Isaiah 1:1-5, “The vision of Isaiah the son of Amoz, which he saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem in the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah. Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth: for the LORD hath spoken, I have nourished and brought up children, and they have rebelled against me. The ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master's crib: but Israel doth not know, my people doth not consider. Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward. Why should ye be stricken any more? ye will revolt more and more: the whole head is sick, and the whole heart faint.”
What an indictment from almighty God! In Isaiah 1:3 the Lord said that even wild beasts know their owners, but Israel didn't have the knowledge of God in the land. The United States is my country! I am patriotic. Famous writer Mark Twain said: “Patriotism is supporting your country all the time, and your government when it deserves it.” I like that. As much as I appreciate being an American, and am grateful for the military men and women who sacrificed their lives in countless wars to preserve our liberties and freedoms, I am ashamed to be called an American today in 2020. Proverbs 14:34, “Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.” How can I be proud of my country when we allow homosexuals to get married, adopt children, be honored in our churches in their unrepentant state, and be accepted as outstanding citizens in our communities? Americans can only violate God's laws for so long until God's judgment comes (Romans 1:24-32). Homosexuality is a sin, against nature, abnormal, a sickness, and will never be accepted as okay by God-fearing born-again believers!

We are living in strange, bizarre, creepy, weird, ungodly and perilous times. I was born in 1967. I grew up in the 1970's. The America I see today is drastically different, like an episode of The Outer Limits, compared to what I remember as a child. I feel like I'm living in a scene from The Twilight Zone. Sodomites getting married? The government entrusting them with little children to raise? It is more than bizarre, it is wicked. I am not endorsing hatred in any way. We ought to love everyone, because Christ died for the ungodly (Romans 5:6-9). I am simply saying that God will NOT bless our nation as long as we live this ungodly way. God deserves so much better.
1st John 5:19 says that the world has always been a wicked place, “And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.” The world's population has exploded from one billion to over eight billion in just 150 years! This, in conjunction with modern advancements in technology, has made the nation's of the world a ticking time bomb. Literally, it's just a matter of time until there is a nuclear incident. I hope it doesn't happen, but it seems inevitable. Mankind is prone to self-destruction, as the Bible teaches in Romans 3:10-23.
2020 has been a strange year so far! The Coronavirus began in January. George Floyd was murdered in May. It is now August and people are still looting in Chicago and across the country, stealing what they didn't work for, hurting innocent people, behaving like savage animals. This simply reveals the corrupt underbelly of our American society. A person's character is not formed by the hardships in life; but rather, it reveals their character! All these alleged protesters who are looting and destroying property have little or no character. They are revealing the type of person they really are. If they genuinely cared about lives that matter, then they would be upset over the hundreds of thousands of abortions still happening each year in America! Exodus 20:13, “Thou shalt not kill.”
I could mention a thousand evils in America today. Hollywood is a cesspool of iniquity. There is hardly a movie from Hollywood that doesn't take the Lord's name in vain, promote awful sexual immorality, heinous acts of violence, rebellious disrespect for parental authority, and blasphemy against our wonderful God in Heaven. Psalms 9:5, “Thou hast rebuked the heathen, thou hast destroyed the wicked, thou hast put out their name for ever and ever.” Psalms 139:23-24, “Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.” The majority of the American people have been woefully deceived and hardened by the deceitfulness of sin. Hebrews 3:13, “But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.”
Sin is so deceitful, and the Devil is so shrewd, that even the churches today are accepting open sin as normal. Preachers don't hate sin anymore! Preachers don't preach again the sin of abortion, which is first-degree premeditated murder! In courts terms, abortion is “murder one”! It is not involuntary manslaughter, but deliberate intentional murder!!! When any society stoops so low, that the life of every individual human being doesn't matter anymore, that society is headed for destruction! If the government can kill one of us, it can kill any of us. I love the Lord Jesus Christ so much! Worthy is the Lamb!!!
The ungodly U.S. Supreme Court has removed and banned God's Word and prayer from the schools since 1963. The consequences have been openly visible and devastating. Look at all the rioters and looters! These are youth trained in public schools. They have no moral compass! That is what happens when you take the Holy Bible away from children. I have been absolutely horrified as I've listened to the daily news in recent years. The prophet Hosea was a contemporary of the prophet Isaiah, who had this to say about the same rebellious northern tribes of Israel (which parallels America today):
Hosea 4:1-6, “Hear the word of the LORD, ye children of Israel: for the LORD hath a controversy with the inhabitants of the land, because there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land. By swearing, and lying, and killing, and stealing, and committing adultery, they break out, and blood toucheth blood. Therefore shall the land mourn, and every one that dwelleth therein shall languish, with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven; yea, the fishes of the sea also shall be taken away. Yet let no man strive, nor reprove another: for thy people are as they that strive with the priest. Therefore shalt thou fall in the day, and the prophet also shall fall with thee in the night, and I will destroy thy mother. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.”That describes America today. Adultery is everywhere! There is no truth anymore, especially in the churches. Lordship Salvation is not the truth of the Gospel, yet 90% of evangelical churches are preaching it today. All these counterfeit Bible revisions, like the English Standard Version (ESV), and the New International Version (NIV), are not truth! They are Devil's Bibles!!! Violence is epidemic across America! You cannot feel safe anywhere today. Rape, torture and sinister crimes are commonplace in the daily news, even in small towns and rural areas. We are paying for the sins of our leaders, and the sins of a complicit weak generation of Americans who went along with that fatal decision in 1963, when they removed the Bible from the schools.
I really like President Trump. I love the guy in a lot of ways. Albeit, Mr. Trump is not the answer to America's woes. President Trump has done much to give rights to homosexuals, and has called for the worldwide decriminalization of homosexuality. As much as Christians may not want to hear it, President Trump is looking more like the Antichrist, that is, the Man of Sin! Anyone who endorses rights for homosexuals is a man of sin! America can never be “GREAT” again, until we return to being moral again! I can assure you that when the next Democrat takes office as U.S. President, all manner of wickedness will follow. I believe Mr. Trump will be re-elected in 2020 and that he will take us to war against Iran next year in 2021. I could be wrong, but it has been obvious to me for a long time that war is coming. That shouldn't be surprising, when one considers that only 8% of human civilization has been without war. When the Democrats get elected in 2024, they will raise taxes.
As a Christian and an honest observer, I see a nation that has defied God for a long time. The United States exports more immoral smut on the internet than any other nation! Hollywood is ground zero for hell on earth! Satan is the boss of Hollyweird. Our nation cannot survive its fools. Homelessness and open drug abuse are everywhere! We've had so many criminals for U.S. President, since John F. Kennedy was murdered, that I don't trust any of them anymore. I want to have confidence in Mr. Trump as our leader, but I look at that creepy occult Masonic erect phallus in Washington D.C. (aka, The Washington Monument) and I don't trust any of them!!! Freemasons rule over America. Their god is Lucifer. Satan rules over America! If you don't know that, you are naive. God rules over the universe. That is why as Christians we must pray for our leaders often (1st Timothy 2:1-5).
