Attitude Determines Everything

Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”

Brother Hyles' dear mother, Mattie Coystal Hyles (1887-1984), taught him as a boy—“'I CAN!' makes the man.” I like that. Dear friend, how's your attitude? Our attitude determines our:

1. altitude (how high we can go in life)
2. amplitude (how well you can learn)
3. achievement (how much we can accomplish in life)

I learned that truth recently about having a right attitude in church. I have been attending a small new local Baptist church on Guam. I've been praying for a new Independent Fundamental Baptist Church to start on Guam, and God gave me one! So I am going when I can. It is farther for me to drive, and that makes it more difficult, but I've been going once a week. I can't wait until this Coronavirus is over, so I can go back to church. We all need a church family. I've been trying to attend Harvest Baptist Church on Guam for a few years now, because I want to find a wife there (and there's a young Christian woman that I would like to marry), but they have forbade me from returning in writing, due to my correct King James Bible only position on the Bible; and also because I recognize Dr. John MacArthur (whom they promote) as a wolf in sheep's clothing who preaches another gospel. I love them, but they don't love me, and it breaks my heart. All I ever wanted was a church family! 

A Sinful Wrong Attitude Toward The Holy Bible

One of my favorite preachers is Pastor M.R. DeHaan (1891-1965), who said:

“Be on guard against any tampering with the Word, whether disguised as a search for truth, or a scholarly attempt at apparently hidden meanings; and beware of the confusion created by the senseless rash of new versions, translations, editions, and improvements upon the tried and tested Bible of our fathers and grandfathers.” —Pastor M.R. One's attitude toward the inspired Word of God affects everything! Kindly, that is why the First Baptist Church of Hammond and Hyles-Anderson College are eerily silent today concerning the Devil's Alexandrian Bible PERversions. Since they no longer believe that the King James Bible is inspired (shamefully since 2008), they no longer see a problem with having HUNDREDS of English Bible revisions!!! I'm so sick of hearing that they “prefer” and “use only” the King James Bible, when they are A.W.O.L. from “THE BATTLES OF THE AGES!” (a 4 hour video presentation I made). It's getting lonely out here in the foxholes! I'm fighting this war by myself! Where's the backup? Where's the reinforcements? We're losing battles, because like in Vietnam, not everybody is doing their part in the war! Soldiers on the Frontlines cannot win a war without support from the rear!

Is Every Christian Supposed To Win Souls?

I believe so, yes. Part of The Great Commission is to "teach others" the things which Christ taught us. The idea is to perpetuate the Gospel...

Matthew 28:18-20, “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”

So we see as believers we're supposed to:

1. Go into all the world
2. Preach the Gospel
3. Water baptize converts
4. Teach them all things concerning Christ; and then they hopefully repeat the cycle, which is the whole idea

CCM singer Amy Grant is infamous for this horrible remark:

“I'm a singer, not a preacher, I'm not looking to convert anybody” says Christian rock diva Amy Grant. (Los Angeles Times, 5/4/84, pg. 2-c) Grant goes on to demonstrate her spirituality by saying, “I'm not going to say too often that I like a cold beer while watching a football game. That might bother some of my fans.” (Greensville News, 5/4/94)

I won't judge her for the beer comment (although I think as a role model to youth she shouldn't have said that), but she is wrong to say that she's not trying to convert anybody. It just shows how carnally-minded and spiritually barren the Contemporary Christian Music (CCM) industry is. K-Love is the most popular CCM radio station nationwide, who rake in over one billion dollars each year, but they are fruitless. They propagate a ridiculously shallow religious message of making a commitment to Christ, which is not the Gospel. Daniel 12:3, "And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever." Proverbs 11:30, "The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise." 

The parable of 'The Sower And The Seeds' in Luke 8:11-15 it is about soulwinning, not salvation. Luke 8:15, "But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience." Kindly, Evangelist Ray Comfort gets this passage way wrong in his 'The Evidence Bible,' teaching that the second group in Luke 8:13 got saved, but then lost it. They did get saved, but they didn't lose salvation; the Bible says they had shallow roots and fell away, not maturing to BRING FORTH FRUIT. God's goal for every believer is to mature so that they will also bear fruit. This passage is all about maturing to bear fruit, evidenced by verse 15, which says an obedient believer brings forth fruit, which takes time. 

