Galatians 1:6-8, “I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.”

I was watching an intriguing video today on YouTube in which a man named Parker is shooting various types of guns at several stainless steel frying pans, to see how many pans each different type of weapon can penetrate. I love stuff like this! Here's the video...

How Bulletproof are Frying Pans?

About halfway through the video Parker explains that he is a Christian, that is, he believes that Jesus is whom He claimed to be, the only begotten Son of God, the very Christ. I fully agree with him on that truth. However, at the end of the video Parker unfortunately ADDS turning from your sins to be saved, which is false teaching. Proverbs 30:5-6, “Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.” Nowhere does the inspired King James Bible, nor the available copies of the ancient Hebrew and Greek manuscripts of Scripture, require that you repent of your sinning to be saved. You don't repent AND believe to be saved; you repent TO believe to be saved, Repentance facilitates (makes possible) believing. If you didn't change your mind (repent), then you'd never turn from your unbelief to be saved.

Now, I'm sure in defense of repenting of your sins to be saved some Smart Alec will cite John 3:20, “For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.” Ostensibly this passage seems to teach that you must turn from your love of sin to be saved. However, please don't leave out John 3:21, “But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.” The Word of God doesn't say, “But he that turneth from his sins” cometh to the light; it reads “But he that doeth truth” cometh to the light to be saved.

The Apostle Paul sheds further light on this obscure passage of Scripture in 2nd Timothy 2:25-26, “In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.” Amen! Repentance in the Bible concerning the new birth never means to turn away from sinning, it means to acknowledge THE TRUTH.

One of my favorite Bible teachers is Pastor Brad Strand. I recently purchased his 'The Strand Study Bible.' I love it so much that I bought four of them (three used). Here is Brother Strand's commentary for 2nd Corinthians 7:8...

Repentance may include “remorse” (made you sorry), but remorse is not repentance. If so, then Judas repented because he was remorseful over what he had done to Christ (Mt 27:3). You can weep over sin and even express great remorse, but until you “change your mind” as to who you are and who Christ is and agree with God (Mt 3:2), you have not repented biblically.

Repentance may include “sorrow” (you were made sorry), but sorrow for sin is not repentance. Hell is full or sorrow, but only for the consequences of sin. The rich man who died and went to Hell uttered not a word of sorrow for his sin, only sorrow for his pain (Lk 16:19-31). You can weep over sin and even express great regret, but until you “change your mind” as to who you are and who Christ is and agree with God, you have not repented biblically.

Repentance may include “conviction” (after a godly manner), but conviction is not repentance. If so, then Felix repented when he trembled before Paul (Acts 24:24-25). You may be convicted that you are a sinner and even admit that you are lost, but repentance is a two-sided coin. You not only have to “change your mind” as to who you are, you have to also “change your mind” as to who Christ is and call upon Him to be your Savior (Rom 10:9-13). Otherwise, you have not repented biblically.

I am so thankful for Pastor Strand, that he is one of few preachers today who gets repentance correct. Pastor Jack Hyles (1926-2001) in a sermon titled, “A Vote For Preaching,” spoke in this excerpt about the false gospel of Lordship Salvation which is unfortunately being preached from nearly every pulpit today. RIGHT DOCTRINE MATTERS!!!

Getting back to the initiate topic, in response to Parker's interesting but heretical video on YouTube, I posted this kind response in the comments (hopefully he will heed the truth)...

Kindly said Parker, I love your video and was glad at first to rejoice when you boldly proclaimed your faith in Jesus, but then you ruined it at the end by perverting God's simple plan of salvation. Unless you are using one of Satan's modern corrupt English Bible previsions, the trustworthy inspired King James Bible nowhere defines "repentance" as "turning from your sins." The Greek noun for "repent" concerning salvation is always metanoia (a change of mind), and the verb metanoeo (to think differently). Turning from sin is the English dictionary's meaning of "repent," but it is not the biblical Greek meaning. 

When God calls on you to "repent, and believe the Gospel" in Mark 1;15, He wishes for you to lay aside your wrong thoughts, and believe the Glad Tidings (i.e., Jesus' death on the cross, burial and bodily resurrection) that He proclaims to you (1 Corinthians 15:1-6). It was ignorant but sincere theologians who added turning from sins as a prerequisite to being born again (Proverbs 14;12). 

I encourage you to read the writings of true free grace preachers such as Pastor Harry A. Ironside (1876-1951). In his Gospel tract titled, "What Is The Gospel?," Pastor Ironside accurately writes these words: 

“The Gospel is not a call to repentance, or to amendment of our ways, to make restitution for past sins, or to promise to do better in the future. These things are proper in their place, but they do not constitute the Gospel; for the Gospel is not good advice to be obeyed, it is good news to be believed. Do not make the mistake then of thinking that the Gospel is a call to duty or a call to reformation, a call to better your condition, to behave yourself in a more perfect way than you have been doing in the past …Nor is the Gospel a demand that you give up the world, that you give up your sins, that you break off bad habits, and try to cultivate good ones. You may do all these things, and yet never believe the Gospel and consequently never be saved at all.”

I encourage you to read books by Pastor Curtis Hutson (1934-1995), Dr. Mark G. Cambron (1911-2000) and Pastor Max D. Younce (1935-2023), which doctrinally sound Bible study books are available for free online). 

In particular, I encourage you to read Michael P. Bowen's helpful book in defense of a free grace Gospel, "I Never Knew You," which is also freely available to read in .pdf format online. Right doctrine matters my friend. 

