Don't Judge Those Who Stand Wrong, If You Don't Stand

Ephesians 6:10-13, Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

I tremendously love Pastor Steven Anderson of the Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. I love him for many reasons, but mainly because he STANDS! Dear reader, don't you dare criticize Pastor Anderson, if you don't stand at all. Every time I brag on my Brother in arms, fighting together as bloodied veteran soldiers on the spiritual battlefield, someone feels compelled to criticize Pastor Anderson. Why criticize the guy out battling on the frontlines? We've got a bunch of armchair quarterbacks in our churches today, who criticize the players on the ballfield, while never lifting a finger to serve God, contend for the faith, or share the Gospel with lost sinners.

Do you know why I am supportive of my imperfect Christian brother? It is because I am also a soldier fighting on the battlefield. We are engaged in a spiritual war! Let the armchair quarterbacks run their mouths, but I am going to encourage the guy who is actually playing in the game! Let the pinko communists and leftist liberals run their mouths, but I am going to encourage those who stand to preserve our freedom. Let the fruitless believers run their mouths, but I am going to encourage Pastor Steven Anderson for his aggressive soulwinning efforts and for standing against sin. I'd rather see a guy with wildfire than no fire!

Granted, I think Pastor Anderson is wrong to hate homosexuals (which he sometimes says in his preaching). We ought not ever hate any sinner. God commands us to love our enemies (Luke 6:27). Do you think God hates His enemies? Of course not. I respectfully disagree with my dear preacher brother. Albeit, Pastor Anderson is faithfully standing against sin! My brother may be wrong in his disposition, but he is right in his position! I would much rather be wrong in my disposition (standing wrong), and right in my position (standing for what is right); than to be right in my disposition (standing right), but wrong in my position (standing for that which is wrong).

2nd Timothy 2:1-4, “Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also. Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier. We've got a bunch of Neo-evangelical sympathizers today. Look how apostate John MacArthur has become, and who he associates with these days! That does not surprise me, considering that Mr. MacArthur is an unsaved reprobate concerning the Christian faith. Dr. MacArthur is considered by many to be the godfather of Lordship Salvation, which is another gospel.

Like I said, I don't agree with everything Pastor Steven Anderson preaches. I don't approve of everything that he does. But the guy is courageously standing! YouTube has deleted over ten thousand of Pastor Anderson's sermon videos, terminating dozens of YouTube accounts, because he preaches against the sins of feminism, Modalism and homosexuality. Kindly said, I wouldn't want to be the owners of YouTube, when they stand before God in eternity (Ecclesiastes 5:8; 12:13-14). God is going to hold them accountable for who, what, where, when and why they censored their users. Jesus said: if you've done it unto the least of these My brethren, you've done it unto Me (Matthew 25:40).

God is going to ask YouTube's owners in eternity why they allowed homosexuals, abortionists, feminists and evildoers to speak all manner of filth, wickedness and blasphemy against God and His children; but they persecuted godly Bible preachers, banning their truthful sermons as hate speech. God is not going to care about the social platform and politically correct agendas of our time, He is going to judge only on the basis of what is good or evil (Ecclesiastes 12:13-14). God will hold YouTube's owners accountable (Hebrews 4:13; Matthew 12:36; Matthew 25:40). I say that humbly, for we must all appear before the judgment seat of God (Romans 14:10-12). The $64,000 question is will you appear in court as a child of God (2nd Corinthians 5:10-11), or as an unsaved criminal (Revelation 20:12-15)?

1st Peter 4:17, “For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?” Job 20:5, “That the triumphing of the wicked is short, and the joy of the hypocrite but for a moment?” I love Job 20:5. The people who own and set policies on YouTube are hypocrites! They allow transgendered perverts to corrupt our youth with homosexuality (John 15:19), but persecute Bible preachers who are trying to help them do right (2nd Timothy 3:12).

Transgender celebrity Nikkie de Jager has made over $12,000,000 on YouTube. It is blood money! Yet Pastor Steven Anderson preaches freely and he has been banned restlessly. So evildoers can promote all manner of wickedness on YouTube, but no one can speak against them with the Bible without being banned. What saith the Scripture? Proverb 29:27, “An unjust man is an abomination to the just: and he that is upright in the way is abomination to the wicked.” Here is the truth of this entire matter. The unjust man (the wicked person) is an abomination (he is loathed) to the righteous man, and unjust man is an abomination to the righteous man. Pastor Anderson is a righteous man—a preacher of righteousness! God-fearing believers and sin-loving homosexuals will never get along!

Since I am also a righteous man, made righteous by the righteousness of God through faith alone in Jesus Christ (Philippians 3:9), I am supportive of my righteous brother in Christ, even though he is lacking in some areas. I am going to stand with whoever is standing for what is right, even though they might not be standing properly. I am tired of fellow Christians siding with the cooperative world instead of the uncooperative preacher. What is wrong with us folks? Are you really going to criticize the righteous preacher who is getting the job done, because he isn't doing it the right way; while the sinful world is doing everything they can to stop, hinder and destroy him? Not me buddy, I am with Pastor Steven Anderson all the way! We are at war, and I am going to help strengthen every preacher I can find who is standing, not throw rocks at him because he isn't perfect.

Hey, when your child gets hit by a car and the ambulance arrives, do you start criticizing the paramedics for wearing plain clothes instead of uniforms? Do you scrutinize them while trying to save your child's life, because they didn't use their siren when they came? Do you scold them for every little thing you can find, hindering them from doing their job? No, you shut up and let them do their job. I know Pastor Anderson is offensive, which is one reason I love the guy. Pastor Danny Castle said it well: “God pity the preacher that the world don't hate!” A preacher worth his salt should offend sinners! Luke 6:26, Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets.

