The New Morality Is Not God's Morality

Jeremiah 6:16, “Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.”

Something that bothers me often is the new morality of this wicked generation, which is a far cry from the high morals of the inspired Holy Bible.

A perfect example is the sin of Christian women who wear pants. It is worldliness and I believe sinful based on Deuteronomy 22:5 and 1st Timothy 2:9. I have heard foolish Baptist pastors attempt to justify their worldly wives wearing pants, which is wicked and shameful. They'll try to dismiss Deuteronomy 22:5 as being mere Old Testament ceremonial law. Deuteronomy 22:5, “The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God.” Dear reader, this is a moral law, not mere ceremonial law.

The wicked Family Baptist Church in Pensacola is full of hussy pants-wearing women. They are defiant against the holy God of the Bible, insisting that there is nothing wrong with Christian females wearing pants in public. SHAME ON THEM ALL!!! Pastor Brad Moffett and his ungodly father Bobby Moffett have no business being pastors, because they are worldly and theologically incompetent. They preach another gospel of turning from your sins to be saved, instead of salvation by grace through faith alone. People in Pensacola, RUN FROM THAT CESSPOOL OF INIQUITY!!!

Pastor Brad Moffett old me in April of 2025 that his wife has every right to wear pants in public. When I and my wife attended their church picnic in May of 2025, we caught the pastor's wicked wife wearing her sexy pants. We were nice toward her but we saw her guilt all over her countenance. She was compelled to walk over to the picnic table where we were eating, and tell a 12-year-old girl, “I like your shorts.” We knew what she was doing, mocking our biblical fundamentalist Christianity. My wife Alice was wearing a full-length dressing, putting the pastor's wife to utter shame without speaking a single word. That ungodly pastor's wife felt convicted about her IMMODESTY.

In April her henpecked husband (the pastor) foolishly criticized my Bible preaching, censuring my website ministry. He was upset over my preaching against women wearing pants. Pastor Brad Moffett had several dozen pages from my Jesus-is-Savior.com ministry printed out, placed upon his desk in the church office. Me and Alice were disappointed with the immature 35-year-old neo-evangelical Baptist pastor, who had shamefully deceived us concerning the purpose of the meeting. He lied to us. Three of the most contemptible professions today are realtor, lawyer and pastor! They're a bunch of greedy liars and disgusting predators.

According to Pastor Brad Moffett, his wife can wear sexy pants in public because the burden not to lust falls upon the man, not the woman. He contends that based on Galatians 5:16, “This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh, it doesn't matter of his wife wears pants or short skirts, because a man who walks in the Spirit won't lust upon his wife. Are you understanding this insanity dear reader? This is the Satanic new morality of this perverse generation. Pastor Brad is not right with God, not even close. No man is right with God who defends his wife's IMMODESTY!

If you are a redeemed child of God, but you fail to see what is wrong with women wearing pants, you are either a darn fool or spiritually blind in denial. I don't have to show you a photo of a woman wearing pants for you to see what is very wrong with it. If lust is a sin (and it is), then any attire that makes it easier for a man to lust is sinful.

When I mentioned to Pastor Brad in April of 2025 Dr. John Gray's truthful book titled, “Men Are From Mars; Women Are From Venus,” he foolishly challenged me to show him that in the Bible. I was bewildered how unreasonable and unrealistic he was being as a Baptist pastor, to deny that men's and women's minds work differently when it comes to sex and lust. You can ask any biologist, doctor or psychologist if men and women regarding sex are inherently different and they will concur that they are, but the local village idiot named Brad Moffett says there is no difference. Unreal! Anyone who follows this guy as their pastor is an ungodly fool.

Dr. Hilary Lipka, a Jewish secular writer for 'THE TORAH' rightly writes:
This law, then, is about much more than simply cross-dressing. It is about maintaining a strict distinction between gender roles and enforcing a firm boundary between masculinity and femininity.

Yes, absolutely, she is 100% correct! In Deuteronomy 22:5, the Bible implies MUCH more than a mere ceremonial restriction for Jews living in Palestine during the Old Testament under Mosaic law. Clearly, the Lord does not want Christian men wearing women's clothing, nor Christian women to put on men's clothing, for to do so is a sin. Boys should always look like boys. Men should always look like men. Girls should always look like girls. And women should always look like women. There is nothing in between, and only a liberal left-wing nutcase would disagree.

My favorite Bible preacher is Pastor Jack Hyles (1926-2001) who truthfully said, along the same lines as Dr. Lipka:
“You can name anything you want to name, but I am opposed to anything in the world that de-emphasizes the line of difference between the sexes. I believe that ladies ought to be feminine and sweet and lovely and charming. I believe men ought to be strong and masculine and decisive. I’m opposed to anything that makes a man and a woman act alike, look alike, dress alike, or talk alike.” —Pastor Jack Hyles, 'Unisex'
This obviously means that Christian women, if they are to please God by maintaining their femininity, cannot wear pants in public. MEN WEAR PANTS! WOMEN WEAR SKIRTS AND DRESSES! We are unfortunately living in an exceedingly wicked generation, where even pastors wives and their henpecked husbands are promoting the lie that it is biblical okay for Christian women to wear pants in public.