I understand from your video that you first responded to a religious invitation concerning Christ in 2021, but what you responded to simply wasn't the Gospel if you turned away from your sinning to be saved, it was manmade tradition and not the commandment of God (Mark 7:9). 

When the Philippian jailer asked Paul and Silas what he must do to be saved, their simple answer in Acts 16:31 was to, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ." They didn't instruct the Roman jailer to turn from his sins to be saved. 

When the Apostle Peter preached the Gospel to Cornelius and his friends in Acts chapter 10, at no point in his presentation did Peter instruct them to turn away from their sins to be saved. Since the only sin that can prevent us from going to Heaven is unbelief, then to be saved we must turn from unbelief (or "dead works" as Hebrews 6:1 mentions) to trust Jesus Christ. 

In John 20:31 the Apostle John says the purpose for which he penned the Gospel of John is to convince the reader that Jesus is the Christ, the only begotten Son of God. The book of John is God's Gospel tract for humanity. At no point does John teach to forsake one's sinful ways to get to Heaven, which would constitute works for salvation (Romans 3:20). 

In John 6:28-29 when some people asked Jesus what they must do to work the works of God, the dear Savior simply replied, "This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent." Again, Jesus did NOT tell them to turn from their sins. 

To place one's faith in Jesus Christ is to turn from the awfulness and condemnation that sin brings. But this is vastly different than having a willingness to make an effort to stop sinning, which is works. We are saved by believing, not by repenting, but a person MUST repent to be saved. That is, they must change their mind from unbelief to belief. You and I contribute nothing to salvation except the sin that made it necessary. 

The plain truth is that those false converts who think they have "turned from their sins" to be saved are still full of sinful thoughts and ways. The only thing that makes me any more righteous than the vilest hellbound sinner is the precious blood of Jesus that washed my sins away the moment I got saved at age 13 in 1980.

There is no such thing as turning from one's sins, only being forgiven of our sins through faith in Jesus. A changed life is NOT the result of genuine repentance unto life (the new birth); but rather, a changed life is the "fruit" of the indwelling Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:22-24). But a redeemed child of God must choose daily to walk in the Spirit, or by default we will walk in the flesh (Galatians 5:25). The former is salvation (Galatians 3:26), the latter is service (Romans 12;1). One has nothing to do with the other. Pastor M.R. DeHaan (1891-1965) explains it very well... 

“There is a vast difference between coming to Jesus for salvation and coming after Jesus for service. Coming to Christ makes one a believer, while coming after Christ makes one a disciple. All believers are not disciples. To become a believer one accepts the invitation of the Gospel, to be a disciple one obeys the challenge to a life of dedicated service and separation. Salvation comes through the sacrifice of Christ; discipleship comes only by sacrifice of self and surrender to His call for devoted service. Salvation is free, but discipleship involves paying the price of a separated walk. Salvation can't be lost because it depends upon God's faithfulness, but discipleship can be lost because it depends upon our faithfulness.” —Pastor M.R. DeHaan, Hebrews; Zondervan Publishing House, 1959 (p. 117)

Biblically, a lost sinner need only come to God on the basis that they are a guilty sinner, and by faith (taking God at His recorded Word in the Scripture) trust in the Good News of the blessed crucified, buried and risen Savior to get to Heaven. The moment that a lost sinner by faith receives Christ's sacrifice on the cross as full payment for his sins, believing that Christ was buried but is risen, that sinner is instantly, irrevocably and forever saved by God's grace alone. 

Salvation is not a reward for the righteous, it is a gift for the guilty. 

Salvation is not doing your best, it is having Christ's best put to your account through receiving Him by faith. 

Turning away from sinful ways would be a work. Faith puts all of the merit where it belongs, on the object of our faith, Jesus and His work. 

If to “repent” means to forsake our sinful ways TO BE SAVED, but Jesus already paid for our sins by dying on the cross, then what are we repenting from? 

The true Gospel always points you to CHRIST; a false gospel always points to YOU.

Devil's Modern Bibles Promote The New World Order

Hebrews 9:8-10, “The Holy Ghost this signifying, that the way into the holiest of all was not yet made manifest, while as the first tabernacle was yet standing: Which was a figure for the time then present, in which were offered both gifts and sacrifices, that could not make him that did the service perfect, as pertaining to the conscience; Which stood only in meats and drinks, and divers washings, and carnal ordinances, imposed on them until the time of reformation.”

The “time of reformation” speaks regarding an event that has already happened, that is, the first coming of the Messiah. This phrase has absolutely nothing to do with a future New Order!

KING JAMES BIBLE (KJB) — Hebrews 9:10, “Which stood only in meats and drinks, and divers washings, and carnal ordinances, imposed on them until the time of reformation.”

NEW INTERNATIONAL VERSION (NIV) — Hebrews 9:10, “They are only a matter of food and drink and various ceremonial washings—external regulations applying until the time of the new order.”

GOOD NEWS TRANSLATION (GNB) — Hebrews 9:10, “since they have to do only with food, drink, and various purification ceremonies. These are all outward rules, which apply only until the time when God will establish the new order.”

NEW ENLISH TRANSLATION (NET) — Hebrews 9:10, “They served only for matters of food and drink and various ritual washings; they are external regulations imposed until the new order came.”

COMMON ENGLISH BIBLE (CEB) — Hebrews 9:10, “These are superficial regulations that are only about food, drink, and various ritual ways to wash with water. They are regulations that have been imposed until the time of the new order.”

