The Free Gift of Salvation: Belief in Christ

Jesus, being the perfect sacrifice, offers the free gift of salvation. God loves you so much that He sacrificed His own unblemished Son to suffer the wrath against sin and die on the Cross. That is NOT the Gospel of free grace through faith alone in Jesus Christ's death on the cross, burial and bodily resurrection. I triple-dog dare you to show me even one place in the inspired King James Bible where it says that you must “TURN FROM SINFUL WAYS” to be saved. You cannot!!! What saith the Scripture? ...

• John 3:16, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
• John 5:24, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”
• John 6:40, “And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.”
• John 6:47, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.”
• Acts 2:41, “Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.”
• Acts 10:43-44, “To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins. While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word.”
• Galatians 3:2-3, “This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?”
• Ephesians 1:13-14, “In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.”

I don't see anything in these precious Scriptures about turning away from your sinful ways, do you? I don't see anything about surrendering all to Christ as “Lord,” do you? I don't see anything about faithfully running and finishing the race to get the award of Heaven (as Steve Pettit foolishly preaches), do you? The Bible simply says to BELIEVE on the name of Jesus Christ as your Savior!!! Christ died on the cross to pay for our sins. He was buried. Three days later Jesus physically resurrected from the dead (1st Corinthians 15:1-4). If you BELIEVE that 'GOOD NEWS' (GOSPEL) you are saved!!!

Ken Ham is a theological liar and a conman! By bidding Mr. Ham Godspeed, Pensacola Christian College (PCC) and Campus Church have blood on their hands, partaking of their evil deeds, leading people into Hell.
