For We Walk By Faith And Not By Sight

2nd Corinthians 5:5-8, “Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit. Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord: (For we walk by faith, not by sight:) We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.”

I have received numerous emails from Christian web visitors who are frustrated with God, prayer and life. They complain that God doesn't answer their prayers. They say that it seems like God doesn't exist. Everything they do feels wrong, and they are on the verge of losing all hope and some even committing suicide. One woman told me that she wishes a bullet would come through her front window and kill her, because she hates her life so much. At least a dozen web visitors have confided in me over the past couple years that they have contemplated suicide. If that is you friend, please read:

Hebrews 12:2, “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. I think of that verse often. People think negatively, so they are miserable. We have so much to praise God for!”

LOOKING UNTO JESUS, the Author and Finisher of our faith! I love that! Dear reader, where you look determines your mindset, and how you are going to view everything in life. If you watch the discouraging news each day, and listen to negative comments from your co-workers, friends and family, and then dwell upon the problems, needs and painful experiences from your past—you are going to be the most miserable creature!

The following passage of Scripture is so important. It is obvious to me that all these Bible verses go together. Please notice first that the Apostle Paul teaches us to REJOICE IN THE LORD. He doesn't say to merely rejoice, but to “REJOICE IN THE LORD.” No matter how unhappy and miserable I may be, I can ALWAYS rejoice in the Lord for something. Paul even repeats himself to get the point across:

Philippians 4:4-9, “Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice. Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

The things that hinder us from rejoicing in the Lord ought to be committed unto prayer. So we are commanded to always rejoice in the Lord, and to commit anything and everything that hinders us from rejoicing in the Lord to God in prayer. And then the Apostle teaches us to guard our minds against negative self-destructive thinking. Once you start down that road of not rejoicing in the Lord ALWAYS, you are headed down a death spiral. The human mind can (and often does) become its own worst enemy. I am just as guilty of this. Where do you think I learned it from? But when I was sinking in despair, depression and hating my life, I LOOKED TO JESUS (the precious Author and Finisher of my faith). Where are you looking today?

Philippians 4:8 tells us to THINK ON THESE THINGS (i.e., things that are lovely, of good report, lovely, virtuous, things of praise and truth, et cetera). Americans are notoriously complainers. The news media is inherently accusatory and negative. Revelation 12:10b calls the Devil the accuser of the brethren. Satan is the god of this world, which explains why ungodly sinners accuse others. The Bible teaches that love covers all sins (Proverbs 10:12). Satan never lets anyone live down their past sins, failures and mistakes! As Christians we hopefully choose to walk a higher path in life, one of love and forgiveness toward others.

Having said that, my response to those who tell me how miserable their life is, and how they feel like God is ignoring them completely—I feel THE SAME WAY! But I choose to walk BY FAITH, not BY SIGHT. If I walk by sight, then I have plenty of reasons to be miserable and doubt God. But if I live by faith, then I know according to John 14:1-3 that I have a home waiting for me in Heaven. I know according to Philippians 3:21 that I have a new immortal body coming, fashioned like unto the Lord's miraculous resurrected body. I know according to Romans 8:32 that God is going to give meall things in eternity. I have a blessed inspired Book in the King James Bible full of promises from God, that I can claim and cling to in hope during life's difficulties, worries and miseries. LOOKING UNTO JESUS!

That is the difference between someone who lives a defeated life as a Christian, and someone who walks by faith! My God is able! By sight, I feel like God doesn't care about me; but by faith, I KNOW THAT HE DOES, because 1st Peter 5:7 says God cares! By sight, I feel like God has abandoned me; but by faith, I know God has promised never to leave nor forsake me in Hebrews 13:5. So everything comes down to whether we choose as believers to walk by sight or by faith. I must walk by faith, or else I know that I won't make it. I know of at least 6 Christians who have commit suicide during my lifetime. Life is never fair. Some people have it much worse than others, but God is fair. I share the same sentiments as Job, who rightly said: “Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him” (Job 13:15). Good for you Job, I am with you buddy! Job 19:25, For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth: Jesus said in Mark 11:22b, “Have faith in God.”

2nd Corinthians 5:7, (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

Global Warming Is A Blatant Manmade Massive Hoax!

1st Timothy 6:20-21, “O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called: Which some professing have erred concerning the faith. Grace be with thee. Amen.”

I watched a video of the giant Climate Clock in New York. From all that I have read, Global Warming is a massive New World Order hoax! Even meteorologist John Coleman, founder of The Weather Channel, has called Global Warming a massive manmade scam! . . .

“I am telling you Global Warming is a nonevent, a manufactured crisis and a total scam… It is all a scam, the result of bad science.” —John Coleman, Weather channel founder and lifelong meteorologist
People are so gullible. I just read this eye-opening article by Dr. Ron Paul about "the science" so-called, behind the Coronavirus, which is a blatant media hyped hoax as well. The virus is real, obviously, and people are dying, but so did 83,000 Americans die last year just from the common flu. It will be interesting what the New World Order has up their sleeve. Many people are thinking there will be forced vaccinations. Bill Gates is a known eugenicist, calling for a reduction in world population. So understandably a lot of people get alarmed when all of a sudden he wants to "save lives" with a new vaccine. I had posted some articles by Henry Makow to Facebook, which got his website banned now. That is so shameful and wrong that Facebook can just ban anyone who tells the truth.

'Global Warming' is a massive New World Order hoax!

Don't Disregard The Truths Of Imperfect Fallen Teachers

Ecclesiastes 7:10, Say not thou, What is the cause that the former days were better than these?  for thou dost not enquire wisely concerning this.

I am a thankful graduate of Hyles-Anderson College (1985-1993). I don't mention the names of my teachers I had at college, but they are precious to me. I still have all my college notes. Many people are scared to even mention the name of one Bible teacher, who received life in prison for unmentionable crimes. I still have all my notes by him, and I cherish them. Just because the Devil sifted him as wheat, and he chose to go into horrible sin, doesn't negate anything that he taught us students. I had this man for Old and New Testament Survey. I had him for Proverbs, Old Testament Psychology, and numerous other Bible classes.