The world actually hates Jesus Christ, not Christians. John 7:7, “The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.” Jesus is the Living Word (John 1:1-3, 14; Revelation 19:13). The Bible is the Written Word (2nd Timothy 3:16; Matthew 4:4). Dr. John R. Rice (1895-1980) called them twins.” The Word of God was made incarnate (flesh). John 1:14, “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. We were born-again by the incorruptible seed of God's Word (1st Peter 1:23). The Bible is every believer's mother. That is how I know that the King James Bible is God's Word. I know my mother! The Word of God testifies against the sinful world.

When I see YouTube promoting all manner of filth, sodomy, perverseness, and ungodly shame; but mercilessly censoring my Christian brother for standing against sin, I get angry about that! Job rightly calls them “hypocrites.” Job 20:5, “That the triumphing of the wicked is short, and the joy of the hypocrite but for a moment?” So if you ever wonder why I support Pastor Steven Anderson and his church, it is because I am looking at the bigger picture dear friend. We are at spiritual war with the flesh, the world and the Devil (Ephesians 6:10-18). I am not going to criticize my allies in the war, even though we may disagree on some minor issues.

There are thousands of pastors all across America who deliberately avoid the internet, to avoid criticism being in the public eye. They like to keep things simple, quiet and peaceful in their life and church. They have a small group of people that they shepherd, making a nice living from the small group they feed. I don't think there is anything wrong with that, but such pastors won't receive anywhere near the eternal rewards, nor reap the eternal results, nor see an hundredfold people saved, as Pastors like Steven Anderson! That is why I love the guy, he's a Gatling Gun in our Christian arsenal.

Whereas the average pastor has his dozens (if that), Pastor Anderson has his thousands! That makes a lot of people envious! I am not uplifting Brother Anderson, he will be the first to admit that he is nothing without Jesus Christ, which is exactly what I feel about myself (John 15:5). Brother Anderson just works a lot harder than everybody else! I am standing by my brother when the guillotine is coming down! I see all the Satanic forces coming against my brother, and I am letting everyone know that I am with him in the heat of the battle!

American Hero: Pastor Steven L. Anderson!

In sharp contrast, Bob Jones University are corrupting the Gospel (aka, Lordship Salvation, Calvinism), spreading corruptible seed (i.e., the modern perversions), bidding Godspeed to heretics like Dr. John MacArthur, and aren't standing for anything anymore! God's curse is on the Bob Jones' crowd (Galatians 1:6-9), and according to Titus 1:10-13 they must be exposed! Pastor Anderson is correct on the Gospel of free grace, correct on the King James Bible, doesn't bid Godspeed to false prophets, and I love the guy for taking an uncompromising stand. I know some trolls scrutinize him for little things, but they are barking up an empty tree. That dog don't hunt! From what I can discern, the critics who speak the loudest against pastors like Grayson Fritz, Steven Anderson and Roger Jimenez are doing the least for God!

I love you all in the Lord, whoever you may be. I am not a respecter of persons. I have openly refuted areas in which I disagree with Pastor Anderson, like the Reprobate Doctrine. He has refuted me at times, which is to be expected, because we are preachers. Yet, at the end of the day we are on the SAME TEAM in Jesus Christ. He is my Christian brother! I love a truth-teller. I have had web visitors say that they feel they've known me their whole life. Do you know why? It is because we all share a common bond of a love for THE TRUTH. I feel like I have known Pastor Anderson all my life, because we both share a common bond—we love Jesus, righteousness, soulwinning and the truth!!!

  1. Hi. Do I think God hates His enemies - well, yes.

Psalm 11:5 - The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.

Psalm 139:21-22 - Do not I hate them, O LORD, that hate thee? and am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee? I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies.
(so this is King David, writing under divine inspiration, about hating God's enemies)

2 Chronicles 19:2 - And Jehu the son of Hanani the seer went out to meet him, and said to king Jehoshaphat, Shouldest thou help the ungodly, and love them that hate the LORD? therefore is wrath upon thee from before the LORD.
(so here, loving those who hate God is deemed a sin - and God's wrath was upon good King Jehoshaphat for it!)

But I guess that believing God loves those who hate Him would go hand in hand with not believing the reprobate doctrine. Now to me it makes perfect sense, that there are people who hate and reject God to the point God rejects them. Like here in Africa, you sometimes get to see a level of pure evil in people that you don't get in America. You get people here who will rob, torture, rape and murder people without even breaking a sweat, let alone have any conscience or emotion. You get banana republic dictators who commit all kinds of genocide, torture, who live in luxury and use the tax money to live the best life ever while their people starve; and to say "well maybe he still has a chance to accept Jesus eventually" just makes no sense. Yes Jesus died even for their sins, yes at some stage they could have heard the Gospel and believed, yes there are people who have committed wicked sins as I have as well, but it's pretty obvious in some cases that they will not and cannot get saved. There are people who engage in a deeper level of evil and do things normal people cannot possibly do. No normal sinner would commit serial rape, or serial murder, or be an out and proud queer. Basically what the Bible defines as a reprobate, today's world calls psychopath. People without conscience who are capable of extreme evil that normal folk are not capable of. Like a delimiter has been removed and they become capable of all evil.

Anyway while I'm here, you should check out the short video on Stedfast Baptist Church where Pastor Shelley addressed your stance on not praying to get saved. I have to admit, he is right. I know you both believe the same, correct Gospel so please take it as a lesson/rebuke and in love of the truth. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q_-ez1VJm8Y

    Greetings from South Africa brother!

    1. The following videos prove the sinner's prayer or asking Jesus to save you is works and references to these videos were removed by Steven Anderson and associated pastors because they know they are preaching a works gospel. They are wolves in sheep's clothing.

More proof Romans chapter 10 refers to end times physical salvation (the sinner's prayer is works)
