I am appalled the way some people talk bad about God, and blaspheme His holy name. ...

I assure you that He does not. Kindly, Gene Roddenberry was a fool to berate His Maker! Isaiah 45:9, “Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, He hath no hands?” I admit that there are many things about God and life that I do not understand. In fact, the older I get the less I think I know about anything! Everyone at some point in life will either blindly trust God, or else place Him on trial (as did Mr. Roddenberry).

God doesn't shirk off the cry of the poor, we do! God doesn't despise and hate his neighbour, we do! I have spoken with countless fellow Americans, who shamefully think the United States was justified to invade Iraq and steal their oil. That oil is worth TRILLIONS of dollars, but the Iraqi people today are living in poverty! Americans have much blood on their hands! OUR government does what they do in OUR name, and with OUR money, so it is OUR business; and yet anyone who dares to question the government is attacked, maligned and demonized by the controlled lying mainstream newsmedia. They shape our reality! America has been hi-jacked by criminals!
The food you eat was given to you by God. The roof over your head came from God. Your health is from God. Your ability to enjoy life is a gift from God. The privilege to have children is a gift from God. Everything good comes from God! James 1:17, “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.” God sends the rain and makes the crops to grow. The Lord blesses even evil people in His goodness. Luke 6:35b, “for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.” Read how singer Shakira horribly blasphemes God and accuses Him of being a bad God! Hollywood sex-pervert producer, Woody Allen, foolishly charges God:

No, it is Woody who better have a good excuse, because he's going to desperately need one on Judgment Day! Hebrews 10:31, “It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.” I have heard atheists berate God, accusing Him of the most horrible things. I heard comedian George Carlin (1937-2008) mocking, who sarcastically said: “God will send you to burn forever... buy He loves you!” George Carlin is no longer an atheist—he converted to believing in God the moment he awoke in the fires of Hell. Sadly, it is too late for Mr. Carlin, but it is not too late for you dear reader. The choice is yours!
Why is it that one man curses God's existence, while another man blesses the name of the Lord? Job 1:22, “In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly.” Job lost nearly everything he owned. His wife was still with him. I'd rather lose everything I own than a wife, so I have never felt too sorry for Job. He still had companionship, even though his wife was discouraged, and wasn't a comfort to Job's soul when he needed her the most. Albeit, she was still there! There is nothing more cruel than to abandon someone. A godly woman NEVER files for divorce. Proverbs 31:12, “She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life.” In the Philippines there are no divorce courts, you are married for life!
How do you talk about God ear reader? Do you give the Lord the praise that He so much deserves? Psalms 107:1-2, “O give thanks unto the LORD, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever. Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;” When I go to the grocery store, and I see all the different kinds of vegetables, meats and delicacies, I marvel how anyone could curse the name of the Lord and deny His existence. I love God because I know He loves me, and that is why I love everyone. 1st John 3:16, “Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.” There are a lot of miserable people in the world, who don't know God, or know Him but don't walk with Him. What we choose to dwell upon determines how we think and feel. What saith the Scripture? Philippians 2:5, “Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:”