I intentionally took senior college classes in my freshman year, because I loved this man's knowledge of the Bible, and his style of teaching that really helped me learn. When he taught, students were sitting on the edge of their seat, wanting to learn. This man was one of the greatest Bible teachers I ever had, but he didn't love the Lord as he should have. This man taught me that many graduates of Bible college fail, because they go from LEARNING to LIVING, but they bypass LOVING. He was absolutely right! Sadly, he didn't take his own advice. Dear reader, you can LEARN all you can learn about theology and preaching, but if you bypass LOVING God and your neighbour as thyself, you will fail at LIVING!

This Bible teacher was also an evangelist, who used to preach week long revivals at my home church in Chicago, where I was saved and attended grade and high school at the Northland Baptist Church, which later moved 10 miles south and changed their name to the First Baptist Church of Marquette. I was there through it all, sitting on the edge of my seat like a sponge, learning all I could about God and the King James Bible. I've read comments online about former HAC students throwing all their class notes into the garbage, because of this man's sins. Not me buddy! I cherish those notes.

I still have the notes of another Bible teacher who turned against Pastor Jack Hyles in 1989. That particular man was saved in a subway, after a Christian lady handed him a Gospel tract. I had him for my Soulwinning Evangelism class. I still have all my notes. If you think that it is proper to throw away everything you learned from a horrible sinner, then you should throw your Bible in the garbage too, because one-third of the Holy Bible was penned by murderers! Moses, David and Saul (later Paul) were all murderers. Before David was even conceived in his mother's womb, or chosen to be king of Israel, God knew that David would commit adultery and murder, shaming the name of God and His people. Truly God's thoughts and ways are above our thoughts and ways. Isaiah 55:8-9, “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.”

I have heard umpteen people become disgruntled toward their former pastor. Many of them abandon everything that their pastor taught them. I think that is so foolish. I don't care what your pastor did, the things he taught you are good to remember, if they were good teachings. I don't care how sinful or horrible a crime your pastor may have committed, that does not diminish the truthfulness of his preaching, if it was truth to begin with. It is true that a preacher's message is diminished in effectiveness by sin, but you don't have to let it be so. My former favorite Bible teacher I mentioned earlier is now serving multiple consecutive life sentences in prison. Yet, I have never been tempted to trash his notes given in class. I have news for you, YOU AND I my friend are just as much a sinner as HE IS! 1st Timothy 5:24, “Some men's sins are open beforehand, going before to judgment; and some men they follow after.” Don't judge others because they sin differently than you do!

As humans we all categorize sins. If we were to take a piece of paper and make a list of what we think are the worst sins, we'd all put murder right at the top. We'd put pedophilia at the top. We'd put adultery at the top. But look at the list of sins which the Bible says God HATES THE MOST in Proverbs 6:16-19, “These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,  An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren. Do you see that the sins we hate are not the same sins that God hates? God hates stinking pride! God hates a proud look! God hates hands that hurt innocent people. God hates a wicked heart that devises ways to hurt other people. God hates a lying false tongue. God hates a person who is always seeking to do evil. God hates those who divide brethren. These are the sins that God hates! To clarify, God does not hate people, He hates the sin!

If you have been hurt or betrayed by someone to whom you looked up to, let it go into God's hands friend. Let God's love permeate your soul and put that smile back on your face. If you give God your heart, He'll put a wonderful smile on your face. By the way, I think the most beautiful quality of a woman is an infectious smile! The only thing more painful than being hurt by someone that you look up to, is hurting someone that looks up to you! That is the worst pain. I can only imagine the pain of soul that my former Bible teacher must have day by day, month by month, year by year, and now it has been decades. The whole story is so sad. But dear friend, it is only by the grace of God that all of us aren't rotting in prison next to him! There but for the grace of God Go I. There but for the grace of God go you! That is why my favorite Bible verse is Proverbs 4:23, “Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.”

Many of the truths that I teach online, I learned in class at Hyles-Anderson College. One of the reasons why I work so hard on my website ministry is to help earn rewards in Heaven for my former Bible teacher. My best friend while growing up, Greg, commit suicide at only age 22. He took his father's shotgun and killed himself. I wept uncontrollably at his funeral. I placed my little New Testament Bible into his casket, which I had used to win many people to the Lord. I went off to Bible college at age 18, and hadn't seen my friend for a few years. I personally led him to the Lord in my basement, which was our club hangout. I played acoustic guitar and we used to sing “Victory In Jesus.” In time I went off to Bible college. Not too long thereafter our home church fell apart, and he dropped out for lack of friends, and started drinking booze, listening to Ozzy Osbourne's song “Suicide, and inevitably succumbed to Satan's influence, committing suicide.

Since my friend cannot labor for Jesus Christ, I am compelled to work even harder each night and day. I believe that he was a born-again Christian, but like John the Baptist became disillusioned. I can earn rewards for my former Bible teacher who is in prison. I feel sorry for him and everyone involved with the damage and pain he caused. The truth is that every one of us are sinners, who deserve to plunge immediately into the depths of Hell and burn forever! The only happy life is living a righteous life for Jesus Christ. Proverbs 16:8, “Better is a little with righteousness than great revenues without right.” I thank God for the Bible teachers I have had in my life, as imperfect as some of them were, like me and you.

The Tremendous Old Testament Book Of Hosea

Hosea 1:1-3, “The word of the LORD that came unto Hosea, the son of Beeri, in the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, and in the days of Jeroboam the son of Joash, king of Israel. The beginning of the word of the LORD by Hosea. And the LORD said to Hosea, Go, take unto thee a wife of whoredoms and children of whoredoms: for the land hath committed great whoredom, departing from the LORD. So he went and took Gomer the daughter of Diblaim; which conceived, and bare him a son.”

God told Hosea to marry a harlot. I don't think Hosea was any different than men today. I think the ole boy got really happy. “Lord, can you say that again?” You heard me Hosea, go marry that pretty worldly gal you've been looking at, Gomer. I think Hosea was very happy, at first, but I sincerely don't think he saw what was coming. After bearing him three children, Gomer forsook Hosea, chasing after wicked men. That sure sounds like America today! I have heard tragic stories, one after the other all my life, from men and women alike of unfaithful spouses who betrayed, hurt and eventually abandoned them. Hebrews 13:4, “Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.God's judgment cannot rest forever!