Dear friend, nothing could be further from the truth of God's inspired Word. I will go to seed in this matter, preaching from the Holy Bible that women shouldn't wear pants! Just because 95% of ungodly women today have low moral standards and wear pants, doesn't make it okay in God's sight. The heathen world doesn't fear God, so they don't care. But I am writing to God's children, who should know better than to follow the sinful ways of the wicked world.

I cannot warn you enough to avoid today's spiritually dead neo-evangelical churches which are infected with worldliness, corrupt Bible revisions, a counterfeit gospel, no soulwinning, woeful lack of compassion toward people and bidding Godspeed to other false prophets.

When I and my wife met with Pastor Brad Moffett on April 30th, 2025, in his office at the Family Baptist Church in Pensacola, he insisted that nowhere does the Holy Bible prohibit his wife from wearing pants. What saith the Scripture? Proverbs 30:20, “Such is the way of an adulterous woman; she eateth, and wipeth her mouth, and saith, I have done no wickedness.” Brad and his wife are in denial of the fact that it is a sin for Christian ladies to wear pants in public, not only because it is men's attire, but moreover because pants make it much easier for men to lust upon a woman, which is the sin of adultery (Matthew 5:28).

Evidently Pastor Brad cannot read, because the inspired Word of God plainly commands all Christian women to dress in modest attire. ...
1st Timothy 2:9-12, “In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works. Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.”

Proverbs 7:10, “And, behold, there met him a woman with the attire of an harlot, and subtil of heart.
As a general rule harlots wear pants, not dresses. Only a fool who is in denial would argue the virtues of Christian women wearing pants. It is wrong, plain and simple. ...


Pastor Brad said he can see his wife in pants without lusting. What an idiot! When I and my wife arrived at the church picnic, and I saw the pastor's young wife wearing tight pants, I wasn't thinking “Amazing Grace.

Call me old-fashioned. Call me a legalist. Call me whatever you want, but I am right! Ask any honest, normal, healthy, red-blooded man on the planet if he gets aroused seeing a beautiful woman wearing sexy pants and he will admit it is true. Only a henpecked lying ungodly pastor would say otherwise.

SHAME on any pastor's wife who wears slacks, Spandex or pants in public. The reason why you backslidden carnally-minded women don't agree nor care is because you're not men, so you have no idea what temptation happens in a man's mind when you put those sexy pants on and bend over, like my former pastor's wife did at their church picnic in 2025. When she bent over and her buttocks were facing me, I wasn't thinking about the Bible. SHAME on Family Baptist Church in Pensacola, a wicked house full of pants-wearing hussies!

It is tragic to see the females in a church's youth group all wearing pants, blaspheming God's Word. But they're just emulating the ungodly pastor's wife who wears pants. I gave a book authored by Mrs. Max D. Younce to my wife to read. My wife sadly told me that Marjorie Younce admits in her book that she wear pants in public. It is wicked and shameful ladies! I don't care who gets upset at me, you are NOT RIGHT WITH GOD as a Christian woman if you put on pants in public!!! The new morality today is not God's morality in the Holy Bible.

Every time that I preach against women wearing pants, some worldly people always get offended and are mad at me for raining on their parade. Listen, it's not my fault that you were wrongly influenced to adopt sinful behavior sanctioned by modern anti-Bible society. Romans 3:18, “There is no fear of God before their eyes.”

Since Bible preachers are not perfect and are not without sin, ungodly hypocrites always attack the preacher, magnifying any faults, sins or shortcomings of his they can find. God will be every man's only Judge (Ecclesiastes 12:13-14; Romans 14:10-12; James 4:12). The new morality today is not God's morality in the Holy Bible. Let the heathen pants-wearing pastor's wives rage! Let their heathen incompetent henpecked husbands rage! Your rejection of THE TRUTH in no way negatives it.

Every worldly Christian woman will weep bitter tears of regret and sorrow someday when she answers to God for her pants (2nd Corinthians 5:9-11). The only reason why so many neo-evangelical churchgoers get upset and perturbed at me is because they are as worldly as can be. James 4:4, “Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.

The Apostle Peter gives this stern warning to all Christian men in 2nd Peter 1:11, Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul; Having your conversation honest among the Gentiles: that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they shall behold, glorify God in the day of visitation.” God Himself calls the lusts of the flesh a “war against the soul” in every man. If Christian caring woman (and especially pastor's wives) truly understood what the Bible is teaching here, they would never wear a pair of pants again. But that's the big problem, they just don't care!!!

Listen dear saint of God, when you were saved you became God's property. The inspired Word of God teaches that you and I were bought with a price. 1st Corinthians 6:20, “For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.” That “price is the precious blood of Jesus 1st Peter 1:18-19. Since our spirit, soul and boy belong to the Lord, women have no right to dress seductively in front of any man except her own husband in the privacy of their own bedroom. Women wearing pants is a form of soft porn. Don't laugh, you know it is true! Just because everybody does something doesn't make it true nor right. And just because everybody rejects something doesn't make it false or wrong.

The Iniquity Of Hating The Sinner With The Sin

2nd Chronicles 19:2, “And Jehu the son of Hanani the seer went out to meet him, and said to king Jehoshaphat, Shouldest thou help the ungodly, and love them that hate the LORD? therefore is wrath upon thee from before the LORD.”

