doctrines. The truth is only hate to them that hate THE TRUTH.
I am just a humble nobody with a few websites and blogs. I am just a redeemed sinner, a VOICE crying in the wilderness of cyberspace, a man who is passionate about THE TRUTH. I may not be a pastor of some gigantic church, like Campus Church at PCC; but God regards my preaching and ministry just as much as anybody else's! Why? Simply because I am telling THE TRUTH. Romans 3:4, “God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.” All that will matter when I am judged by God in eternity, as well as all the horrible false prophets that I mentioned, will be whether or not we agreed with God's Holy Bible.
Let God be true the Bible says! You cannot show me Lordship Salvation in the Bible, except the unsaved false prophets who were foolishly teaching and trusting in it in Matthew 7:21-23. You cannot show me any place in the Bible that says to repent “of your sin” or to “turn away from your sin” to get to Heaven. But I can show you in Romans 4:4-5, “Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.”