The Old Testament prophet Hosea was a contemporary of Isaiah, Micah and Amos. These faithful preachers lived during the time of the fall of northern Israel, whose capital was Samaria. Here is a helpful chart that I made many years ago as a teenager, showing the relationship between the different Old Testament books of the Bible. Many believers have been saved for several years, and still haphazardly read the Bible, without any organized understanding of their reading. I encourage you to study the chart, and see how the different books of the Bible interrelate with each other.

For example: We see that the historical book of 1st Chronicles (29 chapters total) only covers 28 years, but the book of 2nd Chronicles (36 chapters total) covers a tremendous time span of 449 years of Old Testament history! That's quite a difference. So we see that 1st Chronicles is very concentrated during the reign of David. The book parallels 2nd Samuel, which was written during the same time period, spanning 40 years of history. Yet, 2nd Chronicles covers everything from king Solomon's reign to the final fall and destruction of the city of Jerusalem in 586 BC four hundred years later. Brother Lester Roloff used to wisely say that the Old Testament will put iron in your blood.

The most effective way to study the Bible is the same as solving a puzzle, you go from general to specific. When solving a puzzle, we look for the flat outside pieces first, because they are the easiest to recognize and compare. Likewise, to study the Bible, first learn the details about why each book of the Bible was written. I wrote a helpful article about studying the Old Testament, which I think you'll like.

In every passage of Scripture in the Old Testament, we find three components:
  1. HISTORICAL LESSON (The study of history is HIS-STORY, about how God has marvelously, miraculously and mysteriously worked throughout human civilization)
  2. PROPHETIC LESSON (seven centuries years before Christ was born, the prophet Isaiah predicted His virgin birth in Isaiah 7:14)
  3. PRACTICAL (OR PERSONAL) LESSON
The following passage of Scripture is eerily reminiscent of the United States today:
Hosea 4:1-6, “Hear the word of the LORD, ye children of Israel: for the LORD hath a controversy with the inhabitants of the land, because there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land. By swearing, and lying, and killing, and stealing, and committing adultery, they break out, and blood toucheth blood. Therefore shall the land mourn, and every one that dwelleth therein shall languish, with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven; yea, the fishes of the sea also shall be taken away. Yet let no man strive, nor reprove another: for thy people are as they that strive with the priest. Therefore shalt thou fall in the day, and the prophet also shall fall with thee in the night, and I will destroy thy mother. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.”
Just like in Hosea 4:2, there is no truth in America today! Pastor J. Vernon McGee (1904-1988) is right: “We're a nation of Biblical ignoramuses! (Dr. McGee's audio commentary on Hosea 4:1-2). We are surrounded by information today, but people don't want THE TRUTH. 2nd Timothy 3:7, “Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.” We are the greatest technological nations in history, and yet we are one of the most ignorant concerning truth! Stephen Hawking (1942-2018) was a brilliant theoretical physicist. That was his career. Yet, it is heartbreaking that such a knowledgeable man was a self-professed atheist until his death. According to the Bible Dr. Hawking almost assuredly went to Hell in his sins. I am sad about that, because I don't like to see anybody go to Hell.

We've still got a small handful of leather-lung, soul-winning, Christ-honoring, sin-fighting, people-loving, caring, fundamental Baptist pastors today, who are still preaching the truth. Sadly, the American people refuse to heed the inspired Word of God. 1st Corinthians 1:18, For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.Hosea 4:6 is an indictment against the religious leaders (temple priests) of Hosea's time. They intentionally rejected the knowledge of God, which caused their downfall and destruction. We see this today in 2020 in our American Bible colleges and churches. They willfully reject THE TRUTH that the modern Devil's Bibles are dangerously corrupted. They refuse to accept THE TRUTH that Lordship Salvation and “turning from your sins is a counterfeit gospel, accursed by God (Galatians 1:6-9).

The book of Hosea was written to expose the wickedness of Israel's habitual spiritual whoredom with idols and false gods. This is what's shown by the betrayal and unfaithfulness of Gomer to her husband Hosea. It symbolizes Israel's horrible betrayal and unfaithfulness to the holy Lord. Likewise, America is guilty of spiritual adultery. Our nation was founded upon Christian principles. Our first U.S. President, George Washington, was a lifelong member of a Bible Society. Bible Societies (like Gideons International today) worked to publish and promote the Holy Bible into the hands of the people, for their own benefit and our nation's glory. Proverbs 14:34, “Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.”

Scripture is everywhere in the nation's capital. Yes, it is true, and I think awesomely amazing. From the proclamation in John 8:32 that “the truth shall make you free, to a statue of the Apostle Paul down the street, these scripture-themed inscriptions, statues, and references are everywhere in our nation's capital. Hosea is a wonderful true story, that reveals the great heart of our gracious God. Hosea represents God in the story. Gomer represents humanity. Humanity has been unfaithful to God. Isaiah 53:6, All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.”
Sheep are very vulnerable animals, unlike the cunning wolf who sneaks up on its prey for the kill. Sheep don't have fangs, claws or other natural built i defenses. Wolves have sharp teeth! Sheep have no sense of present danger, just like people. These new Bible revisions that keep coming our are so deadly. Brother Lester Roloff said back in the 1970's that: This has been the generation of translations and abominations, and perversions, of the Word of God!” Since making that statement, literally over one hundred new Bible revisions have been published into the English language! Since 1881 at least 254 new Bible versions have been published. That is insane! God only authored ONE BOOK!!! I believe that inspired Book to be the precious King James Bible today.
I encourage you to read and study the tremendous Old Testament book of Hosea. The humble prophet Hosea is a picture of our blessed Savior, who purchased us back from the slave market of sin. Gomer represents every sinner, who has been unfaithful to our Creator. Gomer didn't deserve to be redeemed, but it was a matter of love for Hosea. God loves you dear friend, no matter who you are. God doesn't approve of the sins in your life, but regardless of how awful they may be, God offers you forgiveness through the blood of the cross. Colossians 1:20, “And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.” That is such a beautiful Bible verse. Come to Him now oh sinner, if you have never done so, and receive the Savior as your own!

Foolish Pastor Says: “I Don't Want Or Need Your Money!”

2nd Thessalonians 1:1-3, “Paul, and Silvanus, and Timotheus, unto the church of the Thessalonians in God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth;”

The Apostle Paul had a thankful spirit toward everything. Paul was thankful toward other believers. Paul said he thanked God ALWAYS for his Christian brethren, for their charity toward each other. Paul was thankful for the money that believers gave to the cause of Jesus Christ. A preacher should always maintain a spirit of thanksgiving toward God and man, especially toward those people in his ministry who are helping him financially.

