Wickedness Overthroweth The Sinner

Proverbs 13:6, “Righteousness keepeth him that is upright in the way: but wickedness overthroweth the sinner.”

The Devil always pays with counterfeit money. All of Satan's apples have worms. The biggest lie ever told is that the Devil loves you! The first day of sin is always the best day of sin, but every day with Jesus is sweeter than the day before. Amen! Sin always fascinates and then it assassinates! Sin always thrills and then it kills! I love something that I heard Pastor Jack Hyles say in a sermon: 

“If you want to never do anything that is terribly wicked, then you never do anything that is slightly wicked.” —Pastor Jack Hyles, “Unjust In The Least.”

Sin always has consequences!!! Two of the most infamous Satanists of the 20th century were Anton LaVey (founder the the Church Of Satan) and Aleister Crowley. These two evil men shared the twisted philosophy that it is okay to do whatever you want, just so long as you don't hurt anybody. Crowley's famous motto was: “DO AS THOU WILT SHALL BE THE WHOLE OF THE LAW.” LaVey's dark writings echoed the same belief. But dear reader, these men are oh so WRONG! Sin always hurts someone! One of the most prevalent sins of Satanists is sexual in nature. Fornication often leads to unintended pregnancy and the sin of abortion. Sexual immorality ruins more young people lives and families than anything else!!!

The Bible says that WICKEDNESS OVERTHROWETH THE SINNER!!! That means you cannot outrun your sin! Sin will always take you further than you wanted to go. Sin will always cost you more than you intended to pay! Proverbs 16:8, “Better is a little with righteousness than great revenues without right.” I would rather be a poor man and walk upright in righteousness, then to dwell in Hugh Hefner's $100,000,000 mansion and dwell in wickedness!!! Worldly wealth means nothing without righteousness.

Proverbs16:12-14, “It is an abomination to kings to commit wickedness: for the throne is established by righteousness. Righteous lips are the delight of kings; and they love him that speaketh right. The wrath of a king is as messengers of death: but a wise man will pacify it.” I love the book of Proverbs. King Solomon knew that righteousness established the throne. The United States is imploding today because of wickedness. Proverbs 16:19, “Better it is to be of an humble spirit with the lowly, than to divide the spoil with the proud.”

Wickedness will destroy your life! I was utterly disgusted when I saw this despicable music video by singer Taylor Swift, in which she is making a very vulgar sexual gesture. SHAME ON TAYLOER SWIFT!!! She has gotten her $365,000,000 of wealth by corrupting our nation's youth. Miss Swift uses foul language in her lyrics, teaching our youth ill manners. In this song she horribly blurts out the F-bomb! Yes, she said it!!! And I don't mean truck, muck or puck! Taylor Swift needs a bar of soap put into her mouth for using potty language. Millions of young girls and boys idolize Taylor Swift as a role model, but she is a VERY BAD role model. I can assure you with all Biblical authority that someday God will hold Miss Swift accountable for her wickedness!!! Ecclesiastes 12:13-14, “Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.” We must all give account to God in eternity.

Taylor Swift is on top of the world right now, but as time passes and life winds down she will face her demons. Job 20:5, “That the triumphing of the wicked is short, and the joy of the hypocrite but for a moment?” Proverbs 8:13, “The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.” We are never supposed to hate people, God forbid. But we are commanded by God to HATE EVIL (Psalms 97:10). We ought never accept the sin with the sinner, not reject the sinner with the sin. The Bible says that righteousness exalteth a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people.

Please don't be deceived my friend, sin always costs us something!!! You may not see the consequences of your sinful actions today, but in time you will. Ecclesiastes 8:12, “Though a sinner do evil an hundred times, and his days be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear God, which fear before him:” Sin is like water leaking from a dam. It can be stopped more easily at the beginning, but when the dam breaks loose it is almost impossible to hold back. Proverbs 13:6, “Righteousness keepeth him that is upright in the way: but wickedness overthroweth the sinner.”