The Bible says we bear fruit "with patience." I have received many e-mails from people over the past 18 years, who said they found my website, and thought it was either a joke or I was nuts, but then a few years later (as the truth worked on them) they came to Christ for salvation, and now they love me. I love testimonies like that! Many people won't get saved the first time they are witnessed to. That is why the Apostle Paul said in 1st Corinthians 3:6-9 that some Christians SOW a seed, and then another Christian WATERS that seed, and eventually, still another Christian REAPS the soul saved; but only God giveth the increase (i.e., only God can save a person). So our responsibility is to witness the Gospel to everyone (to "EVERY CREATURE," Mark 16:15). That includes the vilest of sinners and criminals, who are "creatures" too. Thus, I believe Biblically that soulwinning is every believer's duty to Christ. 

We read in Luke 2:36-38 about an 84 year old woman named Anna, who watched for people travelling to Jerusalem to find out about this man named "Jesus" whom they had heard about. She prayed and fasted, and shared the Good News of Christ crucified, buried and risen with visitors seeking answers, leading them to the Lord. Bless God, if an 84 year old woman can serve the risen Savior, then we all can. I love this truth in the Bible.

“'Pray to be saved. Ask the Lord to save you.' This is what I heard a minister say to a convicted sinner who came forward for prayer at the close of an evangelistic service. Nowhere in the Bible are men told to pray to be saved. There are examples where men did pray and were saved. Men are told to repent, to believe, to obey the Gospel, but the Bible never says to pray for salvation. It does say that whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved, but nowhere does the Bible command men to pray to be saved. I think I know why, God, who made the human heart, knew that it was not necessary to tell convicted sinners to pray. If a sinner can see Jesus Christ on the cross, it is as natural for him to pray as it is for birds to sing or flowers to bloom. Many Baptist Pastors Spiritually Are Like Pedophiles

James 2:1-4, “My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons. For if there come unto your assembly a man with a gold ring, in goodly apparel, and there come in also a poor man in vile raiment; And ye have respect to him that weareth the gay clothing, and say unto him, Sit thou here in a good place; and say to the poor, Stand thou there, or sit here under my footstool: Are ye not then partial in yourselves, and are become judges of evil thoughts?”

Harvest Baptist Church on Guam are respecters of persons. Their church is composed of some arrogant wealthy snobs, who pick and choose like a social club who they welcome or reject. I have been rejected! I told the truth in 2014 that the Alexandrian Bible revisions are corrupt, and was driven out because of it. Their ungodly selfish pastors gave up on me. The face of a coward is the back of someone's head as they run from a battle. The senior pastor and at least two associate pastors have quit, running like the cowards they are from the battle of the ages. The new pastors in 2020 are clowns, no better than the other shameful pastors.

I have been fasting last week and this week until next Friday, not for spiritual reasons, but just to maintain my weight. I will lose a few pounds. Then (Lord willing) I will eat at my daughter's house. My son-in-law made the best beef short-ribs the other day! It feels good to lose weight. It keeps my sugar and blood pressure numbers good. I do it by walking three times a day (if I can), and only eating 500 calories. So basically I'm walking off everything I eat, so it is like I'm eating nothing; but by eating just a little, it makes the fast bearable. That's how I lost 70 pounds in 2017. It only took me 4 months; to God be the glory! 

Anyway, as I was walking at sunrise today, it dawned on me that Harvest Baptist Church on Guam are like spiritual pedophiles! I glanced at their Facebook page before I left, which is why I thought about them. Their smiling pastors look to me like pedophiles! Former President George W. Bush Jr. brutally murdered 1,455,590 innocent Iraqi people, smiling the whole time. So you see, a smile means nothing. No one smiles as much as the Devil. Why pedophiles? You see, pedophiles prey about the weak and vulnerable. That is what many Baptist pastors do today, they prey upon weak and vulnerable people who don't know any better about spiritual things. Like so many spiritually incompetent pastors today (in my humble opinion), the Bozo clowns at Harvest spiritually prey upon naive people who don't know any better. They molest their victims with dozens of perverted Bible versions, stroking them with a perverted gospel of Lordship Salvation. I can hear their deep sadistic breathing now—perverts in the pulpit, preying upon the weak and vulnerable!