I recently heard a Baptist pastor tell his small congregation in a stern tone: “I don't want or need your money, God meets my needs!” Humbly said, that is a foolish thing for a pastor to say. Why is he even talking about “I”? The church belongs to the Lord Jesus Christ, Who is the Head of the Church (Ephesians 4:15; 5:23). Each saint comprises the Body of Christ. The selfish pronoun “I” has no place in the local New Testament church! What that pastor is foolishly saying is that it is his personal church, and not God's church. The Bible says that God purchased the Church with His own blood (Acts 20:28).

The pastor in question has labored diligently for the past few years, now receiving about 25 people in attendance on Sundays. Kindly said, it doesn't surprise me that the church is stagnant and hasn't grown over the years, with an ungrateful pastor who expresses ingratitude toward the people who financially give money to the church. Our attitude very much determines our altitude. God will not bless a church unless the pastor commits that ministry wholly to the Lord Jesus Christ! It is the Lord's church, nobody else's. No pastor ought ever tell his congregation: “I don't want or need your money, God meets my needs!” That is the way an ungrateful man talks! You won't find Paul talking that way in the Bible.

How does a pastor, who is renting a storefront property to meet for church services, expect to eventually fulfill his church's vision of autonomy in the future, if he tells people that he doesn't want or need their money? What do you mean you don't need their money? Yes, you DO need their money, and a lot of it! If you ever want to buy a church building, to put down some permanent roots, then you need a downpayment for a building. Where do you think that money is going to come from? The heathens? If you are telling your congregation that you don't need or want their money, then you shouldn't hypocritically talk about your vision for autonomy, because money doesn't come from nowhere. Why do you think God sent you those people who are giving you money? You're biting the hands that are helping you.

Instead, that pastor should be thanking everyone who gives, showing appreciation for them, and letting them know how much God appreciates their giving. If a pastor wants to let people know that he doesn't need their money, that he is not for sale, I am fine with that; but at least let them know that the money is appreciated, and will be used toward a downpayment on a future building, Lord willing. The pastor needs to keep his personal life separate from the church itself. When the pastor confuses the two, people will leave. When a man, or men, run a church, it is a cult. The authority of the local New Testament church is the Word of God alone.

If that were me as the pastor, I would ALWAYS greatly thank everyone who gives money, time or anything donated to help the church. I would teach them the truth that it is all FOR THE LORD!!! I would let the people know that all money collected in the offering plate goes into the church's bank account, and will be used for the needs of the church. If nothing else, any extra money will be used down the road for a downpayment toward a church building. I don't understand a pastor of a growing church, who wants to achieve autonomy (i.e., self sufficiency), who discourages people from giving money to the church. Since that church's ungrateful pastor says he doesn't WANT or NEED anyone's money, then how does he expect to achieve autonomy? Will there be some type of magician's trick? Perhaps that pastor will put a new church building out of his hat? Maybe a new building will simply fall out of the sky!

What that pastor ought to have said is: “I personally may not want or need your money, but this church belongs to the Lord Jesus Christ, and He does need your money, and we greatly appreciate it, so we can invest toward buying a church building when it is time.” For a pastor to foolishly say: “I don't want or need your money, God meets my needs!,” is in reality to horribly say: “I am receiving a nice missionary check each month, so I don't need YOUR money, I have THEIR money.” That sounds like a spoiled man talking, who has grown accustomed to relying upon others, instead of actually wanting to achieve church autonomy (self government). I just don't understand a pastor expressing ingratitude, and even a little bit of personal contempt, to those who have sincerely given money TO THE CHURCH. The pastor says: “I don't want or need your money,” but the people who tithed didn't give the money to him, they gave it to the church (to Jesus Christ). So why does the pastor talk that way, as if it is HIS MONEY?

This is why, in my humble opinion, the church hasn't grown over the past several years. Until the pastor wholly commits the church to the Lord, and rallies church members to get excited and invest in THE LORD'S CHURCH, his personal ministry will flounder in mediocrity. Psalms 127:1, “Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.” The pastor has a “vision” for the church. With that bad kind of attitude, his words will run the church into the ground! There is nothing worse than showing a lack of gratitude toward people who give money (the amount matters not). A pastor should always express thankfulness toward people who give, not tell them that you don't want or need anything from them.

Some pastors also have the wrong attitude, that his people gave the money to God, not to him, so he doesn't have to show any gratitude. Well, those people could have just as easily given the money to the next church and pastor down the street. It is unwise (in my humble opinion) for a pastor of a small growing church, to discourage people from giving money to the church. The pastor sternly said to his small congregation: “I don't want or need your money, God meets my needs!” Oh really? So why should anyone give? Why even have an offering hat? Most Christians who love Jesus want to give money to their church, but not when their pastors foolishly says: “I don't want or need your money, God meets my needs!” That makes people feel unloved, unwanted and unappreciated. Is that really what you want? Do you really think your vision to achieve autonomy will come to fruition with that bad kind of attitude? I think not, humbly. I am a nobody, but I see things in Baptist churches today that I don't like.

When Grace Is No More Grace

Romans 11:6, “And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.”

Grace is no more grace the Bible says when you ADD works to it, which is exactly what many churches are doing today. The false teaching that a person cannot be saved unless they forsake the world, stop sinning, make full surrender to Christ, intend to reform, count the cost, start a relationship with Jesus, pay the price and commit their life to serve God are espousing a doctrine of devils, a false plan of salvation.
“The law tells me how crooked I am. Grace comes along and straightens me out.” —Evangelist Billy Sunday, 1862-1935
Biblical salvation is acknowledging one's guilt of sin for breaking God's commandments (Romans 3:19), and resting in the death of Christ upon the cross for our sins, His burial, and His resurrection from the dead three days later (1st Corinthians 15:1-4; Hebrews 4:1-11).

The FOUNDATION of our Christian faith is JESUS CHRIST. 1st Corinthians 3:11, “For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.” The foundation has already been laid, so you cannot lay another foundation. The price for your sins have been paid in full. YOU ARE A SINNER, and unless you accept Christ's payment for your sins, you will spend eternity burning in the Lake of Fire (Revelation 20:15).

