Things have changed drastically for the worse in our Bible colleges and churches over the past 75 years. Pastor Harry Ironside (1876-1951) would have a heart-attack again if he could come back in 2020 and see the disgrace that Moody Church has become. Moody today shamefully fully supports and publishes Pastor John MacArthur's heretical books on Lordship Salvation. Moody Bible Institute admits on their website that they are “generally Calvinistic in doctrine.” That is of the Devil. Moody can no longer be trusted theologically. It is tragic that we've allowed these poisons into our churches and Bible colleges across America!
Likewise, Bob Jones University is a spiritually decayed institution today, another poison to the churches. In fact, they no longer preach the Gospel of free grace. Today, BJU teaches the Devil's lie that you must “be willing to turn from your sins” to be saved. That is effectively the same as keeping the law to be saved. Romans 3:20, “Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.” Whether doing good works, or being willing to ceasing from bad works, they are all DEAD WORKS! Repentance unto salvation means ceasing from ALL WORKS! Hebrews 6:1, “Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,”
When someone comes along preaching that you must be willing to turn from your sins to receive the free gift of God, they are preaching another Gospel. They are sinfully adding to the Gospel of free grace. They are demanding something of you that God does not. They are telling you to turn away from your sinful behavior, but that is a work. Some foolish Calvinist preachers (like Pastor Charles Lawson in Knoxville) teach that turning away from sins is necessary for salvation (which they errantly think means repentance). Respectfully, Pastor Lawson says trying to turn from one's sins is not a work. Mr. Lawson is very errant in his thinking, any effort at all is a “work.” Any honest and doctrinally sound Bible-preacher understands and preaches, that salvation is solely by God's grace through faith alone in the 'Good News' of Jesus' death, burial and bodily resurrection the third day (1st Corinthians 15:1-4; John 19-20).
It would be insane to say that a person must be willing to turn from their sins, but not actually make an attempt to do so. If I lend you my car on the condition that you “be willing” to return in with a full tank of gas, I obviously expect you to bring it back full. Likewise, when Evangelist Jack Chick foolishly says you must “be willing to turn from sin” (which you will find in all 'Chick Tracts' inside the back cover) to be saved, he is corrupting the Gospel, clearly implying that you must make some effort to stop sinning if you want God's gift of eternal life. This is NOT the Gospel dear friend! I echo what the apostle Paul said—to Moody Bible Institute, Bob Jones University, Chick Tracts and anyone else who teaches this junk theology of turning from sins to be saved—WHO HATH BEWITCHED YOU??? Did you get saved by turning from your sins, or by the hearing of faith? (Galatians 3:2). Jesus came to save us from the penalty of our sins, not demand that we be willing to forsake them to be forgiven and receive eternal life. Yes, God wants us to turn from our sins, but only as a work of sanctification in the life of a believer, and not as a requirement to receive the free gift of eternal life from God.
The Bible Said Our Battle Is Spiritual, Not Physical
We are at spiritual war ladies and gentlemen. A gift is not a gift anymore at Bob Jones University. I plead with anyone reading this to examine the Scriptures for yourself, and stop listening to false prophets like John MacArthur, Sam Horn and Steve Pettit. I wish every thinking Christian in every church in America, would drive these devils out of the pulpit! Don't you let them corrupt your church!!! Don't you do it! The Harvest Baptist Church on Guam is already spiritually dead, corrupted and drowned in a cesspool of Lordship Salvation and corruptible seed (i.e., the modern Bible perversions). In my humble Christian opinion they are an ecumenical nightmare! Kindly, I should make a movie and instead of “Nightmare On Elm Street,” I should call it: “Nightmare On Machuate Street”!Any so-called “church” that has 19 different Bible revisions floating around in the pews is a nightmare! Any so-called “church” that bids Godspeed to hellbound false prophets like Evangelist Steve Pettit and Pastor John MacArthur is a nightmare! Any so-called “church” that picks and chooses who is welcome and who is not, based on personal prejudice and social status is a nightmare. I guarantee if I were a former governor of Guam, they wouldn't be treating me like garbage as they have for the past 6 years. But I am just a nobody, with little to offer, and I'm not a person of influence in the local community; but I have a big heart of love for everyone, and God knows I CARE! Truth is important to me.
The Moody and Bob Jones crowd have been deceived by Satan, because they have become accustomed to heresy in their churches and Bible colleges. Eve's first step to destruction in the Garden of Eden was listening to the serpent. That is how the Devil corrupts anything—he begins by just getting his claw in the door. If Satan can just get a hoof in the door, then it's just a matter of time until he becomes master of that soul, house, company, nation, organization or church!!! If some bozo were to come into any church in the year 1881 (the year Brooke Westcott and Fenton Hort introduced their new Greek Bible to the world), and had offered the church members a choice of 339 different Bible revisions to choose from (the American Bible Society says there are about 900 English Bible revisions), those dear folks would have run him out of town!!! Satan is far more clever than that! The Devil has incrementally changed the inspired Word of God—a new revision this year, and another one next year, and three more revisions the year after that, and so forth—you get the picture! Since 1881 there have been 139 years which have passed, and literally HUNDREDS of new English Bible revisions published. IT IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE!!!