3. They teach the damnable lie of Lordship Salvation (i.e., Calvinism repackaged)
4. They pick and choose who is welcome or not (that's what all cults do)
5. They are very seclusive (like the Jehovah's Witness cult, a closed group)
6. Instead of preaching the Bible against sin, they require members to recite a vow to live right (definitely cultish)
7. As a group unit they befriend or reject people (that's exactly what all my Harvest neighbours horribly did to me)

What a hellhole of apostasy! Bob Jones University is a cesspool of iniquity. All of the female BJU crowd on Guam wear tight pants and spandex. Bob Jones University is in denial, lying to prospective students that they haven't changed since they opened their doors in 1927. Bob Jones Sr. (1883-1968) said himself that he would shut down the college before he let it change, but they HAVE CHANGED. I promise you in 1927 that NOT ONE female student or staff member wore pants! I turned the corner one day in my vehicle, and literally saw my neighbour's wife running from her car to the house, because she had skin tight pants on and didn't want me to see her. I don't judge. I'll stop listening to secular music when Harvest's whores at heart stop wearing pants in public. Yeah, I didn't think so! I guess we're all hypocrites! 

I used to listen to KHMG 88.1 Harvest Family Radio all the time, even after they forced me out of their damned fake church cult in 2014; but when I needed their love and help and pleaded to return in 2017, with the PROMISE that I wouldn't cause any trouble, they banned me and told me to go elsewhere. Fuddrucker Harvest Baptist Church CULT!!! So I stopped listening to their crappy radio station and haven't heard listened to it since. I listen to secular music now, because I don't give a damn anymore about Harvest, I just want to expose them for the rotten heathen people they continue to choose to be. They are spiritual pedophiles in the pulpit, spiritual abusers! If Harvest doesn't like my writings now, they'll hate me in 10 years, because I plan to keep writing and writing and writing, until they close their accursed doors (Galatians 1:6-9). Lordship Salvation is NOT the Gospel of free grace! 

Bob Jones University is a spiritual backed-up toilet filled with dung! BJU 100% supports, sells and sanctions this Alexandrian version crap (no pun intended)!!! I know Harvest's shameful leaders couldn't care less about my online writings, but I KNOW there are other victims of their spiritual abuse at Harvest, who love my writings exposing them for what they are! So I write for them, to comfort and encourage other people who have been mistreated by spiritual pedophiles in the the pulpit!!! Their former pastor ought to be ashamed of himself, and the present pastor! GET RIGHT WITH GOD!!! In fact GET SAVED!!! Stop abusing people!!! 

We've got a bunch of spiritual pedophiles in the pulpit, preying upon the ignorant and weak. I think I'll start a while new section of my website called: PEDOPHILES IN THE PULPIT!!! The crazy thing is that all I ever wanted was to return to Harvest, just to sit and listen to sermons and be part of a church family. I have been pleading like a dog since 2017, but they have cruelly ignored me, casting aside their brother in Christ. Romans 14:10, “But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.” Why have the pastors and church members at Harvest set me at nought? Why don't they care if I go to church? Why don't they care about me as a person? Why are they shunning me away? 

I Was Abused At Harvest Baptist Church On Guam!

The answer is because their seven pastors at Harvest Baptist Church on Guam are spiritual pedophiles! They are spiritually abusing God's flock, and I am a caring spiritual adult who exposed their perversion. They don't want me in their cult, lest I expose the spiritual filthiness and corruption. Please don't misunderstand, I am not saying they are pedophiles, God forbid; I am saying they are like pedophiles—spiritual pedophiles who prey upon the unsuspecting and vulnerable—like Benny Hinn, Joyce Meyer, Ravi Zacharias, John MacArthur and Pat Robertson. When I did the right thing and told them truth at HBC—the truth that God's flock is being spiritually abused—they blamed me instead and shunned me away, so they can continue their spiritual abuse. The abuse is still going on today in 2020, and that is why they will not allow me to return to their church services! They are is a spiritual pedophile cult of predators! Can you hear their heavy breathing behind you. WATCH OUT!!! 