Pastor Bob Gray at the Longview Baptist Temple church in Texas correctly preaches . . .
“Repentance means to change your mind—change your mind—change your mind about how you want to get to Heaven to what God says you've got to do to get to Heaven. If you've got to repent of all your sins, you're still headed for Hell tonight.” —Pastor Bob Gray Sr., a quote from the awesome MP3 sermon, 'Why You Should Be A Part Of A Growing Church'
In his excellent book, I NEVER KNEW YOU, Michael Patrick Bowen states . . .
You can live for Christ, you can love Christ, you can serve Him with all your might, time, talent and wealth. You can pray to Him, read your Bible, get water-baptized, join a church, witness to people, and do every wonderful work contained within the realm of Christianity, but if you fail to trust Jesus Christ alone for your salvation, He will “dump” you. —'I NEVER KNEW YOU' (.pdf), by Michael P. Bowen; by Barbour Books, © 2009; page 77.
Beware of the false teaching in most churches today, even many Baptist churches, which says that we are saved by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone; but you also have to stop sinning to get saved, and commit your life to Christ, surrendering fully to Christ's Lordship. This is like a passenger in a car giving the driver contradictory directions, telling the driver to turn right and left at the same time.

Read what Dr. Harry Ironside (1876-1951) said in his Gospel tract, ANOTHER GOSPEL? ...
"When anyone comes promising salvation to those ‘who make full surrender' of all that they have to God, and who 'pay the price of full salvation' he is preaching another gospel, for the price was paid on Calvary's cross and the work that saves is finished. It was Christ Jesus who made the full surrender when He yielded His life on Calvary that saves us, not our surrender in any way to Him." —Harry A. Ironside, from the Gospel tract, 'Another Gospel'
Now let me quote to you again the great man of God, Dr. Ironside...
"Nor is the Gospel a demand that you give up the world, that you give up your sins, that you break off bad habits, and try to cultivate good ones. You may do all these things, and yet never believe the Gospel and consequently never be saved at all." Harry A. Ironside, from the sermon: 'What Is The Gospel?'
Either salvation is by grace or it is by works, but it cannot be both. We learn this truth in Romans 11:6, “And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.” An excellent book on the subject of salvation is titled, 'I NEVER KNEW YOU,' by Michael Patrick Bowen. May I kindly say, “GRACE IS NO MORE GRACE” in every church that teaches the heresy of Lordship Salvation.

We Are At Spiritual War As Christians

Ephesians 6:11-18, “Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

All across America Fundamentalist churches are under Satanic attack. We are at war against an authoritarian government who arrogantly think they are God. This whole COVID-19 lockdown of the churches is evil. If there is one thing that our nation needs during this crisis, it is attendance to church! These are perilous times, in which the government thinks football season is more important than church! Football season has officially opened in the United States, while Pastor Jack Trieber and other churches are being fined millions of dollars in penalties for assembling at church. We have allowed fear to control us.

“The flesh lives in fear, but God lives in faith! The only antidote for fear is faith!” —Pastor Bob Gray II, “Fear

Live in faith, do not live in fear! Pastor Chuck Baldwin is right—Americans Have Been Conquered By Fear. Ephesians 6:12, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. This Bible verse does not mean that the government is our enemy. Romans 13:3a, For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:Ephesians 6:12 means that Satanic forces are always at work against the cause of Jesus Christ. When our government starts to become a terror to good works, as they are now by banning church meetings, we are at war!

If you are a Christian the whole world is waiting for you to fall. Could you imagine if a Baptist church were to sponsor something as despicable and raunchy as the popular TV show “Dance Moms”? Abby Lee Miller belongs in prison! If a church were to do the same thing, people in the local community would be outraged! Can anyone really wonder why there is an epidemic of pedophiles in society today, when ungodly filth like “Dance Moms” is aired on television? Nothing has destroyed America like TV!

The liberal Luciferian controlled newsmedia relentlessly attack Fundamental and Neo-evangelical Churches and pastors, especially Fundamentalists. Jesus said that the world hates Him, because He testifies against its sin (John 7:7). Jesus is the Living Word. The Bible is the Written Word. Dr. John R. Rice used to call Jesus and the Bible “twins.” John 15:19, “If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.” The world has constant feelings of contempt for Christians, because the world stumbles in darkness without the light of the glorious saving Gospel (2nd Corinthians 4:3-4). John 3:19, And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

Jesus Is Our Peace, Not The Empty Peace of The World

Ephesians 2:13-14, “But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;

I listened to Alexander Scourby read the Gospel of John this week, and something Jesus said caught my attention. John 14:27, “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” I pondered what the Lord said. How does the world give peace? I know how the Lord gives us peace, for Ephesians 2:14 teaches that JESUS HIMSELF IS OUR PEACE! But how does the world give peace? The world seeks peace through financial security. They spend their lives laying up money for old age, oftentimes dying and never spending a penny of it. The shallowest life you'll ever live is a live lived in pursuit of money. 1st Timothy 6:10, “For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.” God only knows how many people have erred from the Christian faith because of their desire for money.

The world seeks peace in drugs, alcohol and other substances which they abuse. The world seeks peace through politics, hoping that their candidate of choice will give them a better life. The world demands more laws, stricter punishments, and more government intrusion into our lives, willing to give up their liberties for increasing safety. In reality, history shows that the opposite usually happens, and the people are enslaved by tyrants. With true liberty comes inherent risks and greater responsibilities. The peace that the world offers comes at a price, it is empty, temporal and often brings misery. The peace that Jesus offers is eternal, immediately available and free. Jesus is the believer's peace! Ephesians 2:13-14, “But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;JESUS IS OUR PEACE!!! I love it! I love it! I love it!!! If you want peace such as the world has never known, simply receive Jesus now as your Savior!

Nothing that this world has to offer will last! You may find a trophy wife to marry, but she will grow old and die. You may work hard and lay up millions of dollars, but you cannot take a penny beyond the grave. I feel sorry for men like Apple founder, Steve Jobs, who died and left behind a fortune of $1,200,000,000. Steve Jobs was sadly a Buddhist, and is no doubt in Hell forever. I like some of the secular music of England Dan, but he died and no doubt went to Hell, being a member of the Bahai faith. Jesus said: “Ye must be born again (John 3:7b). The world is in a mess because of wickedness (1st John 5:19). The answer has always been, and always will be, the Gospel that transforms men through the regeneration of the Holy Spirit.