Psalms 18:1, “I will love thee, O LORD, my strength.”

In these two Old Testament passages we find two different Hebrew words with separate meanings for the word “love.” 

The Hebrew word for “love” in 2nd Chronicles 19:2 is ahab aheb, which is a more general term for love that can express romantic feelings or affection for anything. This is exactly what the Bible means in James 4:4, “Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. Jehu the prophet was telling king Jehoshaphat that he shouldn't help and be fond of wicked sinners.

The word for “love” in Psalms 18:1 is Racham which refers to a deep, compassionate love, similar to the love a parent has for a child. This would be the equivalent of the Greek word agapao in the New Testament, which is God's love. ...
John 3:16-17, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.”
Agapao and phileo are both Greek words for love used in the New Testament. Agapao typically refers to a selfless, unconditional love, while phileo denotes a brotherly or familial love, but both can be used interchangeably in many contexts.

From G5384; to be a friend to (fond of [an individual or an object]), that is, have affection for (denoting personal attachment, as a matter of sentiment or feeling
What saith the Scripture? ...
Colossians 3:1-3, “If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.”
Colossians 3:1-3 sheds light on the correct understanding of a fondness type of love (phileo).

Weirdo rockstar Marilyn Manson (real name: Brian Warner) once said: “If Jesus loves everybody, then what's the value of being loved?” That's a good question. Brian obviously doesn't love God and has rejected God's love for Him in Christ; hence, Marilyn Manson only understands one type of love and that is the world's affectionate type of love.

We learn from the Bible that there are two different types of love mentioned in the New Testament. There is God's love (Greek: agapao, meaning, “to love in a social or moral sense”), which is unconditional love; and then there is worldly love (Greek: phileo, meaning, “to be a friend to, have affection”) which is conditional love.

God loves [agapao] all mankind, which is why the Lord sacrificed His only begotten Son to pay everyone's sin debt. God has a special love [phileo] for His own, affectionate toward those who love and obey Him. This is a conditional love toward those who obey God.

God loves everybody, even the vilest sinner who ever lived...
John 3:16-17, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.”
The word loved in this passage is agapao, God's true love. I like to teach the difference between agapao and phileo like this:
AGAPAO = I love you because of WHO I AM.
PHILEO = I love you because of WHO YOU ARE.

God sent His only begotten Son into the world to die in our place on a cross 2,000 years ago because of WHO HE IS (that is agapao love).

A shallow man is only fond of a woman for her physical beauty because of WHO SHE IS (that is phileo love).

I love [agapao] all people, whoever you may be, because of WHO I AM; but I have an affectionate love [phileo] for my web visitors because of WHO YOU ARE (my friends). I have both agapao and phileo love for those people who are near and dear to me. The Bible describes four different types of love using Greek terms:
  • Eros (romantic love)
  • Storge (familial love)
  • Philia (brotherly love)
  • Agape (divine, unconditional love)
Each type reflects different relationships and aspects of love in human experience.

So we now understand the answer to Marilyn Manson's question. Brian Warner only comprehends one type of love in the world, an affectionate type of love; but he is oblivious to God's unconditional love that can unconditionally love a complete stranger, even someone who is being unkind to us, mistreating us, or who has hurt us.

The unsaved world mocks, scoffs and despises true love because they have rejected the gift of eternal life in the Lord Christ Jesus. Thus, they cannot express love for a stranger when they are strangers themselves to the Kingdom of God. Please read my helpful articles, God's Unconditional Love and God's Love In You.

I have heard pastors foolishly teach that we shouldn't love everybody. I love everybody. I loath and hate the homosexual community. I hate the Bible corrupting crowd. I hate the demonic Roman Catholic religion. I hate fornication and this wicked adulterous generation. I hate the abortion industry. I hate the liquor traffic cartel. I hate the ungodly Federal Reserve criminal gang. I hate the radical left-wing communist Democrat party, but I love the soul of the sinner.

I hate greedy corporations and shady advertising. I hate deceptive fine print. In the KOINE Greek language the word for “hate” is miseo, which means “to detest or love less.” I hate bikinis and public nudity wherever there is water in America. I hate the sin of women wearing pants in public. I think it is very interesting that there are four different types of love in the Holy Bible, but only one type of hate. I detest all of the aforementioned evils. I HATE SIN and EVIL (planned sin). Psalm 97:10 commands God's children to HATE EVIL.

There is nothing wrong with hating, if you hate the proper things. We should hate sin and evil, but never hate people. Jesus died on the cross because He loves humanity (John 3:16). He did not come into the world to condemn sinners; but rather, to save them (John 3:17). The Old Testament's Ten Commandments (The Law) condemns mankind (Romans 3:19-20). The primary purpose of The Law is to bring us to Christ to be saved by grace through faith (Galatians 3:24-26). Salvation is freely by grace, not by works that incur debt (Romans 4:4).

Christians Should Love Everyone

I firmly believe that Christians should have God's unconditional love for all sinners, regardless of how wicked they are. I hate sin as much as any preacher, but I do not hate sinners. Please do not misunderstand me dear reader. I believe Bible preachers must preach hard against all manner of sin. 1st Timothy 5:20, “Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear.” This Scripture passage simply means that open sin in a local church should not be tolerated, and must be dealt with by the pastor.