CHRISTIAN STANDARD BIBLE (CSB) — Hebrews 9:10, “They are physical regulations and only deal with food, drink, and various washings imposed until the time of the new order.”

Occult Symbols On The Back of Every U.S. One Dollar Bill

The eye at the top of The Great Pyramid is the all-seeing-eye of Lucifer (the god of this world according to 2nd Corinthians 4:4). The eye and pyramid are masonic symbols, as well as a symbol used by other occult societies; such as the Order of the Golden Dawn, Nuwaubian Nation, et cetera.

The origin of the occult symbology goes all the way back to ancient Egypt where the top portion of the pyramid is associated with the sun god Ra. This is why the capstones of the pyramids of Giza were originally covered in electrum—a mix of gold and silver in order to reflect the sun's light. It is one of the oldest and most persistent symbols used by man. Its use by occult societies (as well as its ongoing use by the U.S. government, religions, musicians and artists) are all an attempt to utilize some of its power for their own purposes and impart legitimacy to their objects; and therefore, ideologies.

In other words, Satan in this temporary wicked world rewards those who follow him! If you utilize occult symbols to show your allegiance to Satan's New World Order (which is the Beast system of the coming Man of Sin), the powers of darkness will reward you (John 15:19). ...

The very term “new order” is creepy if you've researched the New World Order, as I have since 2002 when I began my website ministry!!! I have written numerous articles exposing false religions in which occult symbols are prevalent.

I cannot warn you enough dear reader to avoid the Devil's modern Bible revisions. If you love Jesus Christ as His redeemed child (1st Peter 2:7), then you should hate the Devil's modern Bible revisions which belittle Him, deny His deity, pervert the Greek meaning of repentance, obliterate the godhead and remove entire chapters of God's inspired Word. Satan's evil minions are working to replace theology with spirituality in the today's churches.

It should be quite obvious to you dear friend that the mention of the “New Order” in many of Satan's modern Bible revisions was put there by wicked men, not godly Christians. 2nd Corinthians 2:17, “For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ.” There have been evil Bible corrupters in every generation, who tamper with the eternally inspired Word of God. Proverbs 30:5-6, “Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.”

John MacArthur Was Very Dishonest In His Preaching

Ephesians 2:8-10, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”

I just ordered a used copy of Pastor John MacArthur's (1939-2025) poisonous book titled, “The Gospel According To Jesus,” so I could expose MacArthur and his toxic false plan of salvation. Kindly said, I have no doubt whatsoever that Mr. MacArthur is now sadly burning in hell, fire and damnation forever. What he teaches is simply NOT a free grace Gospel. MacArthur is guilty of cheery-picking the inspired Scripture and preacher's books to support his perverse agenda of Lordship Salvation. John MacArthur was a crooked theologian!

Dr. Harry Ironside DIDN'T Agree With Lordship Salvation

Case in point is page 176 from chapter 17 titled, “The Call To Repentance,” where Dr. MacArthur dishonestly attempts to portray Pastor Harry A. Ironside (1876-1951) as agreeing with his perverse Lordship Salvation. MacArthur selectively quotes the following words from chapter one of Dr. Ironside's book, “Except Ye Repent,” to misrepresent his beliefs:

Shallow preaching that does not grapple with the terrible fact of man's sinfulness and guilt, calling on "all men everywhere to repent," results in shallow conversions; and so we have a myriad of glib-tongued professors today who give no evidence of regeneration whatever. Prating of salvation by grace, they manifest no grace in their lives. Loudly declaring they are justified by faith alone, they fail to remember that "faith without works is dead"; and that justification by works before men is not to be ignored as though it were in contradiction to justification by faith before God. We need to reread James 3 and let its serious message sink deep into our hearts, that it may control our lives. "If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me." No man can truly believe in Christ, who does not first repent. Nor will his repentance end when he has saving faith, but the more he knows God as he goes on through the years, the deeper will that repentance become. A servant of Christ said: "I repented before I knew the meaning of the word. I have repented far more since than I did then." —Pastor John MacArthur, 'The Gospel According To Jesus,' p. 176, chapter 17 (MacArthur is quoting Harry Ironside from chapter one of Ironside's book, 'Except Ye Repent')

Ostensibly (by appearance alone) this quote seems to evidence that Dr. Ironside agreed with John MacArthur's perverse Lordship Salvation heresy. Dr. MacArthur is woefully guilty of horribly misrepresenting what Pastor Ironside actually believed and taught.

Dear reader, if you'll simply read the rest of chapter one it will become abundantly clear that these two men were world's apart in their views on repentance and God's simple plan of salvation. Dr. Ironside plainly teaches in chapter one of 'Except Ye Repent' that penance (sorrow for sin), penance (amending one's wrongs) and reformation (turning from sins) are NOT Bible repentance. In chapter one, Pastor Ironside makes the following statement which totally contradicts MacArthur's works-based Lordship Salvation garbage...

“Need I add that repentance then is not to be considered synonymous with joining a church or taking up one's religious duties, as people say. It is not doing anything.” —Pastor Harry Ironside, 'Except Ye Repent,' chapter one

Wow, this one quote silences John MacArthur! Did you here that Mr. MacArthur? Repentance is not doing anything!!! Pastor Ironside is absolutely correct. We get saved by RESTING in the finished redemptive work of Jesus Christ through Calvary's cross 2,000 years ago, not by forsaking a sinful lifestyle, taking up our cross or following Christ as “Lord” of our life. Hebrews 4:10-11, “For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.” Simply believe that Jesus did it all for you and rest in Him.