Folks, God only authored ONE HOLY BOOK!!! Do you see how clever Satan is? I marvel that most pastors and churches today merely go along with all this, as if it is normal and meant to be this way! God is not the author of confusion (1st Corinthians 14:33). Having more than one Holy Bible in any particular language is confusion! For pointing this out and making a big fuss since 2014, the Bob Jones University camp on Guam have driven me out of their Harvest Baptist Church, shunned me, ostracized me and made me to feel like a bad person. I just tried to help them as a true friend does. Evangelist Tom Ferrell was right: “A friend helps a friend to see!” (ironically he said that at Harvest). They are indifferent toward truth. I am a causality of the spiritual war—rejected, abused and ostracized by Harvest Baptist Church cult on Guam (controlled by the Bob Jones' Alexandrian cult)—suffering alone for my courageous stand alone for the truth of God's inspired Word. GET THEE BEHIND ME SATAN!!!
And beware of these knucklehead preachers today, who think they are smarter than God, who attempt to straddle the fence to appease both sides of the debate. They come along preaching that salvation is only by God's grace, but then they say stupid things like, “If you're still living in sin you're not really saved.” That sounds real religious, don't it? That sounds like it'll preach, and it will, to a bunch of religious apostates!!! Don't believe anyone like John MacArthur—who preaches that we are saved by God's grace, but then he contradicts himself by saying that salvation will COST YOU!
The Poor, Naked And Wretched Church That Thought They Were Prospering
At first I thought Harvest Baptist Church on Guam was the Laodicean church in Revelation 3:15-18, because Harvest is increased with goods like the Laodicean church. Harvest has plenty of money and resources, like the Laodicean church. God said they are naked, poor and wretched in His sight, making Him vomit. ...Revelation 3:15-18, “I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.”In some ways, Harvest is even worse than Laodicea, because they deny the Gospel of free grace. Instead they preach the damnable heresy of Lordship Salvation, bidding Godspeed to devil's like Steve Pettit and John MacArthur, who pervert the Gospel. Dr. Bob Jones Sr. (1883-1968) had the Gospel right!!! Who hath bewitched you Oh Bob Jones University, that you should believe a lie? Who hath bewitched you Oh Harvest Baptist Church on Guam, that you should believe a lie? Who hath bewitched you Oh Moody Bible Institute, that you should believe a lie? Galatians 3:1-3, “O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you? This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?” Yes, the Bob Jones' camp are trying to be made perfect by the flesh. In case you don't what I say, read this shocking heretical quote from Dr. Steve Pettit, president of BJU since 2014:
“You can't just speak about getting saved, and you accepted Christ, and then that's it! There is a justification; There is a sanctification; There's ultimately a glorification, and though there are three parts, they are all part of the whole, and you cannot separate them. In order for you to qualify for the award, you have to get into the race, you have to stay in the race, and you have to finish the race. If you want to win, you have to run to the end; and winning in the Christian life is everything, because if you lose—if you don't finish—you lose everything—you lose your SOUL. And so, the Christian race is the life of faith that begins, is run, and is finished when we cross over into Heaven!” [emphasis added] —Dr. Steve Pettit (“What Does It Mean To Run 'The Race'?” - 11:34)Mr. Pettit says you can't just get born-again and that's it. He says you are OBLIGATED to live a life of obedience to God. This is the Devil's lie of Lordship Salvation!!!

These spiritually corrupt institutions and false prophets are all in cahoots together! Birds of a feather flock together! Shame on all of them!!! The truth matters! Right doctrine matters! Using the right Bible matters! You cannot merely pick a Bible that fits you best!!! You cannot merely go along with whatever wind of doctrine is blowing from Bob Jones University. The spiritual wind blowing downstream from BJU these days smells likes a rotting pig farm on a hot summer day! The stench of their corruptible seed and counterfeit gospel reaches up into the heavens! The Bob Jones camp are NOT prospering. They may have large numbers of supporters and lots of financial support, but it is blood money! Galatians 1:6-7, “I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.”
Don't Get Comfortable With The Devil In Your Church
My God, how could this happen? How did Bob Jones University get corrupted with a false Gospel of Lordship Salvation? How did a whopping false prophet like Evangelist Steve Pettit ever get hired to run BJU into the ground? How did a corrupt mega false prophet like John MacArthur become a celebrity in the Bob Jones camp? Who hath bewitched all of you? How did Harvest Baptist Church on Guam get so corrupted that they promote all these wolves in sheep's clothing? I am so sick and tired of professed Christians making light of the accuracy of the Gospel. The average Baptist today couldn't theologically discern what is right or wrong in a religious tract. People completely rely upon and trust their pastors. So if you've got some incompetent bozo for a pastor(s), who is an ignoramus in theology, you're going to go down the sewer with him!Luke 11:52, “Woe unto you, lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered.” “Lawyers” in the Bible were experts at teaching the law. The Old Testament was the law for Israel. Unfortunately, they didn't understand the law, so they couldn't teach it properly. Likewise, 2nd Peter 3:16-17 warns everyone against corrupting the Word of God. They who do so, do it to their OWN DESTRUCTION!!! Kindly said, neither Mr. Pettit nor Mr. MacArthur understand God's law, for if they did, they wouldn't preach the Devil's lie of Lordship Salvation. The law is intended by God to be a measuring stick, by which when compared men fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:19-23). In so doing, the law is our schoolmaster to bring us to Christ, to be saved by grace alone through faith (Galatians 3:24-26; Philippians 3:9; Romans 10:3-4). Is that so hard to understand?