For example: Unmarried couples ought not be permitted to shack up in adultery and be accepted as church members in good standing (1st Corinthians 5:1-5). I personally would never kick anybody out of church, but I would preach without apology against sin. I would have someone removed if they disrupted the church service, until they behaved.

Along with adultery, I believe that homosexuality is a sin that should be a legally punishable crime, as it was in 1963 in all 50 states. Just because American society has woefully deteriorated morally to tolerate wickedness, doesn't mean that God has also changed. That being said, homosexuals are still sinners for whom Christ died on the cross of Calvary. What saith the Scripture? ...
Romans 5:6-9, “For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.”
I cherish that Scripture passage. Some people might sacrifice their life for a righteous man. A few people might even sacrifice their life for a good man. But who in the world would sacrifice their own life to spare a convicted guilty criminal? Jesus, that's who! That's the eternal point that the Apostle Paul is making here. Knowing that we are filthy rotten guilty sinners, God still sent His only begotten (biological) Son into the world to be beaten, mocked and crucified as a ransom for our sins. Romans 5:9, “Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.”

The prophet Jehu was reprimanding king Jehoshaphat for befriending the wicked world. 2nd Chronicles 19:2, “And Jehu the son of Hanani the seer went out to meet him, and said to king Jehoshaphat, Shouldest thou help the ungodly, and love them that hate the LORD? therefore is wrath upon thee from before the LORD.” Jehoshaphat was helping wicked sinners work against the Lord. He loved them in the sense of favoring them, which is a wicked thing to do. As God's children we are commanded in 2nd Corinthians 6:14-17 to separate from unbelievers and backslidden believers, that is, from wicked unrepentant sinners.

Yet, our love for the souls of men should permeate all else with God's unconditional love that sent Christ to a wooden splintered cross 2,000 years ago. Yes, we should fight against all evildoers to expose and hinder them as much as possible. Psalms 94:16, Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity? Most professed Christians today are indifferent, apathetic and spiritually comatose! That's why I love and support Pastor Steven Anderson and the Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. They are on fire for God, winning souls, making an eternal impact for Christ.

I humbly believe that Pastor Anderson is one of the most misunderstood preachers today. From listening to his Facebook sermon excerpt, it is clear that Brother Anderson is addressing Christians who support wicked unrepentant sinners, with which I fully stand with him. Shame on any redeemed child of God who silently goes along with, or God forbid supports, the sodomite agenda. Homosexuality, cross-dressing, effeminate males, lesbianism and transgenderism are all sinful ungodliness.

Don't Misunderstand Different Types Of Love

I heard a Baptist preacher this week foolishly saying that he couldn't understand why any child of God would love pedophiles. There is truth to his claim that homosexuals target children. That being said, the pastor I just mentioned doesn't consider any other type of love than worldly (phileo) love. Of course, no child of God should love pedophiles or homosexuals in the sense of being fond of who they are as people. We ought not help, encourage nor go along with their wicked filth. But dear reader, we are expected by God to unconditionally love (agapao) all mankind, just as God loves the world and died for it (John 3:16).

What saith the Scripture? ...
James 2:8-10, If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well: But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors. For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.”
In the parable of the Good Samaritan (Luke 10:25-37), Jesus plainly teaches that all humans are our neighbor. James 2:8-10 plainly warns against becoming a respecter of persons. The Apostle James then reminds us that committing even one sin makes us guilty of all. Do you see what James is saying, and this is a profound truth? James is saying that even the best people are just as wicked as homosexuals, pedophiles and the worst of humanity!

So, the pastor who is errantly teaching that Christians should hate homosexuals and pedophiles is actually guilty of being a respecter of persons, woefully failing to realize that apart from the precious blood of Jesus that washes all our sins away (1st Peter 1:18-19), we are JUST AS GUILTY in God's sight as pedophiles, homosexuals, murders, rapists, liars, extortioners and all manner of vile wickedness! James 2:10, For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.”

Explained another way, just because you are not a homosexual or pedophile DOESN'T make you any more righteous or less sinful than such wicked sinners. We were just as guilty in God's sight BEFORE we trust Jesus Christ and He forgave all of our sins. Mark 2:5, “When Jesus saw their faith, he said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee.” Carefully notice in this Scripture passage that Jesus only forgave the man in response to FAITH in Him. Faith unlocks the windows of Heaven!

People often misunderstand the pastor in question because he fails to differentiate between CONDITIONALLY hating the sinner because of their sin, versus still UNCONDITIONALLY loving the sinner with Christ's love and compassion.

Praying Imprecatory Prayers Is Natural

I have a hard time believing that any Bible-believing preacher who loves God could truly hate another human being on all levels. That is simply unbiblical to do. When David exclaimed in Psalms 139:22, “I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies, the shepherd boy turned king was understandably upset toward the wicked.

Admittedly, I have often prayed imprecatory type prayers for God to severely punish wicked neo-evangelical pastors (e.g., Marty Herron, Jeff Redlin, Josh Thompson, Bill Adams, Bobby Moffett) for their evil indifference, blatant corruption on the gospel (aka, the deadly “repent of your sins” to get to Heaven heresy), sinful compromise and for wickedly bidding Godspeed to false prophets.