I love this next quote from chapter one by Pastor Harry Ironside, which Dr. MacArthur conveniently and no doubt deliberately left out of his heretical book, “The Gospel According To Jesus”...

Which comes first, repentance or faith? In Scripture we read, "Repent ye, and believe the gospel." Yet we find true believers exhorted to "repent, and do the first works." So intimately are the two related that you cannot have one without the other. The man who believes God repents; the repentant soul puts his trust in the Lord when the Gospel is revealed to him. Theologians may wrangle over this, but the fact is, no man repents until the Holy Spirit produces repentance in his soul through the truth. No man believes the Gospel and rests in it for his own salvation until he has judged himself as a needy sinner before God. And this is repentance.

In sharp contrast, John MacArthur foolishly writes on page 177 of his book, “The Gospel According To Jesus”...

These writers and others have redefined repentance in a way that evacuates its moral ramifications. They write it off as simply a change of mind about who Christ is. This kind of repentance has nothing to do with turning from sin or abandoning self. It is utterly devoid of any recognition or personal guilt, any intent to obey God, or any desire for true righteousness.

That is not the kind of repentance that Jesus preached. As we have seen repeatedly, the Gospel according to Jesus is as much a call to forsake sin as it is a summons to faith. —Pastor John MacArthur, 'The Gospel According To Jesus,' p. 177, chapter 17

No, Mr. MacArthur, you cannot show me anywhere in the inspired King James Bible where Jesus required anyone to turn away from sinful bad habits to be saved. Eternal life is a free gift (Romans 5:15-18). Salvation is received, not achieved.

John MacArthur Perverts The Meaning Of Repentance

The Greek noun for “repent” in the New Testament is metanoia, which simply means “a change of mind.” The verb form for “repent” is the Greek word metanoeo , which means “to think differently.” In sharp contrast to THE TRUTH, look what John MacArthur redefines repentance to mean on page 178 of his toxic book...

Repentance is not merely sorrow or shame for sin, although genuine repentance always involves an element of remorse. It is a redirection of the human will, a purposeful decision to forsake all unrighteousness and pursue righteousness instead. —Pastor John MacArthur, 'The Gospel According To Jesus,' p. 178, chapter 17

No, that is NOT what it means to repent! It gets much worse. Read what Dr. MacArthur writes on page 180...

Volitionally, repentance involves a change of direction, a transformation of the will. Far from being only a change of mind, it constitutes a willingness — more accurately, a determination — to abandon stubborn disobedience and surrender the will to Christ. As such, genuine repentance will inevitably result in a change of behavior. The behavior change itself is not repentance, but it is the fruit repentance will certainly bear. Where there is no observable difference in conduct, there can be no confidence that repentance has taken place (Matt. 3:8; cf. 1 John 2:3-6; 3:17). Real repentance alters the character of the whole man. —Pastor John MacArthur, 'The Gospel According To Jesus,' p. 178, chapter 17

Whereas the inspired Word of God simply defines repentance unto life (the new birth) as a change of mind, Pastor MacArthur corrupts repentance to mean much more:

1. a change of direction
2. a transformation of the will
3. a willingness and determination to abandon a stubborn disobedience
4. surrender the will to Christ
5. a change of behavior
6. an observable difference in conduct
7. whole character altered

Since Mr. MacArthur wrongly assumes that you haven't repented unless your life has positively changed and there is observable proof of it, we can add those as his requirements for repentance. As you can plainly see, John MacArthur is preaching another gospel (2nd Corinthians 11:3-4) that is totally foreign to the free grace of God that brings true salvation.

Where MacArthur goes horrible astray is in his perverse understanding of what changes a person's life who gets saved. Throughout his poisonous book, MacArthur attributes a changed life to repentance, just as the religious cult as Pensacola Christian College also does.

A changed behavior in the life of a born again believer is the “fruit” of the indwelling Holy Spirit, if we choose to walk in that Holy Spirit. What saith the Scripture?

Galatians 5:22-25, “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.”

To be alive (i.e., to live) in the Spirit is the new birth, which is salvation. But to walk in the Spirit is discipleship, or service for Christ. One thing has nothing to do with the other. John Bunyan said it perhaps best...

“If you do not put a difference between justification wrought by the man Christ without and sanctification wrought by the Spirit of Christ within, you are not able to divide the Word aright; but contrariwise, you corrupt the Word of God, and cast stumbling blocks before the people.” —John Bunyan (1628-1688)

In other words, we must always keep SERVICE separated from SALVATION, lest we corrupt the inspired Word of God and confuse people. Remember, the Devil's greatest weapon is to con people into living the Christian life without ever being born again. That is what the hellbound Roman Catholics, Church of Christ, Lutherans, Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses, Neo-Evangelicals, Lordship Salvationists and Reformed Calvinist Southern Baptists are all doing—living the Christian life, but they've never been born again by faith alone in the Good News (Gospel) of Jesus Christ crucified, buried and bodily risen the third day from the dead.

In Pastor Ironside's book “Except Ye Repent,” in chapter 8 titled “Repentance From Dead Works,” he writes these helpful words regarding Hebrews 6:1...

What then is meant by "repentance from dead works"? It is a complete change of mind, whereby the convicted sinner gives up all thought of being able to propitiate God by effort of his own and acknowledges that he is as bad as the Word has declared him to be. He turns right about face. Instead of relying on his own fancied merits he turns to the Lord for deliverance and seeks for mercy through the Saviour God has provided. —Pastor Harry Ironside, 'Except Ye Repent,' chapter eight

As you can see from his own writing, Dr. Ironside limits the change of mind (which is repentance) to salvation alone, and not surrendering one's will to follow or serve Christ, turn away from personal sinful bad habits nor anything else which would constitute works.