Yet, when unsaved religious scholars start tampering with the Bible, all manner of theological darkness ensues! John MacArthur is a brilliant religious unsaved man! We read about him in Matthew 7:22-23, “Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.” They said, “LORD, LORD” (there's your Lordship Salvation crowd). I love you dear friend. I don't want you to die in your sins and go to Hell, like these unfortunate deceived religious people in Matthew 7:22-23. Evangelist Ray Comfort, in his 'The Evidence Bible,' comments for this passage that the reason they didn't go to Heaven, is because they never turned away from telling little white lies, and having a lustful roaming eye for the opposite sex. I'm not kidding! Mr. Comfort is another unsaved religious man, like Kirk Cameron, Steve Pettit, Steven Davey, Chip Ingram, Sam Horn and John MacArthur! The very fact that they associate the way a person lives, with the free gift of eternal life, tells me that they are not saved. How can they be saved if they are wrong on the Gospel? They are not saved. I say that with sadness, but with biblical certainty.
Churches today are WAY TOO COMFORTABLE with perversions of grace (a helpful chart by Pastor Ron Shea). There is only one Gospel message. Romans 1:16 says the truth of the Gospel is the power of God unto salvation, to every one that believes. Religion does not save anybody! The baptistery does not save anybody! The Lutheran minister or Catholic priest cannot forgive anyone's sins. Jeremiah 17:5, “Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.” I am solely trusting the Lord Jesus Christ as my personal Savior, because of what HE DID through the cross of Calvary to pay for my sins. Jesus died on the cross for my sins, was buried, and three days later He was miraculously resurrected by the power of God from the dead for my justification. I was born-again (saved) at age 13. It is a done deal! I am not required by God to do anything else to be 100% assured of eternal life and Heaven as my home. I am not trying to live right to be saved, stay saved, nor prove that I am saved.
Dr. Steve Pettit does not believe nor preach what I just said! Why Oh why does the Bob Jones crowd still endorse him? Sadly, once a religious leader has been accepted by the group, that leader now has Carte Blanche to teach anything he wants with spiritual impunity. John MacArthur is leading the Bob Jones University camp into the fires of Hell. Dr. Bob Jones Sr. warned about infidels taking over his college in 50 years (how right he was). You know I've said it many a time; if I was up in Heaven, fifty years from now (and the Lord tarried), and any religious liberal ever sat in a classroom in this institution, and tried to disseminate his infidelity, I'd ask God Almighty to excuse me for a little while, and I'd come back down to this school and get a stick of dynamite, and I'd blow it into smithereens! I'd rather see this school a heap of rubbish, just a little rubbish here and a little rubbish yonder, than see the time ever come we could be such softies, we'll sit down and let the Devil put his modernists and religious liberals in here to rob them of the faith. I promise you that Dr. Bob Jones Sr. would burn Bob Jones University to the ground today, if he could come back from Heaven and do it! Brother Jones is sick, heartbroken and angry up in Heaven, seeing 2,700 impressionable BJU students being taught another gospel of Lordship Salvation. Like Dr. Bob Jones Sr. said, we are allowing ungodly men to steal the faith of the saints, and we pay them to do it! Please read Dr. Jones explain the wonderful simplicity of the Gospel. I am disturbed that so many Baptist churches are relaxed about Calvinists in our midst, who preach another gospel of works. I am absolutely alarmed by these infidels, who add making full surrender to Christ to the simplicity that is on Christ. There is nothing simple about turning away from one's lifelong sinful bad habits! Eternal life is a gift that doesn't cost us our sins, because JESUS PAID IT ALL!!!
Dr. John MacArthur says salvation will COST YOU your life! Folks, eternal life doesn't COST us anything? Jesus is going around giving it away. That's exactly what the Bible teaches (John 3:16; Ephesians 2:8-9). That is exactly what Dr. Bob Jones Sr. taught. Brother Jones said Jesus was giving away the gift of eternal life at Bob Jones College, to anyone who wants the gift; yet John MacArthur and Steve Pettit say eternal life WILL COST YOU! Who are you going to believe? The Harvest Baptist Church on Guam is of the Devil, they've chosen sides with Steve Pettit and John MacArthur. I've chosen sides with Dr. Bob Jones Sr. and the inspired King James Bible!!! Like the apostle Peter told Simon to perish in Hell, for trying to BUY the power of God; so say I to Harvest Baptist Church on Guam and Bob Jones University, with all biblical authority, that they can perish into Hell, for trying to BUY the gift of eternal life. To God be the glory!