The disturbing imprecatory prayers which David uttered are the expressions of man's desire for vengeance on God's enemies. Some Bible students would no doubt claim that these are not God’s precepts, but man’s defective prayers. But are these type of prayers really sinful cold-blooded expressions of malignant cruelty? I humbly think not. I do not believe it is sinful to cry out for justice from God, and to express anger and vengeance toward the wicked. That being said, I also firmly believe that such imprecatory prayers should always be embedded in a proper spirit of God's unconditional love for all mankind, even toward bitter enemies.

But if David indeed wanted the wicked to burn in Hell, and he felt absolutely no compassion whatsoever for the wicked who are in need of God's salvation, then David had a sinful bad attitude. Please consider this New Testament Scripture passage in which Jesus reprimanded His disciples for desiring to destroy the Samaritans for their unbelief. ...
Luke 9:51-56, “And it came to pass, when the time was come that he should be received up, he stedfastly set his face to go to Jerusalem, And sent messengers before his face: and they went, and entered into a village of the Samaritans, to make ready for him. And they did not receive him, because his face was as though he would go to Jerusalem. And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did? But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of. For the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them. The Holy Bible says that God is not desirous for any man to perish. 2nd Peter 3:9, “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”

The Scripture tells us that God has no pleasure in the death of the wicked. Ezekiel 33:11, “Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?”

Micah 7:18, “Who is a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth in mercy.

These beautiful Scripture passages all teach us that God is a forgiving God who delights in mercy. The Lord is not pleased when someone dies in their sins without His Son, forever damned in the fires, torments and loneliness of Hell. The Bible teaches that God so loved the whole world that 'HE GAVE' (His only begotten Son - John 3:16). With all this in mind, why would God expect us as His children to hate anyone? I simply cannot ascribe to that belief dear reader, and I hope neither can you. By the way, don't miss that great truth in John 3:16. LOVE is synonymous with GIVING! When you love, you give; when you give, you love.

The old adage is very true: We should never accept the sin with the sinner, not reject the sinner with the sin. No Bible preacher hates sin and preaches against it any harder than I do. Sin kills, steals and destroys lives and families. Yet, there must be a BALANCE. There must be a proper spiritual balance between hating and fighting against the sin that destroys, versus the unconditional love of God which sent Jesus to die on a cross for the sins of all humanity.

To reiterate, I humbly believe it is WRONG for any preacher to teach that we should hate homosexuals, pedophiles or any group of horrible sinners. We should hate THE SIN, but not the person committing the sin, for whom Christ died on a cross (Romans 5:6-9).

The greatest Bible preacher is the one who wisely maintains a proper BALANCE between HATRED for sin versus LOVE for people (and all people are sinners). The Apostle Paul warns in 1st Corinthians 13:1-3 that WITHOUT LOVE (charity) our preaching and works for Christ will be ineffective and greatly hindered. Put another way, people don't care what you know until they know that you care. Jude:1:22, “And of some have compassion, making a difference: And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.” Soulwinning is every Christian's job!

We've got a serious IMBALANCE problem today in our Bible colleges and churches. Some churches love people, but there is no hard preaching against sin. Other churches hate sin vehemently, but like Pastor Fred Phelps (1929-2014), they hate the sinner and bring reproach upon the name of Jesus. There must be a proper balance between love and hate. I think I have the mind of Christ in this important matter (1st Corinthians 2:14-16).

God Is A Miracle Working God

John 12:37-38, “But though he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him: That the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spake, Lord, who hath believed our report? and to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed?”

I recently bought Cecil B. Demille's 1956 epic movie, 'THE TEN COMMANDMENTS' starring Charlton Heston and Yul Brynner. Most people, like me, love the scene where God parts the Red Sea. The DVD movie is narrated by Katherine Orrison if you choose to turn on the commentary feature. I watched the entire 2:40 hour movie through, and then once again with the commentary turned on. I was very saddened as I listened to Katherine Orrison's horrible lack of faith in a miracle working God. All she does throughout the commentary is attempt to provide plausible excuses to discredit the miracles of God. This movie is the 5th highest-grossing movie in North America, with an adjusted total of over $1 billion in 2010[1]

Katherine Orrison suggests that the waters in Egypt turned red due to a nearby volcanic eruption that spewed colored lava, thus changing the water's color. She then speculates that the contaminated waters drove the frogs and locusts from their natural habitat into the Egyptian's homes, and that the volcanic rocks were toxic and killed wildlife, making the rivers to stink. The fiery hail is also attributed to volcanic activity.

It is tragic that people refuse to accept the Bible as literal. The Bible tells us that the waters in Egypt were turned into literal blood, not just given a red color. The Bible says that God cursed the Egyptians with painful boils all over their bodies, which a volcano did not do. Orrison's lack of faith in a miracle working God is disgraceful in a movie that meant so much to Cecil B. Demille (1881-1959). Mr. Demille believed that God could do the IMPOSSIBLE, and He still does today. Life itself is impossible without God. Look around you and you'll see the impossible. This universe would fall apart in seconds if God stopped doing the impossible. Acts 17:25 says that God giveth to all life and breath.