To own frankly that I am lost and guilty is the prelude to life and peace. It is not a question of a certain depth of grief and sorrow, but simply the recognition and acknowledgment of need that lead one to turn to Christ for refuge. None can perish who put their trust in Him. His grace superabounds above all our sin, and His expiatory work on the cross is so infinitely precious to God that it fully meets all our uncleanness and guilt. —Pastor Harry Ironside, 'Except Ye Repent,' chapter one

Bravo Pastor Ironside! The Bible does not require sorrow over sins to be saved. Sorrow is not repentance, it is penitence. I love this helpful quote from Pastor Brad Strand in Texas...

True repentance has nothing to do with “turning from sin” and everything to do with “acknowledging one's sinfulness” (Jonah 3:5). I hope you now see dear reader what a theological fraudster John MacArthur really was (and still is posthumously by his lingering demonic influence). Just like Satan, MacArthur is very subtle. All the while he is redefining what it means to biblically “repent,” he is misleading you by wresting the words of Paul, James, Jesus, Harry Ironside and others to deceive you. Pastor MacArthur is a horrible liar! The road to Hell is paved with sincerity (Proverbs 16:25).

I admit that 95% of MacArthur's Bible teachings were often accompanied by brilliant theological insights. I learned many things from the man. That being said, sadly John MacArthur was very wrong on what a person must do to get to Heaven. The true Gospel always points you to CHRIST; a false gospel always points to YOU.

John MacArthur Perverts Matthew 7:13-14

To further indict this damnable false prophet who masqueraded as a man of God, read MacArthur's poisonous words from chapter 20 titled, “The Way Of Salvation,” page 205...

Salvation is not easy. “The gate is small . . . and few are those who find it” (Matt. 7:14). The implication is that unless a person is looking diligently for the gate, he or she is not likely to know it is there. In Jeremiah 29:13 God says, “You will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.” 

The message of Jesus cannot be made to accommodate any kind of cheap grace or easy-believism. The kingdom is not for people who want Jesus without any change in their lives. It is only for those who seek it with all their hearts. 

In fact, many who approach the gate turn away when they discover how narrow it is. Did you ever try to get through a turnstile with an armload of suitcases? That is the imagery Jesus' words evoke. The narrow gate is not wide enough for superstars who want to enter with all their valuables. The rich young ruler searched until he found the gate. But when he saw that entering  meant he had to leave his baggage behind, he turned away. Whoever we are, whatever we treasure, when we reach the narrow gate, we can expect to have to drop everything. Extra baggage — such as self-righteousness, selfishness, sin, and materialism — will not make it through intact. —Pastor John MacArthur, 'The Gospel According To Jesus,' p. 205, chapter 20, 'The Way Of Salvation'

On page 206 MacArthur further states...

Receiving Christ does not mean we can merely add Jesus to the refuse of our lives. Salvation is a total transformation: “If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come” (2 Cor. 5:17). What could be clearer than that? Old things pass away. Sin and selfishness and worldly pleasure are replaced by new things. This is the whole point of salvation: it produces a changed life. —Pastor John MacArthur, 'The Gospel According To Jesus,' p. 206, chapter 20, 'The Way Of Salvation'

Dear reader, what you've just read is false doctrine spawned from the Prince of Darkness himself. There are several errors in Dr. MacArthur's teachings here...

First, Pastor MacArthur foolishly says, “Receiving Christ does not mean we can merely add Jesus to the refuse of our lives.” Yes, that is exactly what the Bible means. “Refuse” is discarded trash. God only saves bad people, wretched sinners like you and me who deserve nothing less than to burn in the fires of Hell forever. Christ died for the vilest of sinners, for all mankind (Romans 5:6-9; 1st John 2:2). Salvation is not a reward for the righteous, it is a gift for the guilty. Salvation is not doing your best, it is having Christ's best put to your account through receiving Him by faith. The true Gospel always points you to CHRIST; a false gospel always points to YOU. JESUS PAID IT ALL!!!

Second, the passage that MacArthur cites from Jeremiah 29:13 has nothing to do with God's free gift of salvation. The prophet Jeremiah in this passage is addressing “the elders which were carried away captives, and to the priests, and to the prophets, and to all the people whom Nebuchadnezzar had carried away captive from Jerusalem to Babylon” (Jeremiah 29:1b). The prophet is telling backslidden Israel how to get right with God, not how to get to Heaven. Romans 4:4 plainly teaches that everyone in the Old Testament was saved by faith without works, lest God owe sinner's a debt for their good works.

Third, MacArthur heretically writes, “The message of Jesus cannot be made to accommodate any kind of cheap grace or easy-believism.” What an ignorant incompetent fool for a pastor! Dear reader, grace is not “cheap,” it is completely FREE because Jesus paid for it with His precious blood (1st Peter 1:18-19). Furthermore, the only way to be saved is by “easy-believism.” Woe unto the preacher who makes it difficult to be saved. In 2nd Corinthians 11:3-4 the Apostle Paul calls the Gospel “the simplicity that is in Christ.” It is free, simple and easy to be born again!

• Getting saved is as simple as looking to Jesus (John 3:14-16; Isaiah 45:22).
• Getting saved is as simple as drinking a cup of water (John 4:13-14; 6:35).
• Getting saved is as easy as eating a piece of bread (John 6:51).
• Getting saved is as easy as walking through a door (John 10:9).