Jesus told us not to worry. John 16:33, "These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world." God is in ultimate control. Psalms 47:8, “God reigneth over the heathen: God sitteth upon the throne of his holiness.” The Lord is watching over us. I personally don't think the upcoming vaccine will be the Mark of the Beast. If it is, I expect the Rapture to come first, and remove the saints from the world. Certainly, that could happen.

The Bible teaches that whoever receives the Mark will be damned to Hell (Revelation 19:20). That suggests to me that the Mark will somehow involve a denial of Christ. I don't know how. The Bible says whoever corrupts God's Word will have their name removed from the Lamb's Book of Life, which effectively means they have denied Christ (Revelation 22:19). I believe that is because Jesus is the Word of God, and when someone intentionally corrupts the Written Word, they have also rejected the Living Word (Revelation 19:13; John 1:1-13, 14). Likewise, I think receiving the Mark will be an open rejection of the Savior. We cannot understand the mystery of 666 yet, because it is too early. During centuries past, it seemed abundantly clear that the monstrous Roman Catholic church was the Beast system, and the Pope the Antichrist. That is what Pastor Charles Spurgeon believed.

However, we know today from what we have seen during the latter 20th century (extensive use of occult symbols like all seeing eye, obelisks and the great pyramid) that the New World Order is the Beast system. Revelation 17:18 clearly identifies Jerusalem (manmade Israel) as the "woman" that rides the Beast, and controls the nations of the earth. That is, the Luciferian elite, or Illuminati, Freemasons, rule over Israel and by proxy, America. Satan is the god of this evil world, and the Luciferian Freemasons who worship him are the Architects of the New World Order. They even refer to their Masonic "god"(Lucifer) as "The Great Architect." The Beast system is not a mystery to the saints. We know from the Scriptures in Revelation 17:10-12 that the New World Order is coming. The 8th king is the coming Antichrist, whom the Bible says will rise up from the 7th (i.e., out of the New World Order).

If the coming COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory, I will take it, because I don't want to be arrested or denied food. My guess is that it won't be mandatory, but without it you won't be able to go or do anything. I think the business community will go along as sheeple. If it is voluntary, I absolutely won't accept it. Vaccines are inherently risky. I have refused flu-shots my whole life as an adult. They make people sick! They are risky! And even then, they don't guarantee that you still won't catch the flu. The great preacher Jonathan Edwards was killed at age 54 by a vaccination gone wrong! To make matters worse, the government is rushing the vaccine in 2020, and has given complete legal immunity to the drug companies if things go wrong! I cannot imagine that the government can legally force anyone to take a vaccine that is without liability for the manufacturers. Then again, they are forcing mask wearing in many cities, which I think of fascist tyranny! I saw something on YouTube news this week, about the vaccination having to be stored at a temperature of 112 below zero Fahrenheit prior to use. That is making things difficult for the big pharma companies.

I have had several web visitors recently ask me about the coming vaccine, worried whether or not they should take it. If mandatory, I will, unless I see that it somehow infringes about my faith. In Revelation 13:15-17, the Mark is associated with the image of the Beast that the False Prophet erects, demanding that everyone worship the image or die. I think the image will be an All Seeing Eye in the capstone of The Great Pyramid, which occult images we are seeing displayed worldwide today...

I haven't seen anything yet to link the coming vaccine to these occult symbols. There is much false information, exaggerations, rumors and fear-mongering in the media today. Having said all that, I am not worried in the least about the upcoming vaccine in 2021. Several web visitors have asked me what they should do, if required to take a vaccination. If I have no choice, I am not going to fight the system. We need to eat to survive. If the government did that though, I think civil war could break out! I am 100% confident that the Bible teaches a Pretribulation Rapture, which means we will not be here when the Mark of the beast comes. Perhaps the Rapture is near! Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

I do know that God doesn't want us to worry about anything (Philippians 4:6). I am 53 years old and my life is about over, so I really couldn't care less what the Devil and government do. I am spending the remainder of my life preaching the truth, primarily the Gospel to get people saved. Now if I can just find a loyal wife for the years I have left, I'd be very grateful to God. I am looking for her, but I just don't think I'll find her unless I move away from Guam, or look in the Philippines, which I am considering. Lord willing. One day at a time. Many people are suffering from loneliness during this pandemic. I have been lonely for almost 15 years, which has been like a prison sentence for me, and I want to get married soon, God willing. But through all the years of pain, afflictions and loneliness, Jesus has been my peace!
“You'll never know that Jesus is all you need, until Jesus is all you have left!” Brother Lester Roloff, a quote from the sermon: “A Faith Must Be Tested” (1914-1982)

What Makes Christianity Different Than Other Religions?

John 12:19, “The Pharisees therefore said among themselves, Perceive ye how ye prevail nothing? behold, the world is gone after him.