Last year a few of my Harvest neighbours stood mocking me for a couple weeks. They waited for me at sunset to go walking, and waited outside to wave at me. Even the woman I have been in love with for three years waved at me. At first I was really happy, thinking maybe they would finally welcome me back into their fold as their Christian brother. I really wanted to go back to church; but they never talked to me nor invited me, nothing. So I got frustrated and did what I have done since 2014—PREACHED AGAINST THEM!!! What the hell is wrong with Harvest? Why are they like a cult? I can only conclude that they are a cursed cult! They have counted me as their enemy for telling the truth (Galatians 4:16), even though I have repeatedly tried to be their friend and make peace, so now they have created their own enemy! Fine, then I will be the enemy of enemies! If that is how Harvest Baptist Church wants to play this game, so be it—BECAUSE I AM PREACHING THE TRUTH!!! I make no apologies for being right. I am thankful that this Coronavirus has shut their church doors, and I hope they never reopen. If I had my way, I'd tear the damn building down and turn it into a parking lot! 

What is sad—and this is the horrible truth—is that the pastors at Harvest simply don't give a damn. As long as their paychecks clear, who gives a flip, right? When they have got their fill of abusing the ministry for money, they'll just resign and move elsewhere. When the staff member's employment contracts expire after a few years, they'll just move back to the United States, and who cares about what Harvest Baptist Church stands for, right? Who gives a damn? I DO DAMN IT! Dr. Steve Petite (the now disgraceful president of BJU) will milk the cow until he retires, parasiting a 6-digit salary from students, but couldn't care less about the spiritual direction of BJU. If he did he would never let the college sell and endorse dozens of Bible revisions! Truth doesn't matter to them. Right doctrine is not important to them. They are indifferent, complacent and lukewarm. They won't stand for anything! Harvest Baptist Church on the island of Guam in Micronesia are sitting on the premises instead of standing on the promises!!! What a disgusting hellhole of apostasy!

I am preaching with the Spirit of Christ, and with a Christlike spirit. If you are a born-again Christian, and don't think Bible-preachers should criticize and expose perverts in the pulpit, then you are not right with God!!! God authored one Book, not 339! Bob Jones University are wicked devils, who will argue that there cannot possibly be only one good English Bible, which is a smokescreen for the truth—the truth that BJU supports the blatantly corrupt Alexandrian Bible revisions, translated from an entirely different ancient text than the inspired King James Bible. Don't believe Bob Jones' dirty lies! Don't become a victim at Harvest Baptist Church Cult on Guam! 

God knows that I love the people and pastors of Harvest, but I am sick and tired of the dead pulpits across America. I am sick of the spiritual abuse of people, as I am a victim of THEIR HATRED and LACK OF LOVE at Harvest! God has led me here, at this place and time in my life, “for such a time as this” (Esther 4:14b); “If I perish, I perish!” (Esther 4:16b).

My Own Salvation Testimony

Romans 10:13, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

The best illustration that I can give you of repentance is from my own personal salvation testimony. As a lad, I was a bit troublesome. I remember before I got saved, sassing my mother and having no awareness of God in my life. I attended several different Sunday Schools at various churches as a youth with my mother. I was enrolled in multiple religious schools as a child. Yet, I was not saved. I had heard lots of stories from the Bible, but I had never comprehended the Gospel (and I don't ever remember hearing it taught). If my Christian parents shared the Gospel with me, I don't remember it. That all changed when I was 13-years-old. For the first time in my life I was enrolled in an Independent Fundamental Baptist Church and school on Chicago's Northside (our church later moved to the Southside). I thank God for my home church and friends of youth. I miss them all dearly.

One particular Sunday morning, I heard the church pastor preach something like, “If you don't have the Holy Spirit indwelling you, convicting you about sin, you are not saved!” I knew I wasn't saved, because I didn't have the Holy Spirit or His conviction. So at invitation time, from my pew, I received the Gospel and was saved. I don't remember the date or even year. But I do remember the moment. I began reading my King James Bible, having a new desire to learn God's Word. I didn't decide to change my ways or change my direction; but I did hear that still small convicting voice (not audible) of the Holy Spirit in my soul, saying, “I don't want you to talk that way (sassing) your mother anymore.” I remember my mother saying to me, “You've changed” (in a positive way). You see, I didn't commit to changing my ways when I got saved; but rather, it was the presence of the indwelling Holy Spirit that began working on my life. That's how salvation works! All these corrupt preachers today don't understand what it means to “repent,” nor do they understand the doctrine of the Holy Spirit. Despite the Bible's plain definition of repentance as “a change of mind,” many preachers today cannot grasp how this relates to a Christlike testimony that every believer ought to exemplify. They are confused between salvation verses discipleship.