Fourth, MacArthur heretically writes, “The kingdom is not for people who want Jesus without any change in their lives. It is only for those who seek it with all their hearts.” That is simply theological bullcrap! Nowhere in the Word of God do we find a situation where a lost sinner was required to first be willing to reform their behavior to receive God's free gift of eternal life. 

Tragically, Mr. MacArthur is preaching a perverted works-based plan of salvation which cannot produce the new birth. You cannot show me one Scripture passage that mandates having a burning desire to life a changed life to be saved. That is 100% pure salvation by works!

Fifth, MacArthur heretically writes, “Salvation is a total transformation: 'If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come' (2 Cor. 5:17).” Nowhere does this passage of Scripture imply that getting saved means immediately living a changed life. The ONLY thing that a person receives at salvation is the gift of the indwelling Holy Spirit (Romans 8:9; 1st John 3:24). Salvation does NOT change a person's behavior one bit! At salvation there is a transfer of ownership from Satan to God, but then the life must be renovated, which is the job of the local New Testament church as part of The Great Commission to teach converts “all things” which Jesus taught (Matthew 28:19-20).

Once saved, the indwelling Holy Spirit begins to work on that individual to change their life, as they grow in the milk of the Word (1st Peter 2:2), and grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ (2nd Peter 3:18), but this ongoing process of sanctification requires a lifetime. To demand that a lost sinner commit to living a mature Christian life as a prerequisite to being saved is to horribly pervert the gift of God's free grace.

Sixth, MacArthur foolishly writes, “This is the whole point of salvation: it produces a changed life.” That is simple untrue! The new birth brings the indwelling Holy Spirit, but the new birth itself does not change someone at all. A changed life is the “fruit” of the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:22-25); not a result of repentance, which would equate to manmade reformation (works).

I am sick and tired of unsaved Neo-evangelical fools like the leaders at Pensacola Christian College (PCC) and John MacArthur, falsely teaching that the burden to change rests upon the sinner's shoulders if he or she wants to be saved, or to prove that they are saved.

Again and again throughout the Holy Bible we see lost sinners coming to Christ by faith alone without works (Abel, Joseph, Abram, Moses, David, Habakkuk, the Samaritan woman at Jacob's well, the Samaritans whom she witnessed to, the Ethiopian Eunuch, Cornelius, the Roman jailer, Paul, the 3,000 on the Day of Pentecost, et cetera), and no one demanded that they first commit to reform, live a better life, follow Christ or surrender all to Jesus as “Lord” to get to Heaven. Satan is a beautiful liar!

John MacArthur was a very dishonest man in his preaching, wresting the inspired Word of God to his own destruction (2nd Peter 3:16-17). If MacArthur went to Heaven, then there are two different Gospels. Galatians 1:6-7 warns that there is only ONE GOSPEL!!!

The Devil's fraud of Lordship Salvation mixes and combines service with salvation, perverting God's saving grace by adding works to faith. True biblical salvation is promised only to those repentant sinners who trust alone in Christ's sacrifice on the cross, burial and His bodily resurrection three days later. 1st Thessalonians 4:14, “For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.”

Grady, Sam Gipp, Keith Gomez, Pater S. Ruckman and thousands of other FOOLS who are WRONG on God's simple plan of salvation. Every one of those woefully ignorant reprobates errantly teach that you must forsake a lifestyle of sinning to be saved; whereas the inspired Holy Bible declares that Jesus Christ came into the world to die on a cross to pay for the sins of the world, that we might be saved through Him (John 3:16-18).

God desires for all of His children to live a life of doing good works (Ephesians 2:10; Matthew 5:16), but this has absolutely NOTHING to do with accepting God's free gift of eternal life through faith alone in Christ. We are saved through God's imputed righteousness which is by faith alone in Jesus, and not because we turned from our sinning (which is effectively keeping the Mosaic law to be saved). We are saved by God's righteousness alone through faith in His only begotten Son, because we have no righteousness to offer God (2nd Corinthians 5:21; Philippians 3:9; Isaiah 64:6). Faith is the only righteous thing that I can do.

Beware Of The Walmart-Allstate Insurance Scam

Proverbs 19:22, “The desire of a man is his kindness: and a poor man is better than a liar.”

When you shop for anything dealing with electronics at Walmart (video game systems, cellphones, televisions, Blu-ray DVD players, et cetera), they will always ask the customer if you want to purchase their extended insurance coverage plan. Walmart deals exclusively with Allstate insurance, who are as crooked as a dog's hindleg.

When I typed “Allstate hurts people” into DuckDuckGo, the A.I. Search Assistant said this:

Many consumers report that Allstate engages in unfair practices, such as delaying claims, offering low settlements, and using aggressive tactics to minimize payouts, which can leave policyholders feeling unsupported during difficult times. Out of a possible rating of 5 stars, Trustpilot gives Allstate a 1.3 (the lowest of the low).

Walmart is in cahoots with the Devil. Go to the Better Business Bureau's (BBB) website and you will find that Walmart-Allstate have had 2,108 complaints filed against them for defrauding customers over just the past couple years. If you read dozens of the 2,108 complaints filed, you'll find that Allstate frequently denies claims on the basis that the customer didn't buy the “Damage Coverage,” they only purchased “Standard Coverage.”