What makes Bible Christianity any different than the other religions of the world? I have often been asked those same questions. Here's what I tell them.
  1. Christianity is the only belief system that doesn't require works from the adherent. The Bible offers eternal life as a gift to anyone who wants it. We get saved solely by faith, no works at all. In sharp contrast, every other religion in the world requires you to do good works, get water baptized, turn from your sins, pray, confess, perform sacraments, et cetera to get to Heaven. All religions are either DO or DONE. Christianity says it is DONE, Jesus paid it all on the cross, all you need is faith; but Religion says you must DO, if you want to go to Heaven, and you must do this, and do that, and keep doing it all your life they say.
  2. Only in Christianity can a man be saved who is unwilling to give up his sinning.
  3. Every false religion can be traced back to a mortal man who started it. For example: Mormons in 1830 by Joseph Smith; Jehovah's Witnesses in 1874 by Charles Russell; Seventh-Day Adventism in 1844 by Ellen G. White; Roman Catholicism by Roman Emperor Constantine, et cetera. But Christianity began with Jesus "Christ."
  4. The Bible is a supernatural book, written over 1,500 years by approximately 40 different men. No other book on the planet can claim such a miraculous origin. Only God could have done that, or aliens...lol. Come to think of it, God is an alien, in that He is non-terrestrial (not of this earth). Jesus said that my kingdom is not of this world." That's how I stump atheists, I ask them if they believe in the possibility of alien life. Most do. Well then why not God? If aliens can exist, certainly God can.
  5. Every religion has some book other than the Bible which they adhere to; such as, Book of Mormon, The New World Translation (JW's), Council of Trent (Catholics), The Augsburg Confession, Martin Luther's catechisms, Catholic catechisms, The Westminster Confession (Presbyterians), John Calvin, Jacob Arminius, Dianetics (Herbert Armstrong), Koran, Book of Buddha, et cetera; but we Christians we only follow the inspired Word of God. I only follow the King James Bible. The world's religions are all MANMADE, but not Christianity, Jesus was God in the flesh (John 1:1-3, 14). Christianity is GODMADE!
  6. Bible Christianity teaches to love everyone, even our enemies and non-Christian groups as well. We may not accept nor fellowship with them, but we love everybody with God's love, hoping they'll come to Christ to be saved. Most cults only love and accept their own members.
  7. Only Christianity requires that a person MUST be BORN-AGAIN by the Holy Spirit of God to enter into God's kingdom. Seventh-Day Adventists, Catholics and Ray Comfort pervert the concept. They errantly say that a person in order to come to Christ must live so radically a new life, that they are said to be born-again. This is the Devil's lie of Lordship Salvation. Christianity says you simply believe the Gospel, and then God's Holy Spirit comes to indwell that believer, and works the miracle of regeneration, which is the new birth. This has nothing to do with turning from our sins.
  8. In every religion YOU must live a certain type of life; but in Bible Christianity, Jesus lives the Christian life through us. Galatians 2:20, "I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me."
  9. Christianity is also one of few religions that believe in a burning Hell as punishment for sinners who reject Jesus as Savior. JW's, Mormons and SDA's all deny a literal place of torment called "Hell."
  10. Christianity doesn't require official membership. You don't have to sign-up or join, nor give money to anyone, you simply freely believe the Gospel as recorded in God's Words. Christ died, was buried and resurrected from the dead the third day. Anyone who accepts these truths as their own, trusting upon this Good News (Gospel) and nothing else to get them to Heaven, is immediately forgiven and saved forever.
  11. Unlike all religions who say to do your best, and hope you make it; Christianity guarantees a place in Heaven, simply by believing the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. I KNOW I am saved. A Muslim co-worker once derided me, calling me "arrogant" and "proud" for saying that I "KNOW" I am saved. Well, God promises eternal life to whosoever calls upon the name of the Lord. That is, to whosoever goes to Him by faith to be saved. Muslims believe God is capricious (unpredictable), so all they can do is do their best, and hope they make it to Paradise someday to be with Allah (a fake god). In Bible Christianity, God has promised "TO SAVE THEM THAT BELIEVE" (1st Corinthians 1:21; Titus 1:2). Since salvation is all about Christ and what HE DID for me on the cross, I can simply trust on His name and KNOW I am saved. It's not about me at all. Lordship Salvation is a false religion, which says you cannot be eternally secure if you're living in willful sin. Sadly, Pastor Phil Kidd teaches this Satanic garbage. That is not Christianity. Dr. Steve Pettit at Bob Jones University teaches this Satanic garbage! That is not Bible Christianity. Bible Christianity is you coming as a needy sinner to God, and receiving Christ's sacrifice on the cross as payment for your sins, believing that Jesus was buried, and then raised up from the dead on the third day. Nothing more is required to get to Heaven. That is Christianity!
  12. Only in Christianity does God's Holy Spirit literally come inside to indwell a believer (1st Corinthians 3:16-17; Romans 8:9; 1st John 3:24).
Those are some basic differences off the top of my head. I read that there are approximately 4,300 religions in the world! Not one of them can get a person to Heaven. Salvation is not found in any religion, but in a Person—the Lord Jesus Christ!!! All God asks is that we acknowledge our sinnership, coming as a guilty sinner in need of redemption, through faith alone in His only begotten Son Jesus, the Christ (John 20:31). Nothing more than our childlike faith in the name of Jesus is required, believing that He died on the cross, was buried, and resurrected three days later for the justification of our faith (1st Corinthians 15:1-4). What an awesome God and Savior!!!

I Am Abundantly Blessed Of God For Persecution

Matthew 5:11-12, Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. Luke 6:22-28, “Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake. Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets. But woe unto you that are rich! for ye have received your consolation. Woe unto you that are full! for ye shall hunger. Woe unto you that laugh now! for ye shall mourn and weep. Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets. But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you, Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you.

I always get very encouraged when I read this passage of Scripture! I am one of the most hated, slandered and attacked Bible preachers on the internet. I love what one of my favorite preachers, Pastor Danny Castle, said: “God pity the preacher that the world don't hate!” Yeah buddy! That is exactly what Jesus said in our text passage: Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets.” It is my honor to be hated and to have untrue rumors spread about me all around the world

My youngest daughter is very helpful. She is one of my biggest website fans. She reads all the little comments, and notices things that I miss. To be truthful, I never read any comments that people make about me, because I am so busy and focused on soulwinning and moving forward. So to be helpful, she let me know the other day that I have some enemies maliciously attacking me in my blog. She was reluctant to let me know at first, because she didn't want to hurt my feelings. But I encouraged her by quoting Matthew 25:40, “And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.My critics are attacking Jesus by attacking me. The gracious Lord says to His own: “We're in this thing together!” What saith the Scripture in 1st Corinthians 3:9, “For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building.I love that... WITH GOD! We are co-laborers with God!

I gave my daughter permission to delete all the negative comments, and I need not read them. So she did, and I am grateful. And just so everyone knows, I have changed my settings and now have limited comments on both blogs to “members only,” which effectively prevents anyone from making comments (because I am the only member). Amen! I am not going to allow haters, trolls and ungodly slanderers to post their filth in my blog. Take your garbage elsewhere! You have vomited your last word you child of Hell. My daughter felt she needed to show me one comment, because she thought it was serious, but I laughed when she showed me, because God knows it is not true. Someone called me a “registered sex offender in the blog comments! Oh really? That's new to me. Just so everyone knows, and you heard it directly from me: I am not a registered anything, and I've never been convicted in a court of law of any sexual crimes! Whoever wrote that comment is a dirty, hateful and malicious LIAR!