There is nothing any more evil than deliberately making a movie to deny the Savior, teaching that Mary was raped by a Roman soldier, and blaspheming the Word of God. Paul Verhoeven is going to split Hell wide open the second he dies, and at age 74 (born 1938) he's not too far away from meeting His making. What a fool. These wicked Hollywood producers and directors aren't just making movies, they're indoctrinating society and turning people away from the Lord. Hundreds-of-millions of people are going to see JESUS OF NAZARETH when it comes out, and it will led many people further into despair and doubt. Romans 10:17 says faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.

And likewise, foolishness like this leads people astray as Colossians 2:8 warns, “Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.” The word “spoil” in Colossians 2:8 is the Greek word sulagogeo which means “to lead away as booty, that is, (figuratively) seduce.” Booty is goods or money obtained illegally.

Hence, Satan wants to seduce us away from Jesus Christ through philosophy and vain deceit, through worldly established principles (such as humanism and evolution) and the traditions of men. Notice that the Bible directs us to Jesus Christ. Amen! We learn about Jesus in the Scriptures, which is exactly what Jesus said in John 5:39, “Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.”

I'm sick of hearing about the therapy of prayer. My friend, God answers prayer because He exists. Prayer is taught as a therapy because most people don't believe in a God Who answers prayer, in a God Who performs miracles. I know my God is real, and He can do anything. My God is so big, so strong and so mighty, there's nothing my God cannot do.

God's Hatred For Sin Hasn't Changed

Romans 1:27-32, “And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.”

In April of 2025, I had an unpleasant conversation with Pastor Brad Moffett at the Family Baptist Church in Pensacola, whose ungodly meddling wife and fool for a father have him henpecked. In that horrible meeting, Pastor Brad censured my website ministry at Jesus-is-Savior.com and other ministry websites since 2002.

Specifically, one of the issues he made a fuss over is my truthful Bible preaching that the sin of homosexuality should be a crime punishable by capital punishment (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:27-32). To clarify, lest some ungodly hater misquote me, I believe only the government has the power to make and enforce such laws. I do not believe that anyone should ever take the law into your own hands. Sadly, our government increasingly refuses to punish crime anymore.

According to Pastor Brad, the Old Testament was a theocracy, which doesn't apply today. He cited Romans chapter one, pointing out that God gave them over to their sins instead of killing them. Pastor Brad said this proves that adulterers and homosexuals shouldn't be executed today in the New Testament. But I asked him about the sin of murder. If we ought not punish homosexuals and adulterers as criminals, then why punish murder as a crime? Why punish pedophiles and pederasts? Do you see my point?

I asked Pastor Brad what gives us the right as humans to second guess God's inspired Word, to take it upon ourselves to arrogantly pick and choose which sins should be punished as crimes. He didn't have an answer. Dear reader, adultery, homosexuality, pedophilia, rape and other heinous sins ought to be punishable by capital punishment. And if our state and federal government were of the godly sort, these sins would be punishable crimes. In the wicked state of Maryland, they mock God by punishing adultery with a mere $10 fine. To have such a glib and impudent attitude toward a sin for which God requires the death penalty is BLASPHEMY!

Ecclesiastes 8:11, “Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil. Take a good look at what lawlessness looks like in the United States, because it's going to become much worse! The inspired King James Bible plainly warns that if the punishment doesn't fit the crime, humans (especially youth) will be motivated to commit more crimes. And so it is today.

Call me old-fashioned and outdated, but I humbly still believe that the horrible sins of adultery, homosexuality, rape, pedophilia and murder should impose the death penalty. What gives mankind the right to punish first-degree murder, but not the other sins? What gives the state of Maryland the right to impose an insulting $10 fine for committing the sin of adultery, when God demands the death penalty (Genesis 9:1-5)? I humbly reject the corrupt theology which says that the worst of sins were only punishable under an Old Testament theocracy.

In the story of Jesus and the woman caught in the very act of adultery, it wasn't His jurisdiction to decide (nor even comment) concerning what should happen to her. The Lord showed mercy. We also clearly see that the hypocrites who dragged her to Jesus failed to bring the man with her. They did admit catching her in the very act of adultery. So why didn't they bring the guilty man? This is corrupt human justice—always partial, unfair, rigged and biased.

I find no place in the inspired Word of God where it teaches that crimes which were punishable by the death penalty under the Old Testament, ceased from being punishable crimes in the New Testament. If our legal system punishes convicted first-degree murderers with the death penalty (and it should), then so also should other serious sins be deemed as crimes punishable by death. The Holy Bible already specifies which sins require the death penalty.

It is only because we live in a wicked world where ungodly crimes such as abortion (which is first-degree premeditated murder) is legalized. When the corrupt U.S. Supreme Court in 2022 overturned Roe vs. Wade 49 years after it was passed into law in 1973, I knew that the Abortion Pill would surplant Roe vs. Wade, and I was absolutely right! All that happened in 2022 is that the federal government dumped the decision to legalize or outlaw abortion back to the individual states. In 1971, only six states permitted abortion, and New York was the primary culprit. 81% of all abortions happened in New York prior to Roe vs. Wade in 1973. The Abortion Pill has become so convenient that you can purchase it at Amazon.com without a prescription. THE ABORTION PILL IS WICKEDNESS!!! If you are pregnant ladies, please be very careful about who you accept drink or food from, because people can be evil.