Well, the big smoking gun (from my own personal experience) is that at no time does Walmart ever ask the customer if you want “Damage Coverage” instead of “Standard Coverage.” They automatically sell consumers the Standard policy, which leaves you vulnerable and a likely victim when you file a claim down the road. But don't take my word for it, go read what the angry consumers have to say at the BBB about Walmart-Allstate's bogus coverage plans.

On the BBB website, many frustrated consumers insist that their device was never damaged in any way, it just stopped working; but Allstate still denied the claim anyway by alleging that the consumer failed to purchase “Damage Coverage.” What an ungodly scam!

By the way, this deliberate dishonest tactic is used widespread throughout the insurance industry. Sadly, 99% of homeowners who have purchased insurance on their home don't realize that unless you specifically ask and pay for “Replacement Cost Insurance,” if your house burns down the crooked insurance company won't replace your house. They will only pay a significantly reduced amount based on the depreciated value of your home (not what the real estate market value is at). So, if your home is 100 years old, expect to get royally screwed by the ungodly insurance scammers! I hate insurance companies, who use and hide behind their thousands of hell-spawned demonic attorneys.

And if you do purchase an electronic item from Walmart, and purchase their add-on insurance, expect to receive via email a policy shortly thereafter from Allstate, which will read like a fascist Nazi indictment of the consumer. You will see tons of BOLD THREATENING LEGAL JARGON. You will also see the literally dozens of lame reasons why Allstate will deny your claim, including not regularly maintaining and cleaning your device. Cleaning your device? So, if you failed to clean the dust off of your expensive X-Box game system weekly, your expensive OLED television, or your pricey new cellphone, Allstate will heartily deny your claim over dust on it with impunity. But again, don't take my word for it, go read the 2,108 complaints at the BBB. Many people are victims and they're angry, and I don't blame them!

I am just a frustrated consumer, not a scumbag attorney (and 99% of them are scumbags). I will NEVER purchase Walmart's (or anybody else's) insurance coverage plan on anything that I purchase. Why waste my money and time, just to be mistreated like a criminal when I file a claim with these ungodly dishonest insurance companies? When you purchase insurance on something you buy, Walmart should replace it without question if it fails (unless it is quite obvious that the item was physically abused).

And to add insult to injury, Walmart advertises that they sell these insurance coverage plans to give the customer “Peace of Mind.” What ungodly liars! There is no peace of mind with Allstate insurance for anything!!! Allstate doesn't like to honor claims for anything! They're greedy dogs who cannot get enough.

On a different note, the last time I purchased plane tickets, the airline offered me ticket insurance (which costs hundreds of dollars) in case I missed my flight. I decided to take the time to actually read their long, harsh and difficult policy. I was shocked to learn that if a pregnant woman goes into labor, which causes her to miss her flight, the insurance company will deny the claim. And if someone has a stroke or a heart-attack which causes them to miss their flight, if there were any pre-existing conditions (e.g., high blood pressure or diabetes), the insurance company will refuse to honor the claim. What greedy rotten ungodly bastards!

Please Don't Let Taylor Swift Influence Your Children

Proverbs 7:24-27, “Hearken unto me now therefore, O ye children, and attend to the words of my mouth. Let not thine heart decline to her ways, go not astray in her paths. For she hath cast down many wounded: yea, many strong men have been slain by her. Her house is the way to hell, going down to the chambers of death.”

In our text passage of Scripture from Proverbs chapter 7, King Solomon gives a stern warning against the adulterous woman, whose house is the way to Hell. That being said, I cannot warn you enough to keep your children away from the evil influence of singer Taylor Swift. This seductress woman is a daughter of the Devil himself. Taylor Swift's raunchy videos are blatantly evil. I mean, who does this? Who does the despicable filthy act that Taylor Swift is doing in a music video targeted toward teenagers? Why would she do that? What is the purpose? I'll tell you why, it is because Taylor Swift's Satanist handlers want to corrupt our children's souls. No 13 year old teenager should be subjected to sexual filth like this. The video producers escape accountability by making the scene brief, but I assure you that children and teenagers study those videos meticulously.

The witch from Hell now has a staggering net worth of $1,600,000,000 as of December 2025, but she won't be able to take one penny of her amassed wealth with her into the grave when the Grim Reaper (Death) comes calling someday. 1st Timothy 6:7, “For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.” Oh foolish foolish woman! Taylor Swift has sold herself to the Devil. 1st Kings 21:20, “And Ahab said to Elijah, Hast thou found me, O mine enemy?  And he answered, I have found thee: because thou hast sold thyself to work evil in the sight of the LORD.”

The Devil is a beautiful liar! Taylor Swift has sold her soul to Satan to do wickedness. The wicked world loves her with a shallow synthetic love. 1st John 2:15-17, “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.”

The will of the Father according to John 6:40 is to BELIEVE ON THE LORD JESUS CHRIST as your Savior. John 6:40, “And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.” God's will to get to Heaven never includes doing good works, keeping Moses' law or turning away from sinful behavior (which is equivalent to obeying Moses' law).

Beware of false prophets who are as wolves that come to you in sheep's clothing to deceive. That is why most people miss the strait gate and the narrow path, traveling the highway to damnation in Hell, because of false prophets who preach a counterfeit plan of salvation unto them (Matthew 7:13-15). Satan is a skilled and beautiful liar (John 8:44; 2nd Corinthians 11:13-15). You can tell when the Devil is lying by watching whenever his lips move.

Dear reader, please understand that as a child of God for 45 years that I don't hate a living soul. I certainly do not hate Taylor Swift, but I hate her ungodly attitude, wicked behavior and negative influence on society. I just typed “Taylor Swift morality” in Duck Duck Go and the A.I. No one can fool God. Hebrews 4:13, “Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.” Woe unto Taylor Swift when she answers to God in eternity. Hebrews 10:31, “It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.”