Here is one of the best quotes that I've found on repentance, by Dr. Harry A. Ironside (1876-1951):

“Which comes first, repentance or faith? In Scripture we read, 'Repent ye, and believe the gospel.' Yet we find true believers exhorted to 'repent, and do the first works.' So intimately are the two related that you cannot have one without the other. The man who believes God repents; the repentant soul puts his trust in the Lord when the Gospel is revealed to him. Theologians may wrangle over this, but the fact is, no man repents until the Holy Spirit produces repentance in his soul through the truth. No man believes the Gospel and rests in it for his own salvation until he has judged himself as a needy sinner before God. And this is repentance.” ('Except Ye Repent,' p. 16)

We learn from Matthew 7:21-23 and Luke 13:23-34 that many religious people (who do “MANY WONDERFUL WORKS”) are not saved and consequently, they are going straight to Hell when they die! There are far more religious people who DO GOOD, THAN BAD, who are unsaved and going to Hell. The point being, neither good works nor bad works are conclusive evidence that a person is either saved or unsaved. The evidence of the new birth is the presence of the indwelling Holy Spirit (and that is something that only God can see). If it weren't for 2nd Peter 2:6-7, we'd never know that Lot was saved, whose own family laughed in his face when he tried to warn them of the coming destruction of Sodom (Genesis 19:14). Proverbs 25:19, “Confidence in an unfaithful man in time of trouble is like a broken tooth, and a foot out of joint.”

The truth is that getting saved does not change a person's personal character one iota. Not one bit! The only difference is that the Holy Spirit has come to live inside the body of every believer (1st Corinthians 3:16-17; 1st John 3:34; Romans 8:9). You don't have to “decide to change” nor have a “change of direction” to be saved. Respectfully, I hear errant preachers attempting to use the Epistle of 1st John to teach that a person is not saved if they're still living a deathstyle of sin. 1st John 3:8, “He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.” This means that a person committing wickedness is of the Devil, but the Bible doesn't say they are not saved. Even the apostle Peter was called “Satan” by the Lord, for thinking contrary to the Scriptures (Matthew 16:23).

Dr. Jack Hyles personally witnessed to Elvis Presley in Texas, and was fully convinced of his salvation; yet Elvis was clearly of the Devil, living a shameful life of adultery, covetousness, worldly music, selfishness and sinful pride. You see, Elvis' salvation was based upon God's faithfulness, and not Elvis' faithfulness. Eternal life is a gift (Romans 6:23). The Epistle of 1st John was written to help professed believers “KNOW that ye have eternal life” (1st John 5:13), but the emphasis is upon the presence of the indwelling Holy Spirit (1st John 3:24), and not upon living an upright life. If a person is living in habitual sin, then they need to, “Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you” (2nd Corinthians 13:5). Again, the focus is upon whether or not you have the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ in you (Romans 8:9). Receiving the gift of eternal life does not require a change of direction, nor a decision to change; but rather, an admitted sinner need only receive the Gospel to be saved (Galatians 3:2).

Sin Always Injures Someone

James 1:12-15, “Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him. Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.” ... Romans 6:23, “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

The Bible teaches that sin causes death. We all have to die a physical death someday because we are sinners. Thankfully, Jesus Christ paid for our sins on the cross with His precious blood. God offers us eternal life through faith in His only begotten Son. Anyone who comes as a needy sinner to God, receiving Christ sacrifice on the cross as payment for their sins, has eternal life. We don't have to die the second death (Revelation 21:8). Sin brings death. The Bible tells us the origin of sin in the human race, Adam. Romans 5:12, “Wherefore, as by one man [Adam] sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:” Many people sin, and continue sinning, because they don't see any immediately consequences from their sin, but those consequences will come! The Bible teaches that every man WILL reap what he sows! 

You can take an elevator to the top of the Empire State Building and decide to jump off! You won't feel any consequences at first, you'll just be falling for what may seem like an eternity, but YOU WILL hit the pavement below, it's just a matter of time! Likewise, you may sin a hundred times seemingly without consequence, but YOU WILL hit the ground eventually. Ecclesiastes 8:12-13, “Though a sinner do evil an hundred times, and his days be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear God, which fear before him: But it shall not be well with the wicked, neither shall he prolong his days, which are as a shadow; because he feareth not before God.”