My biggest argument with those naïve pastors and Bible students today who claim that adultery, homosexuality and rape should not be punished with capital punishment, is that we have no right to pick and choose which sins should be punishable by death. We are not God, so we have no right to decide how to better punish criminals. It makes no sense to insist upon the death penalty for murderers, which imposing a mere slap on the wrist for other serious offenses. The problem (if you haven't figured it out yet dear reader) is that humans do not hate sin and evil as much as our holy God does. We hate and condemn murder, while approving abortion. We hate murder, while approving of homosexuality. We condemn murder, while letting rapists go free with a light sentence. What hypocrisy!

If it is true that today's court system shouldn't legally punish homosexuals and adulterers, then why punish anything? What gives mankind the right to selectively pick and choose which sins we think should receive capital punishment? In the year 1963, homosexuality was still a punishable crime in all 50 states, and as recently as 2012 in Texas. God hasn't changed we have. The United States has gone to ruin in sin because of our situation ethics and rebellion against a holy God. Oh what a tangled web we weave, when at first we work to deceive.

While doing some research for this blog, I noticed that BibleHub.com and GotQuestions.org both heretically teach that murder and adultery were only punishable by death in the Old Testament under a theocracy. I couldn't disagree more! Thankfully, there are some countries today who uphold rule of law—where the sins of adultery, murder, homosexuality, pedophilia and rape are still punishable by death. Call me what you will, I believe in having a strong government where sin is not tolerated.

Okay, if that be true, then why does the government punish murderers? Why not just show mercy and grace and let them all go, giving them a second chance? Do you see how unjust and hypocritical we are as humans? We condemn one group of sinners while affirming another. We condemn Jesus while excusing Barabbas! The old adage is very true: Justice is very human. That is, human justice is often unfair, lopsided and ridiculous, if not inexistent altogether. We are still waiting for justice for the 9/11 victims. The families of 343 NYFD firefighters, and the courageous firefighters themselves, are still waiting for justice!

That being said, I DON'T think it is ever biblically appropriate to take the law into our own hands as citizens. That is why we have a legal court system and established laws, to punish crime. The Bible teaches that when the punishment doesn't fit the crime, it causes crime to increase exponentially. Ecclesiastes 8:11, “Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.If you don't believe the Bible in this matter friend, then take a good look at what lawlessness looks like in cities across the United States today. Where is justice?

I mentioned earlier that Pastor Brad Moffett attempted to use Romans chapter one as proof that God doesn't want homosexuals executed today. But please consider that the Lord didn't kill sodomites in the Old Testament either. The Lord commanded godly kings (authority) such as Josiah to drive wicked sinners out of the land. Our U.S. federal government has utterly failed to punish evil. The fact that the 9/11 criminals (e.g., Dick Cheney Donald Rumsfeld and George W. Bush) are still at large proves my point. They are ABOVE THE LAW of man, but not above the law of God (Ecclesiastes 5:8). PAYDAY SOMEDAY!

Our founding fathers had all convicted homosexuals castrated. I read that in the 19th century an 7-year-old boy named Michael Hamond and his 11-year-old sister Ann Hamond were hung in King's Lynn, Norfolk for stealing a loaf of bread. That is insane! I don't know if this story is true, but I tend to believe it. I do think man can go too far sometimes in his quest for justice. Why decides? You? Me? The Scripture teaches an eye-for-an-eye and a tooth-for-an-tooth. In the New Testament Jesus taught 'THE GOLDEN RULE' in Matthew 7:12, to do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

You're Just As Wicked As Anybody Else

James 2:8-12, “If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well: But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors. For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law. So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty.

There is a powerful truth to be learned from this passage of inspired Scripture. The Apostle James is admonishing believers not to become respecters of person, where we treat others unkindly whom we perceive to be worse sinners than we are.

The inspired Word of God in this commands that saints should 'LOVE THY NEIGHBOUR AS THYSELF' (“thy neighbour” includes all humanity). James 2:8, “If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well.

But, the Bible says, if we have RESPECT OF PERSONS, we commit sin. James 2:9, “But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors. Part of loving thy neighbour as thyself is treating everyone equally, the same way we would like to be treated, which is with respect, compassion, patience, empathy, understanding, fairness and love. Anything less is sinful.

The Apostle explains why it is a sin to be a respecter of persons in verse 10, because apart from the precious blood of Jesus that washed our sins away, we are no more righteous or less wicked than the vilest sinner on earth. James 2:10, “For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. We are all horrible wicked sinners! We ought not ever condemn someone for their sins, just because they sin differently than we do. We all have our own Skeleton Closet. We all have a past—sins which we very much prefer to keep hidden away from people.

To clarify, I am not talking about proper punishment for wrongdoing. As the old judicial adage goes: If you don't want to do the time, don't commit the crime! I really like what Pastor Jack Hyles said in a sermon...

Anyone is capable of committing any sin under the right circumstances. I truly believe that there is no such thing as a “good Christian.” We are all struggling sinners. Of the Christian's three enemies (the Devil, the world and the flesh), I believe THE FLESH is the worst enemy of all, simply because it is with us all the time. Our flesh is tired, hungry and weak.

