Satan: The Great Imitator

2nd Corinthians 11:13-15, “For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.”

The words “transforming” and “transformed” in our text passage of Scripture is the Greek word metaschēmatizo which means, “to transfigure or disguise.” The Bible teaches and warns in our text passage that just as Satan imitates an angel of light, so also do the Devil's counterfeit ministers of unrighteousness (hellbound infidels) imitate godly preachers. They dress and appear like fundamentalist Bible preachers, but in reality they are dangerous wolves in sheep's clothing who teach false doctrines. The Bible warns everyone that Satan and his evil ministers of darkness disguise themselves to deceive people.

The English dictionary defines “disguise” as:

1. An outward semblance that misrepresents the true nature of something (noun)
2. Any attire that modifies the appearance in order to conceal the wearer's identity (noun)
3. The act of concealing the identity of something by modifying its appearance (noun)
4. Make unrecognizable (verb)

I thought it very very interesting and telling when I learned that both Billy Graham and singer Amy Grant were honored by Hollywood, by being awarded stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. How interesting that two of the biggest religious phonies in the world would both be awarded a Star of Fame by Hollywood. Any Grant belongs to the demonic Church of Christ, and in her religious singing career has been a follower of Billy Graham.

Beware Of False Prophet, Billy Graham

One such minister of unrighteousness is Billy Graham (1918-2018). I cannot warn people enough about the lying counterfeit plan of salvation of Billy Graham, and his son Franklin Graham. Here is a quote from the official website of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA)...

“Many people come to Christ without first counting the cost. The cost includes repentance, the forsaking of sin, and a continual, daily, open acknowledgment of Christ in your life.” [emphasis added]

Liar, liar, soul and body on fire in Hell!!! Nowhere does the inspired King James Bible teach those lies!!! Bible repentance is “a change of mind” (Greek: metanoia), not a change of behavior. Changing one's behavior is reformation, not repentance. A changed life for a believer is produced by the “fruit” of the indwelling Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:22-25), and by not one's decision to straighten up as a requirement to be saved. Billy Graham is a liar!!!

Billy Graham has woefully confused service with salvation (confused discipleship with sonship), mixing the two, which is another gospel that cannot produce the new birth by the Holy Spirit of God. One of my very favorite quotes, comes from one of my favorite Gospel preachers, John Bunyan:

“If you do not put a difference between justification wrought by the man Christ without and sanctification wrought by the Spirit of Christ within, you are not able to divide the Word aright; but contrariwise, you corrupt the Word of God, and cast stumbling blocks before the people.” —John Bunyan (1628-1688)

That is brilliant! Every pastor and every layman should memorize that precious quote, as I have also. John Bunyan fully understood the free grace Gospel. Bunyan understood that the fruit produced by the indwelling Holy Spirit (aka, the Spirit of Christ) was a matter of sanctification, and not of justification. The heresy of Lordship Salvation confuses people by combining sanctification with justification.

Tragically, both Pensacola Christian College (PCC) and Bob Jones University (BJU) today teach the Devil's lie that: “Justification, sanctification and glorification are a package deal which cannot be separated.” There has never been a bigger lie! What PCC and BJU are teaching are the exact opposite of the truth which John Bunyan tried to get across to humanity—the simple Bible truth that if we do not keep sanctification separate from justification, we will corrupt the Word of God and cast stumbling blocks before the people. That is what is happening all across the world today, especially in America.

Tens of thousands of apostate churches today preach the Devil's lie of Lordship Salvation, which errantly says faith is not enough to get to Heaven; but in addition, Lordship Salvation says that you must forsake a lifestyle of sinning, become a follower of Christ as Lord, and surrender your will to live in holiness. Dear reader, the Devil's greatest weapon is to con people into living the Christian life without ever being born again. That is exactly what Billy Graham and company have wickedly done! They have attached to faith, living the Christian life as a requirement to get to Heaven. That is a counterfeit plan of salvation.

