1st Timothy 6:20-21, “O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called: Which some professing have erred concerning the faith. Grace be with thee. Amen.”
The Crown College in Powell, Tennessee is opening a Creation Science Museum, reinforcing the science 'falsely so-called' taught by religious con man Ken Ham. Anybody who claims that Noah took dinosaurs aboard the ark is ignorant. I once read a book by Dr. Henry Morris III, in which he teaches that Noah brought baby dinosaurs aboard the ark. Morris claims that God stunted the dinosaur's growth. Folks, that is totally absurd.
Ladies and gentleman, Noah did NOT bring dinosaurs aboard the ark. In fact, dinosaurs never lived with mankind at all. If dinosaurs had lived in the Bible, we would have heard about it. There are major scientific and theological problems with a Young Earth Creation (YEC) view. There simply isn't any legitimate evidence of a young earth. At best, all YEC advocates can do is grasp for straws by speculating with unprovable theories, wrest (torture) the Scriptures, and deceive simple minds with their rhetoric. BEWARE OF THE 'YOUNG EARTH CREATION' HERESY!!!
Dr. Arthur C. Custance (1920-1985) authored a very insightful book proving an Old Earth Creation with the Word of God. The book is titled: “WITHOUT FORM AND VOID.” Dr. Max D. Younce has also authored a very helpful book titled: “THE TRUTH TRUTH ABOUT EVOLUTION; OR, DON'T LET SATAN MAKE A MONKEY OUT OF YOU.” Pastor Younce goes into detail refuting a Young Earth Creation view. I would also encourage you to listen to Pastor Curtis Hutson's (1934-1995) excellent Wednesday night series taught in 1974 titled: “DEMONOLOGY.” Dr. Hutson goes into detail about the origin of demons, and an Old Earth Creation, from the King James Bible.
The Young Earth Creation Museum is adhering to bad science! I couldn't believe that they have a big Triceratops dinosaur at the entrance of their museum. It's just another dog and pony sideshow attraction, intended to draw more students and money. The earth is indeed millions if not billions of years old, as science proves. The human race did not evolve and is 6,000 years old, but the Bible teaches an old earth. Psalms 102:25, “Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands.”