The Apostle James elaborates further in James 2:11-12, “For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law. So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty. Knowing that we are all woeful wicked sinners, this truth should cause us to treat others the same we we would like to be treated. Now let me delve deeper.

Why Repenting Of Your Sins Is A Counterfeit Gospel

The entire concept of turning from one's sins to get to Heaven is flawed, rooted in self-righteousness. NO ONE, and I repeat NO ONE, has ever turned from their sinning.

Making an effort to clean up one's life is the act of reformation, not repentance.

To feel sorry for your sins is penitence, not repentance.

To amend your wrongs is penance, not repentance.

Many people confuse and mistake these virtues with repentance, perverting God's simple plan of salvation. The truth is that to get to Heaven you DON'T have to feel sorry for your sins, amend your sinful ways nor change your behavior by turning from your sinful bad habits. You may do all these things and yet never have been born again. Christ died for your sins!

It is tragic that over 90% of Baptist churches today have succumbed to Satan's lie that you cannot go to Heaven unless you first “repent of your sins,” which is nowhere taught in the inspired King James Bible. It really upsets me that most incompetent pastors who require people to “repent of your sins” to be saved, intentionally won't explain what that phrase even means, so he can straddle the fence and go either way (Twitter video clip).

In some churches today they do explain what “repent of your sins” means, telling lost people they must turn away from their past sinful ways, or forsake sinful bad habits to get to Heaven. This is the dire error of Pensacola Christian College (PCC).

In toxic Chick Tracts (which I loath), on the back page of every tract it says you must “Be willing to turn from sin (repent),” if you want to be saved. This is in addition to step 1, which says to “Admit you are a sinner.” Step one is correct and necessary to be saved, but step two is damnable heresy which is not necessary to get to Heaven. Turning away from ones evil ways is WORKS according to Jonah 3:10.

Also, carefully notice in Jonah 3:10 that God Himself 'REPENTED.' So, if repentance means to turn from your sins, then it would imply that God is a sinner, and we know God is incapable of being tempted with sin (James 1:13-14). The simple truth is that God simply CHANGED HIS MIND in Jonah 3:10, which is the true meaning of repentance. When you change your mind in faith (trust) to acknowledge that you are a guilty sinner and Jesus as the only Savior, that is repentance unto salvation.

We repent TO believe; We don't repent AND believe. Neo-evangelical Evangelist Tom Farrell (1952-2021) got that very wrong in his misleading preaching before he died. Neo-evangelicals are WRONG on God's simple plan of salvation. In fact, biblically, you need only repent from your unbelief to trust Jesus to be saved. The only thing you and I contribute to our salvation were the sins that made it necessary.

We are commanded by God as His saints to love everybody, regardless of who they are. Our proper attitude as believers should always be “We have sinned,” but never “He has sinned” or “She has sinned.” James makes it clear that to commit one sin makes us guilty of breaking all of God's commandments. In other words, it only takes one sin to condemn a person to the Lake of Fire forever.

I once heard famous actor Jackie Gleason (1916-1987) foolishly say in a 60-Minutes interview that he didn't think God would send him to Hell for committing one sin. Oh, how wrong Mr. Gleason was, which he now realizes in eternity! We can only hope that he trusted Christ before he died, but I cannot find any evidence that he ever did. Gleason was dubbed “THE GREAT ONE,” by Hollywood, being one if its patriarchs; yet he didn't know THE GREATEST ONE, Jesus Christ. That is so sad. Do you know the dear Savior friend?

How Not To Change

Psalms 15:1-5, “LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill?  He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart.  He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour. In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not. He that putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent.  He that doeth these things shall never be moved.”

One should weigh himself every day. The clock that loses a minute a day will in 60 days lose an hour if it is not set daily. The individual or institution which is not weighed daily and whose compass is not checked daily will soon find itself way off course and in bad spiritual health. One should check his position every day to be sure that he is not off course.

One of the sad things about the Christian life is that we do not become dissatisfied with a little bit of wrong. The best housewife hates a speck of dirt. The best mechanic hates a spot of grease. The best husbandman hates one locust. The best preacher hates one sin. The best judge hates one crime. The best athlete hates one defeat. The best doctor hates one germ. The best botanist hates one weed. The best musician hates one unharmonious note. The best writer hates one grammatical error, and the most consistent Christian hates to veer one degree off course. Because of this, the land must be surveyed every day. Our spiritual height must be measured every day. Our course must be charted every day.

Think of all the things the Apostle Paul did daily. He died daily, and he buffeted his body daily. The wise Christian will make a daily check on his position. the wise Christian institution will check its position every day, not in its relation to other institutions, but in its relation to what it was when God blessed it most and to its nearness to the purpose of its founders. Look at the great liberal universities which were founded by fundamental people and financed by fundamental dollars. Their change did not come dramatically. It was a slow gradual evolution. Even the most astute of its leaders did not realize a change was taking place.

The landmark was moved so slowly it could not be seen, and yet one day the institution awakened to find itself asleep, came alive to find itself dead, found enough light to find itself in darkness, walked straight enough to find itself in crooked, had just enough health to find itself incurably diseased and had just enough strength to find itself too weak to recover.

The Greatest Faith Is To Trust God's Word