Aleister Crowley (1875-1947) was arguably the most infamous Satanist of the 20th century, who is known for this statement more than any other—“Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.” That was also the motto of the creepy 'Church Of Satan,' founded in 1966 by Satanist Anton LaVey (1930-1997). The ungodly philosophy of the Church of Satan is that it is okay to live any way you want (especially in sexual sin), just so long as no one gets injured. But their definition of “injured” doesn't include the tens of millions of abortions in the U.S., since they reject the truth that a child in the womb is in fact a living human being! Broken marriages and ruined homes don't count in the Satanist's perspective of being “injured” by their reckless behavior. Satanism is a destructive deathstyle! Ironically, Anton LaVey (as do most Satanists) denied the existence of a literal being called Satan. Anton's friends and acquaintances exposed him as a liar, revealing that he did in fact believe in Satan.

Sin always hurts some dear reader. Sin always undermines a nation! Proverbs 14:34, “Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.” Isaiah 1:4, “Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward.” America has for the longest time been dubbed as “THE GREAT SATAN!” by Muslims. I realize that Muslims are devoid of the truth and faith in the living God. Allah is a mythical god, no more real than the mythological gods of the Romans and the Greeks in ancient times. Albeit, the average Muslim puts Americans to shame in their higher level of morality. Muslims don't abort their children. They make their women cover-up. Americans consider Muslim women oppressed because they are forced to wear burkas, while American women walk around 99% naked at every place you find water in public. IT IS WICKEDNESS!!! (1st Timothy 2:9. Matthew 5:28; 1st Peter 2:11). 

Jesus said whosoever committeth sin is the SERVANT of John 8:34-36, “Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin. And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever. If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” Sin always thrills and then it kills! Sin always fascinates and then it assassinates! Don't believe the lie from Satanists that it is acceptable to live is sin, just so long as no one gets hurt. Someone always gets hurt! You may not see it, but sin always undermines society. As we draw near to the end times, and sin becomes more prevalent in the world, people are becoming very phony, superficial and lacking in love. Matthew 24:12, “And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.”

Romans 6:23, “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

The Blood Is Applied To The Mercy Seat In Heaven

“Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.” —1st Peter 1:18-19

We don't hear enough these days about the precious blood of Jesus. What saith the Scripture? 1st John 1:7, “...and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.” What a wonderful Savior! Jesus paid a debt He did not owe, because we owed a debt of sin we could not pay. Our sins had to be paid for. The price was the blood of Jesus. The place was the Mercy Seat in Heaven. We read in Hebrews 9:12 concerning Jesus, “Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.” Jesus' blood didn't atone for our sins; but rather, took them away forever! 

In the Old Testament, the people's sins were only temporarily ATONED (i.e., covered) for with animal blood. Leviticus 17:11, “For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.” This Scripture speaks of the blood of animals, which were sacrificed to temporarily cover the sins of the people in the Old Testament, until the Messiah could come and offer HIMSELF as the perfect sacrifice for sins. 

Jesus' Precious Blood Sacrifice Is All Sufficient

I really love the book of Hebrews, which is all about Jesus' blood. Hebrews 9:24-26, “For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us: Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others; For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now ONCE in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.” Jesus' blood applied to the Mercy Seat in Heaven is all-sufficient. 

One of the biggest false prophets today is Pastor John MacArthur, who adamantly denies that Jesus' blood is literally in Heaven. Mr. MacArthur teaches that Jesus' blood fell to the ground and soaked into the dirt at Calvary's hill. As I just quoted to you from Hebrews 9:24, Jesus entered “INTO HEAVEN ITSELF, NOW TO APPEAR IN THE PRESENCE OF GOD FOR US”!!! Hebrews 9:12 concerning Jesus, “Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.” In his Bible commentary, Dr. MacArthur errantly claims that “BY HIS OWN BLOOD” actually refers to Christ's “DEATH” on the cross, and not to His liquid BLOOD! As if that's not bad enough, MacArthur says that Jesus did NOT have God's blood flowing in His veins. In so doing Mr. MacArthur is effectively denying the virgin birth and deity of Jesus! 

The Death Angel Looked For The Blood Applied

If the Hebrews had killed the lamb and let its blood pour out into the ground (as Pastor MacArthur sinfully teaches), then the firstborn would have died. THE BLOOD HAD TO BE APPLIED to the doorposts and lintel (the plate above the door that kept bricks from falling on your head). Exodus 12:13, “And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.” It wasn't enough to kill the lamb. It wasn't enough to cut the throat and bleed the animal out. The blood had to be collected and applied to the doorposts of the home, otherwise the first born of all humans and animals died. Likewise, Jesus' literal liquid blood had to be applied to the Mercy Seat in Heaven.

