Pope John Paul II Sinfully Prays to Mary

Exodus 20:3-5, “Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:  Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;”

Kindly said not to offend Roman Catholics, the Holy Bible forbids idolatry. Pope John Paul II (1920-2005) committed the sin of idolatry every time he bowed and prayed to Mary. Here is what Pope John Paul II prayed publicly on December 8, 2003:

“Queen of peace, pray for us! 

. . . Our gaze is directed toward you in great fear, to you do we turn with ever-more insistent faith in these times marked by many uncertainties and fears for the present and future of our planet. Together we lift our confident and sorrowful petition to you, the first fruit of humanity redeemed by Christ, finally freed from the slavery of evil and sin: hear the cry of the pain of victims of war and so many forms of violence that bloody the earth. Clear away the darkness of sorrow and worry, of hate and vengeance. Open up our minds and hearts to faith and forgiveness!” —Pope John Paul II

Let me start off by saying that the Roman Catholic church is not a biblical church. Catholicism is a false religion straight out of the pits of hell. I say this by the authority of God's Word, the inspired Holy Bible. In the above prayer, Pope John Paul II says to Mary (Queen of Peace), "...to you do we turn with ever-more insistent faith..." Excuse me, "Faith?"  Since when did the Bible teach that we are supposed to place our faith in Mary?  The Bible clearly teaches that we are supposed to place 100% of our faith in Jesus Christ (the Lamb of God who died for the sins of the world), but there is NO mention of trusting Mary (or anyone else for that matter).  The Word of God proclaims that salvation can only be found in Christ Jesus...

"Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole.  This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.  Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." —Acts 4:10-12

Don't be foolish my friend, the Bible will stand the test of time. There is no salvation in Mary. If you are familiar with Roman Catholicism, then you know about Our Lady of Fatima.  Well, Fatima is a big hoax conjured up by the Vatican!  Allegedly, the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared in several apparitions to three young children in Fatima (located in South America). It was reported that Mary made fifteen PROMISES to the three young children, IF they would trust themselves to her by devoutly praying the Rosary. Biblically, the Rosary is Blasphemy! 

The Rosary is false religion! According to the Catholic teaching of Fatima, we are all supposed to place our trust in Mary by praying the Rosary. But the Bible warns us against trying to enter heaven through “some other way.”John 10:1, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.” The DOOR is Jesus Christ. John 10:7, “Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.”

Kindly said, the Vatican is a school for thieves and robbers! The Vatican misleads billions of people, sending them along the highway to Hell. Even the Catholic Bible teaches the simple plan of God's salvation. Ephesians 2:8-9, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.”

When will the Catholics ever learn that salvation is of God, not of men or the church? I have shared the Gospel with many Catholics in my lifetime and they all say the same basic things: 

“I am not perfect, but I consider myself a good person. I life a good life and try to take care of myself. I love my kids and try to be a good parent. I pray the Rosary every day. I have been baptized into the Catholic church. I don't hurt anyone. I love God and thank him every day for His blessings. I don't cheat anyone and try to be a good neighbor. I honor Mary be being faithful to my church. I do the best I can... I ... I ... I.”

Then if I ask if they're trusting Jesus Christ (whom they rarely mention in the first place), they'll say: “Oh yes, I'm trusting Jesus to take me to heaven.” The problem is that they're ALSO trusting everything else—the church, Mother Mary, their good works, et cetera. Roman Catholics have been deceived by the Vatican into placing their faith into manmade traditions, lies and heresies. There is much confusion within the Catholic religion and word games. Catholicism is FALSE WORSHIP.  What about the Apocrypha?  Is Catholic doctrine infallible?

It is evident from the words of Pope John Paul II that he is greatly magnifying Mary, praying to Mary, elevating her to blasphemous levels:

"Together we lift our confident and sorrowful petition to you..." 

"Hear the cry of the pain of victims of war and so many forms of violence that bloody the earth."

"Clear away the darkness of sorrow and worry, of hate and vengeance."
"Open up our minds and hearts to faith and forgiveness!"

How in the world can Catholics continue to claim that they don't pray to Mary and still keep a straight face? What do you call the earlier "prayer" by the Pope to Mary? That the Pope was praying to Mary CANNOT be reasonably denied! Only a blind fool would say that the Pope doesn't pray to Mary. I triple-dog dare you to show me ANY Scripture in the Bible to backup the above blasphemous statements made by Pope John Paul II on December 8th, 2003. You cannot! Nowhere in the Word of God are we ever led to recognize Mary in any capacity. The entire matter of recognizing Mary is exclusive to Catholicism. The Church of Rome's infatuation with Mary is more deadly than the Coronavirus. The Coronavirus can only kill your body, but a false gospel will send you to Hell forever to suffer in body and soul. Matthew 10:28, “And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.”

Where in the Word of God are we ever led to "petition" Mary? Where in the Bible are we led to ask Mary to "hear the cry of the pain of victims of war"? Where in the Bible are we ever led to ask Mary to "clear away the darkness of sorrow and worry, of hate and vengeance"? Where in the Bible are we ever led to ask Mary to "open up our minds and hearts to faith and forgiveness"? Where in the Bible are we ever led to ask Mary for anything? The answer is NOWHERE!!! Does Mary have any power in Heaven? Does Mary have the power to clear away sorrow and hate? Does Mary have the power to open our minds and hearts? Does Mary have the power to help the victims of war and violence? The Scriptures do NOT indicate any such teachings. Mary has no special power of influence with God. As a matter of fact, Jesus clearly told us in the Holy Bible that Mary was NO BETTER or SPECIAL than anyone else...

Matthew 12:48, “Then one said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with thee. But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren?  And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren!  For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.”

Everyone who obeys the Gospel is EQUAL to Mary. That is what Jesus taught in Matthew 12:48-50. Clearly, Jesus was diminishing the idea that His earthly family was special in any way. Jesus loved them, but He clearly placed more emphasis upon the family of God, which is composed of all believers. Thus, we shouldn't recognize Mary, Jesus' earthly mother, as being anything more than a dirty, rotten, needy sinner, deserving of Hell, just like you and me. I don't mean to be unkind, but that's just the plain truth. Mary needed to get born-again just like anyone else. Salvation is of God, not Mary or the Catholic church. Please beware of the religious prisonhouse of Roman Catholicism!