On their BGEA website the following demonic heresy is what they teach you must do to be “born again”...

So how can we be born again?

First, we must admit our sin—that we can’t live up to God’s perfect standard on our own. 

Then we must ask forgiveness for that sin and repent, which means to make every effort in turning away from that sin. 

Finally, we ask Jesus to be part of our lives.

That’s when God’s Spirit penetrates our hearts to guide us and help us be more like Him. That’s when we’re born again. [emphasis added]

Where does the inspired Holy Bible tells us to “make every effort in turning away from sin” to be born again? That is, to get to Heaven? It doesn't! Billy Graham is a lying false teacher!

Also, where does the inspired King James Bible tell us to ask Jesus to be part of our life to be saved? It doesn't! Billy Graham and his followers are hellbound infidels—imposters who masquerade as children of God. What you just read is a false plan of salvation which cannot produce the new birth in Christ. Mr. Graham is guilty of mixing and confusing living the Christian life with God's free gift of eternal life, which is received by faith alone in the GOOD NEWS of Jesus Christ.

In 1st Corinthians 15:1-6, the inspired Word of God plainly defines “the gospel” as three things:

1. Jesus DIED on a cross to pay our debt of sin.
2. Jesus was BURIED.
3. Jesus physically RESURRECTED from the dead three days later.

The only prerequisite necessary to believe the Gospel is to admit you are a guilty sinner, because you need to know what your being saved from. You are a sinner and so am I (Romans 3:10-23). There is a penalty (wages) for our sins, which is death (Romans 6:23). This includes a second death in the Lake of Fire forever (Revelation 20:11-15, 21:8).

The Bad News is that we are all guilty sinners deserving of being punished in the fires and torments of Hell forever. The Good News is that God sent His only begotten Son, Jesus, into the world to die on a cross for our sins, to make a way of escape through His shed blood (Romans 5:9).

Biblically, you don't have to turn from your sins to go to Heaven; but rather, Christ died on the cross to pay your debt of sin (and mine). Jesus fully bore the weight and curse of our sins so that we don't have to. The Devil's fallacy of Lordship Salvation (which Billy Graham and his followers errantly preach) place the weight and burden of sin upon the sinner instead, which is an impossible burden to bear. Who can turn away from their sinning? That's right, no one. Psalms 130:3, “If thou, LORD, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand?”

Please be awake to righteousness! These devilish false prophets need to be exposed (Titus 1:9-14). I am saddened when I attended local churches in Pensacola, Florida, and I hear pastors quoting and bragging on Billy Graham. By partaking of Operation Christmas Child (OCC), tens of thousands of compromised churches across the country are supporting, wickedly bidding Godspeed (2nd John 1:11), to Franklin Graham (whose corrupt plan of salvation is the same as his father's plan of damnation). Franklin Graham's OCC has taken in billions of dollars, which Charity Watch Dog Groups have exposed for the organization's lack of transparency to reveal where the money is going. I won't give OCC a penny!

The world is going to Hell while the corrupt churches are dropping the ball about how to get to Heaven. Merely “becoming a Christ follower” is the popular teaching today in neo-evangelical dead churches, but that won't produce the required new birth to get to Heaven. Salvation only comes to those who cease from all their own works, and rest in Christ alone, relying upon His death on the cross, burial and bodily resurrection from the dead three days later. We get saved by receiving Christ's sacrifice on the cross as full-payment for our sins, believing that He was buried, but then raised up from the dead the third day. 1st Thessalonians 4:14, “For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.”

The Devil is the greatest imitator in history! When the Man of Sin (Antichrist) comes, he will imitate Jesus Christ. The Antichrist won't merely be against Christ, he will claim TO BE CHRIST! The Man of Sin will show himself as being God, in the future soon to be rebuilt Jewish temple in Jerusalem. Satan's ministers look just like God's ministers, but they preach another gospel, another Jesus and have another spirit (2nd Corinthians 11:3-4).