I am just a caring fundamentalist Baptist preacher, a redeemed undeserving humble sinner, but God is the Eternal Judge whom I faithfully serve and love. The shameful fact that the wicked controlled mainstream newsmedia gives Miss Swift a free pass to commit lewd acts, while attacking and destroying Bible preacher's lives and families who go into sin, proves that Satan is the evil god of this world. The ungodly world gets a free pass, but when you're a godly Christian the whole world is waiting for you to fall hard. Thankfully, God sees this utter hypocrisy, dishonestly and injustice. If I, being a redeemed wretched sinner, can see this woeful injustice, do you think our divine Creator is asleep at the wheel? I think not.

Please protect your children by sheltering them from the evil influence of monsters like Taylor Swift who are what they appear to be. Ostensibly, Taylor Swift is Satan's daughter.

Beware Of The Demonic Roman Catholic Church

If that offends you friend, it is only because you have been woefully deceived by the god of this world, Satan. 2nd Corinthians 11:13-15, “For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.” Satan and his evil minions are lying deceivers who appear as angels, preachers and saints. The only way to identify them is by their fruit, that is, their doctrine (1st John 4:1).

As of 2025, approximately 17.7% of the world's population identifies as Catholic, which translates to about 1.4 billion Catholics globally. I can tell you confidently with biblical authority that the Roman Catholic Church is of the Devil:

1. Catholics commit the sin of idolatry by worshipping Mary and bowing to statues. That is why the Vatican in Rome dishonestly removed the second of God's Ten Commandments.
2. Catholics sin by forbidding members to eat meat on Fridays, which is against the inspired Holy Bible (1st Timothy 4:1-4).
3. Catholics disobey God by reverencing their priests and Pope when they sinfully call them “Father” (Matthew 23:9).
4. Catholics sinfully teach that you must keep their Seven Sacraments to get to Heaven. The Bible says you just need to by faith receive Christ's sacrifice on the cross as payment for your sins, believing that he raised up from the dead (1st Corinthians 15:1-6).
5. Catholics sin by elevating Mary as the Queen of Heaven, claiming that she had no sin, stayed a perpetual virgin and was assumed into Heaven without experiencing death (Romans 6:23).
6. Catholics sin by elevating their leader, the Pope, as being the vicar of God upon the earth. In truth, the Pope is the vicar of Satan. When the Pope speaks, he speaks for his father the Devil (John 8:44).
7. Catholics sin by elevating their manmade traditions and dogma on par with the eternally inspired Words of God (Psalms 138:2).
8. Catholics sin by forbidding priests to get married (1st Timothy 4:1-4).

Sacramental Salvation is a counterfeit plan of salvation. The word “sacrament” doesn't even appear in the inspired Word of God, it is a manmade concept.

Furthermore, Catholics are errantly taught that their priests have the divine power to forgive men's sins, yet the Scripture is very clear in 1st Timothy 2:5-6, “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.” We also read in Mark 2:7, “Why doth this man thus speak blasphemies? who can forgive sins but God only?” There is only one MEDIATOR between God the Father and humanity, which is the precious Lord Jesus Christ. No human being other than Christ Himself, the God-man, has the power and right to forgive men's sins.

There is nothing in the Bible about a temporary place of punishment in Hell called Purgatory. Yet, Catholics invented this manmade tradition at The Council of Florence in 1439 AD. The Vatican has been fabricating new doctrines for thousands of years, perverting the inspired Words of God. Proverbs 30:5-6, “Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.”

The Sin of Idolatry Permeates The Catholic False Religion

There is no forgiveness of sins found in the Seven Sacraments of Roman Catholicism, nor can any sinful ungodly Catholic priest or wicked Lutheran minister absolve your sins. Only God can forgive sin, because only Jesus has the nail-scared hands and nail-scared feet. El Papa over in Rome didn't die on a cross to redeem you, Christ alone did.

Some Latin American Catholics are so off base in their heresies that they even elevate Mary to the lofty position of Co-Redemptrix with Christ, claiming that she helps save sinners from Hell.

Mary Was NOT A Co-Redeemer With Jesus!

Evangelist Billy Graham (1918-2018) was one of the most ungodly false prophets who ever walked this weary earth. Billy Graham and his wicked son Franklin preach hard core Lordship Salvation, which is a perversion of God's grace.

Time magazine (August 2007) cleverly placed devil's horns above Billy Graham's head (see image below). Even the sinful world knows that he was a religious phony. Billy Graham is the only preacher who has been honored with a Hollywood Star of Fame, because like Satan Billy and Franklin Graham are actors (imitators - 2nd Corinthians 11:13-15).

Truly an image is worth 1,000 words. The following photo says it all. In Catholicism the Pope is magnified, but Jesus is marginalized. Mary worship reigns supreme in Catholicism, while Jesus is diminished and reduced to the role of merely being a mama's boy.

I could go on and on about how evil Catholicism truly is, but there is no need, you get the big picture. The Roman Catholic Church is of the Devil. By the way, that includes the corrupt Russian Orthodox Catholic Church based in Moscow, Russia. Religion is the worst thing that ever happened to this world. Salvation is not found in any religion; but rather, in the Lord Jesus Christ, who is the only begotten Son of God (John 3:14-18). Beware of the adulterous Whore of Rome. Catholicism is a prisonhouse of religion!
