The Counsel Of The Ungodly

Psalms 1:1, “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.”

THE COUNSEL OF THE UNGODLY surrounds us in American society. The further that our culture deviates from the Holy Bible, the more ungodly people's advice becomes. Proverbs 21:30, “There is no wisdom nor understanding nor counsel against the LORD.” Any advice that goes contrary to the Word of God is ungodly counsel. The inspired Word of God warns the child of God not to walk in the counsel of ungodly people. That is, do not seek nor heed their foolish heathen advice.

Spiritually Deadly Women's Shelters

I know a married Christian couple. The burdened husband has a troubled rebellious wife. Her wicked attitude is that she doesn't need his permission to make major life's decisions. She couldn't be more wrong Scripturally! The inspired Holy Bible commands all married women, “Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord” (Ephesians 5:22). That is a divine command. Literally, a wife is supposed to obey her husband as if he were God on earth. Unless your husband is asking you to do something immoral or illegal, you are biblically obligated to obey him. If he tells you to stay home from church, you stay home from church. That is godly counsel. We need a revival of respect for authority in America! All of the insurrection going on in Minnesota inspired by ANTIFA is Satanic! It is anarchy!

The same poor fella's wife is mentally unstable, emotionally fragile, prone to psychotic breaks and manic episodes of anger. One day she got angry at him, for jumping on her case for leaving her shoes and clothes on the kitchen floor for the dozenth time She is lazy and irresponsible. In anger and defiance against her husband, she went to a local women's shelter for the first time. Within one week a wicked women working in the shelter had convinced the wife to file for divorce. Think about that! It's not like this was the wife's 10th time at the shelter. 

For a complete stranger to encourage a frustrated wife to file for divorce, when you never met that person until just 5 days ago, you are of the Devil! That is the counsel of the ungodly! I am preaching on this topic because this has become a serious wicked problem across the United States today. The destructive evil influence of ungodly feminism has crept into our churches and Christian homes, like sewage flowing into a cesspool of iniquity. I cannot warn you enough ladies to always be on guard against ungodly advice from other females. Proverbs 4:23, “Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.”

The rebellious wife told her husband over the phone that the female shelter counselor advised her: “God never intended for two people who fight continually to remain married.” Dear reader, that is the Devil talking! God absolutely expects you to remain married, regardless of circumstances! You can leave if you feel in danger, but you cannot divorce! I triple-dog dare you to show me one passage in the inspired Holy Bible that permits divorce under any circumstances. You cannot. Divorce is always a sin. There are no valid grounds for divorce.

But wait, what about Matthew 19:9, “And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery”? Fornication is sex outside of marriage; adultery is sex if you are married and have sex with someone to whom you are not married. So, these two people are not legally married yet in Matthew 19:9. We see a perfect example of this in the situation when Joseph learned that his fiancée Mary was pregnant, and it wasn't his child. Joseph sought to privily (secretly) put her away (break off the engagement), without humiliating her.

I find it interesting that God didn't give Joseph a heads-up ahead of time. The LORD allowed Joseph to experience the inexplicable deep emotional pain and trauma of betrayal, knowing that his fiancée had cheated on him (so he thought). That is interesting. God tests our faith.

We live in an froward culture in this wicked generation. “Froward” means “a perversity or fraud.” If you are froward, God will show Himself unsavory toward you. “Unsavory” means “morally offensive, not pleasing.” God will not bless anyone who flagrantly lives in sin. We live in an ungodly generation that does not look up to God. There is no fear of God today. 

For a wicked female counselor at a women's shelter to recommend to a frustrated wife (who she has only known for less than a week) that she needs to file for divorce is incredibly evil. To add insult to injury, the demonic shelter offered the wife a free apartment to live in for a few months during the divorce. So, they are not only encouraging her to divorce her Christian husband (who doesn't want the divorce), they are also enabling his rebellious wife financially to do so. I hate those damned of God shelters! I hope you do too friend. Psalms 1:1, “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.”

Abortion Is Evil Premediated First-Degree Murder

Another example of the counsel of the ungodly is abortion industry. Psalms 1:1, “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.” There is never any justification for an abortion. If you give sinners an inch, they'll take a foot! If existing laws permit abortion to save the mother, dishonest liberal feminist-minded doctors will claim the mother's life was in danger to murder a child. It is a fact that with today's modern advanced technology that abortions are no longer necessary to save a mother's life. Liberal pro-death losers will disagree, but they are wicked liars! There is no such thing as a situation in 2026 where to save a mother's life, her child's life must be robbed from them. Please DO NOT walk in the counsel of the ungodly!

Anyone who tries to convince you that it is okay for women to wear pants in public, drink booze, smoke cigarettes, get tattoos and other forms of immoral or potentially self-destructive behavior is giving you ungodly counsel. Learn to think for yourself, as you “Search the scriptures...” (John 5:39a). 

The serpent (Satan) in the Garden of Eden lied to Eve. Satan ruined her life! The Devil started out by mentioning God. Genesis 3:1, “Yea, hath God said...” Wicked people who give deadly counsel will often talk about God, pretending to be spiritually minded, when they are really speaking doctrines of devils. Anybody who encourages you to file for divorce or have an abortion is an evil person! Psalms 1:1, “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.” Ungodly counsel lurks in every nook and cranny of society today, including in the churches. Please don't let some snake-tongued pastor's wife ruin your marriage.

You simply cannot trust 95% of the bad advice which ungodly people will give you nowadays.