What saith the Scripture? The servant is not above his Lord. Matthew 10:24-15, “The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his lord. It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household?” If ungodly hateful critics called the sinless Son of God “Beelzebub (i.e., Satan, the chief devil), then what do you think they're going to say about you and me as Christ's imperfect followers? I just showed you what they're saying about me. That means I have GREAT REWARDS in Heaven!!! Hallelujah! Matthew 5:11, “Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.” Of course, if you don't want to be persecuted, then become a Neo-evangelical, who are barren and do nothing for God.

Hey, Jesus had rumors spread about Him too, that caused damage. Luke 7:16-19, “And there came a fear on all: and they glorified God, saying, That a great prophet is risen up among us; and, That God hath visited his people. And this rumour of him went forth throughout all Judaea, and throughout all the region round about. And the disciples of John shewed him of all these things. And John calling unto him two of his disciples sent them to Jesus, saying, Art thou he that should come? or look we for another?

We're all familiar with the story of John. He was in prison for preaching against Herod's adultery. Herodias wanted John's head on a platter. We know that John became discouraged in prison and sent his disciples to ask Jesus if He were really the Christ, or should they look for another. But what you likely didn't know, is that the reason John doubted was because HE HAD HEARD A RUMOUR! I just quoted the passage to you, which says that a rumour was being spread throughout the whole region of Judaea, that Jesus was not the Christ. A rumour by definition is a currently circulating story or report of uncertain or doubtful truth. Do you see the damage that a rumour can do? The greatest born among women—the man who had dedicated his entire life to preparing the way of the Lord—John the Baptist—lost confidence in the only begotten Son of God because of A RUMOUR!!! Woe unto anyone who starts a rumour or helps to spread it!

Luke 6:22-25a, “Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake. Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets. But woe unto you that are rich! for ye have received your consolation. Woe unto you that are full! Pardon my boldness, but when I read the preceding Scripture I immediately thought about Dr. Steve Pettit and Pastor Marty Herron, who are full and have their consolation! These two men are now getting paid 6-digit salaries. As president of Bob Jones University, I'm guessing that Dr. Steve Pettit makes at least $200,000 a year! And as Executive Vice President of Faith Baptist Bible College And Theological Seminary, Pastor Marty Herron must be getting paid at least $125,000 a year. I think that is disgusting! Go check online for average college executive salaries and you'll see that I'm right. They already have their rewards!!! Their earthly paycheck is the only reward they will ever receive, for perverting God's grace, spreading corruptible seed (fake bibles), and bidding Godspeed to false teachers (e.g., John MacArthur).

I had gratefully attended the Harvest Baptist Church on Guam for the year of 2014. That was my home. They were my family in the Lord. I loved them and felt loved. Respectfully, Pastor Marty Herron was the pastor there from 1999 to 2018. I loved my church family. Moreover, I desperately needed their love and acceptance, as my life was broken from an unwanted divorce in 2006, inexplicable emotional pain of soul, betrayal, rejection, and loss of everything I owned. I needed their help and love at Harvest. All I wanted was to attend church services. As a thankful graduate of Hyles-Anderson College (1985-1993), I am a Fundamentalist. Pastor Jack Hyles (1926-2001) is (and always will be) my hero of the Christian faith.

After several months in the church, I realized that they were Neo-evangelicals, deceived by the Devil concerning the Bible and the Gospel. The church officially preaches the Devil's lie of Lordship Salvation, but the true free grace Gospel is also there in the midst. Literally, this is what happens when a church allows two different Bible versions. At the time in 2014, Harvest officially used both the King James Bible and the Easy-To-Read Version (ERV). which confused the whole congregation. Acts 19:32, “Some therefore cried one thing, and some another: for the assembly was confused; and the more part knew not wherefore they were come together.” Mark 1:15 is a perfect example of what is horribly wrong with the ERV, which requires you to change your life to be saved.

Long story short, the pastors of Harvest drove me out of the church for trying to befriend them with THE TRUTH. Everyone has a right to their own opinion, but no one has a right to their own facts. The FACT of the matter is that you cannot show me even one Bible verse that teaches to repent and turn away from your sins to receive God's free gift of eternal life. Yet, why do these wicked men teach such things, adding to God's Words? Pastor Curtis Hutson (1934-1995) gets salvation 100% correct in this sermon titled, Repentance: What Does The Bible Teach?” Repentance is unto the Gospel itself, not from your sins! You don't repent to get saved, you simply believe. That is why the Gospel of John mentions the word “believe 85 times, without even one mention of the word repent.” Repentance is automatic! There is only one step between you dear sinner and Jesus, which is for you to simply believe. The person who believes has also repented, and all that is required for salvation is included in believing.

I greatly rejoice in the horrible slander hurled against me from my enemies, for you are earning me great rewards in eternity! Whew, I love that!!! I am telling the truth! Romans 3:4, “God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.” If a man must forsake his sinning to be saved, then I am wrong in my doctrine, and God will deal with me accordingly on Judgment Day. But if I am right that a man simply needs to BELIEVE the GOOD NEWS (GOSPEL) of Jesus Christ crucified on the cross, buried and bodily risen to be saved, then I will be justified in my preaching!

Jesus is the Christ—the only begotten Son of God—Who died, was buried and resurrected. That is THE GOSPEL according to 1st Corinthians 15:1-4. I don't see anything in there about turning away from your sins to be saved. Men have ADDED that unbiblical requirement. As believers WE SHOULD depart from our iniquities, but it is not required to receive God's gift of eternal life. If it were, then it couldn't be a free gift. A gift is a TAKE proposition, not a GIVE proposition. I rejoice in being slandered, hated and persecuted for contending for the faith.

Contrary to the Neo-evangelical apostates I am preaching against—grace corrupters—who get paid lucrative 6-digit salaries, I have never made a single penny for serving God or preaching THE TRUTH (and I never will). My full reward is in Heaven, including the extra rewards for being hated and slandered for my godly stand. The ungodly Harvest Baptist Church on Guam have separated me from their company, refusing to allow me to attend church services there since 2014. They have cast out my good name as evil. They have reproached me, hating me so much that they have completely ignored my pleas to be loved and simply let me come back to church. They have refused to welcome me back into their church family. I have been foolishly chasing rabbits! I have been casting my pearl before the swine, as Harvest's pastors have trampled upon my feelings and love.

What was my great wrong? I simply tried to help them see THE TRUTH, as a true friend does. Luke 6:22-23, Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake. Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets.
