A common misunderstanding is that a person must be “good” to get into Heaven, but the Holy Bible plainly teaches that a person must b absolutely “perfect” to enter into Heaven. You must be absolutely PERFECT, in every way, or else you cannot be permitted into the heavenly city of Jerusalem:
1st Corinthians 6:9-11, “Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.”No sinner can inherit the Kingdom of God. All of your goodness is insufficient! Isaiah 64:6, “But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.” Did you read that my friend? The Holy Bible declares that “ALL OF OUR RIGHTEOUSNESSES ARE AS FILTHY RAGS”!!! Filthy rags are worthless! When you attend church or do good deeds, because you believe they are necessary to be saved (or remain saved), it is “filth” to God. Man's best is FILTH to God!!!
1st Corinthians 6:9 and 11, “Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? ... And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.”Many people quote 1st Corinthians 6:9-10 to scare sinners, but few people ever quote verse 11 . . .

The Bible is acknowledging that God saves even the worst and vilest of sinners. Isaiah 1:18, “Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.” One-third of the Bible was penned by pardoned MURDERERS (Moses, David and Paul). Just as the Lord forgave the murderers, harlots (prostitutes) and publicans (shady tax-collectors) who believed on His name, so also will Christ forgive you regardless of what evil things you have done throughout your life. God desires that all men may to come to repentance to be saved (2nd Peter 3:9).
Many Christians in today's soul-winning and evangelical churches have come out of a horrible life of sin—“BUT YE ARE WASHED” the Bibles says—washed by the sin-cleansing blood of Jesus Christ!!! 1st John 1:7, “...and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.” It is Christ's precious blood that washes ALL our sins away, and not human effort that saves us. For anyone to say that a person must try to stop sinning in order to be saved is teaching a false plan of salvation. I desire to live right because I AM SAVED, and not TO GET SAVED. 1st Corinthians 6:11, "And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God."
Amen! Our sins have been washed away by the literal blood of Jesus! We have been SANCTIFIED, set apart for God's purpose and glory. I now belong to Jesus and Jesus belongs to me! Praise God! I have been JUSTIFIED... “JUST-IF-I'D” never sinned. We are saved by God's grace, through faith in the Gospel. We are saved by completely RESTING in the precious name of Jesus Christ, because He died on the cross for our sins, was buried, and is bodily risen. Jesus bodily ascended into Heaven and “BY HIS OWN BLOOD” (Hebrews 9:12) Jesus entered the Holy Place. Jesus paid the price for our sins by sprinkling His liquid blood (Hebrews 12:24) on the Mercy Seat (Hebrews 9:12,22-24). Thank you Lord!
Christ Died For Me—The JUST For The UNJUST!!!