We are plainly taught in Hebrews 9:19-23 that the earthly tabernacle, holy place, high priest and animals sacrifices were all PATTERNS of the eternal ones in HEAVEN:

Hebrews 9:19-23, “For when Moses had spoken every precept to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and of goats, with water, and scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book, and all the people, Saying, This is the blood of the testament which God hath enjoined unto you. Moreover he sprinkled with blood both the tabernacle, and all the vessels of the ministry. And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission. It was therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.”

So if the Old Testament high priest was required (on penalty of death) to sprinkle the lamb's blood upon the mercy seat, then what in the world makes anyone think that Jesus' blood didn't likewise need to be applied to the heavenly Mercy Seat? Fake Charismatic Healing

2nd Peter 2:1-3, “But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And THROUGH COVETOUSNESS shall they with feigned words MAKE MERCHANDISE OF YOU: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.”

One of the biggest deceptions in modern times is fake healing. Literally, fake healing has become a billion-dollar-a-year industry. Benny Hinn alone rakes in close to $200,000,000 each year. Pat Robertson's THE 700 CLUB, Paul and Jan Crouch on TBN, James Robison's LIFE FOR TODAY, Mike Murdock, Peter Popoff, Don Stewart, Morris Cerullo, Kenneth Copeland, and a host of other TV preachers are all wolves in sheep's clothing! They all deceive the sick and misfortunate for FILTHY LUCRE! Combined, these con artists take in BILLIONS of dollars each and every year from victims all around the world. The inspired Holy Bible says in our text Bible verse that their damnation SLUMBERETH NOT, meaning they are already damned by God, only God's mercy prevents the earth from opening beneath, swallowing them into the fires of Hell forever! 

So many people who have permanent disabilities, terminal illness and incurable diseases are drawn into Charismatic fake healing—many donating everything they have, thinking that God will heal them because a false preacher lied to take their money. Monsters are real!

Is There Physical healing in the Atonement? 

Isaiah 53:4 

Question: In Isaiah 53:4 it says,
“surely he (Christ) hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.”  

I was told that the word “griefs” in Hebrews means sickness and “sorrows” means disease. Also, I was told that the healing is in the atonement; so, after I am a Christian, I won't have any more sickness. Is this right? 

Answer: So-called  “faith healers” thrive on this verse, deceiving many people. It is true “griefs” means sickness, and “sorrows” means diseases. This prophecy only concerns the Lord Jesus Christ and the physical healings He would do prior to the cross, as evidence He was the Jewish Messiah. All the healings Christ performed fulfilled this prophecy as evidenced by Matthew 8:16,17, 

“They brought unto him (Christ) many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word and healed ALL that were sick: (16) That it might be FULFILLED which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bear our sicknesses.” 

Now, in Isaiah 53:5 we have the healing that is in the atonement: His death on the cross and His Resurrection. This is spiritual healing, or salvation; not physical healing. 

“But he (Christ) was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.” 

Peter makes this perfectly clear in 1 Peter 2:24,

“Who his own self BARE OUR OWN SINS in his (Christ's) own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.” 

The healing in the atonement is salvation; not physical healing. I have personally challenged many so-called “faith-healers” to go to the hospitals with me and heal all those little children that are sick. None have accepted, so far. Remember, they go to the doctor also when they get sick or need an operation!

What comforting truths! Matthew 8:16 plainly tells us that Isaiah 53:4 does not teach physical healing for everyone. The Bible plainly reveals that Isaiah 53:4 was only referring to the healing ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ... “That it might be FULFILLED which was spoken by Esaias the prophet.” 

The Bible plainly exposes these impostors in “Through covetousness” means that TV preachers appeal to the audience's desire to obtain health, wealth, and prosperity; to exploit the listeners, teaching that “the way to get is to give.” Most people who donate money to these buzzards are expecting health, wealthy, and prosperity (or one of these things) in return for a donation. People are errantly taught that giving is faith and more faith (giving) brings greater rewards. In reality, TV preachers are filthy rich, while the people who support them are sick, broke and suffer misfortune. 

Acts 20:28-29, “Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood. For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.”
